"Okay, look," Adelaide seems very irritated. "We just had two trucks come in and drop off their goods. Those nincompoops," she points at two part-timers, "unloaded everything without marking things down." Eight large boxes are sitting on the dock.
She hands you a clip-board. "I need you to check each box's invoice and decide where it goes. If the invoice says 'Cavalry' you just put an X here," she points to the bottom left corner of the paper, "and have those boobs stack it over there. Don't actually count Cavalry boxes in the total number of boxes on the form. If it says anything else on the box, I need you to open it and make sure the invoice matches. Fill out your report when you're done."
Roll 8 d4: These are the boxes, and there are 8 of them. For each box follow the instructions below and RP accordingly. --If you roll doubles, it means you have two of that particular box and need to follow it's instructions twice. Same with triples, etc.
This box says it holds one complete silver dinner set. Roll 1 d10 to see what's missing.

One serving platter is listed, but not in the box. -------5. Three forks have magically disappeared. -------6. One spoon and on butter knife are missing. -------7. Everything is there. -------8. Two plates are missing. -------9. There are NO forks in this set. WHAT?! -------10. Everything is there, but the large serving platter has a huge gouge on it. Best make a note.
This box is supposed to hold on large grandfather clock. Best check for damages. Roll 1 d6. If even it's in perfect condition. If odd the glass on the front is broken. You had better make a note.
Three large tapestries from the year 1400. Roll 1 d4. If you roll a 1 or 2, one tapestry is missing. If you roll a 3, they all have water damage. If you roll a 4, everything looks good!
This box is labeled "Cavalry". No need to check the contents, simply RP ordering the part-timers to stack it in the corner.

Vania was back at the 'box' job, having decided to try it once again to see if it was as easy as last time.
There was no one to help her this time, or anyone to converse with, but she managed to go through it all the same, shifting the boxes aside to sort through when she got the same ones piled together in a neat and efficient manner.
She pulled out a piece of paper and wrote a list on it, tallying what each box was. Vania would make sure to write down what was missing out of each box, if it was appropriate.

Opening the first box that was supposed to be a complete dinner set, Vania counted and realized that there were two plates missing. She set them back into the box and folded it up, putting a large X on the box before moving to the next one.
Counting that one up as well, she nodded in satisfaction that there was nothing missing, and put a giant checkmark on the box to show that it was approved, and that nothing was missing.

There were only a few boxes left, and Vania opened the first, finding that the rugs that were ordered were in perfect condition.
She whistled in admiration, closing it up and putting a checkmark on it, then moved over to the second.
The box fell apart, and she was left with a sopping mess of wet rugs that were falling apart.
This was terrible. How the hell did the rugs get waterlogged?!

Glancing to the boxes that were for the cavalry, Vania ordered the part timers to stack it in the corner while she checked the box with the grandfather clock, taking great care to open it and check the glass on it.
She breathed a sigh of relief when she saw that everything was in order, and marked it off on the box -- as well as the checklist she wrote for Adelaide.
Vania moved over to write out a second sheet, listing the details out for the War Horseman.
