Here for Humanity. Gods above and below, what was this tripe? Even if it was just to lure humans, Bjorn didn't like the friendly angle, surprisingly. Why commiserate with the enemy like that when you could just conquer them?
Well, whatever. Spas were no place to be trying to brood, he supposed.
Bjorn was put to the task of feeding the insects kept in the music room. Some curious Famine horseman had been training these specimens into creating music, which was an odd if not interesting idea to him. It was definitely soothing as he worked and listened to their latest practice, even with its own mishaps and out of tune notes. He hadn't considered the nondestructive things Famine worked on; perhaps his mindset was too narrow.

Now that the majority of that mixed hive was fed, it was time to give the...worms...a walk...He had actually stopped in his tracks and looked at the attendant directing him just to be sure she wasn't pulling his leg. Nope. Actually had to walk the worms. And encourage them.
"Ah."
With their little leashes on, Bjorn squatted by them and tried to give some encouragement. The worm didn't move. Perhaps he was too loud?

It scooted an inch but seemed sluggish. Bjorn frowned.

Eventually he found that a sotto vocce voice coupled with some sing-song in his tone got the worms squirming like real athletes. Why? He had no clue. Maybe they were used to hearing music too. It was sort of adorable walking them, even if it was a bit strange.
