Description - Positioned on the cusp of titan territory, the Antarctic base is a fortified and sprawling hub of hunter activity. The hunters here have been here for a long time and are prepared to endure whatever is thrown at them. Even beating them back here is no guarantee that several weeks down the line they won't be back again.
Breaking the shield brings out moon hunters to defend.
Shield HP - 20 per person Mob to spawn - Moon Hunter (if more than 3 people, Specialized Hunter)
She stood near the barrier of a hunter base, the air was frosted and chilly. She stayed out of site from the until both she and the other conquest was ready for battle. She offered a small bow and friendly smile to her companion.
Once they were ready she leaped out of the hiding spot and smashed into the barrier.
After having fought some random Hunter's during the Guard job, Asahi was looking forward to actually testing his skills against them where they could fight all out. So when Chao offered to go with him to take on a Hunter base he was all for it, especially when it was a good source of fear energy more then likely. The fact that it was at Antarctica, a place he had never been before, was just the icing on the cake
His eyes darted over to the other Conquest and he gave a return bow and smile before they got to work. He pulled back on his bow and let the arrow fly, aiming it for the barrier. He gave a small grin to himself when it hit and did some damage.

Asahi pulled another arrow out and set it in his bow, aiming once again at the barrier. "Any idea just how much damage this thing can take?" He asked as he let the arrow fly. His eyes narrowed a bit when it became obvious the hit wasn't as good as the last one he made. If they weren't able to drop the barrier soon then they would have to retreat, something he would rather avoid.

"No idea" Chao responded. This barrier was annoying, she wanted to fight hunters, not get stuck hitting a barrier all day. speaking of which, She was pretty sure that her last hit had just grazed the barrier and didn't do anything. This only made her more annoyed with the stupid thing.

Asahi pulled back another arrow in his bow, aimed, then let it fly. The arrow however completely missed the barrier and he narrowed his eyes. "At least they haven't come out to meet us while we are working on bring this down right?" He asked as he pulled another arrow from his quiver.

"Yeah, that would be a pain, fighting them and trying to break this thing." She hoped that their luck would hold out until the barrier was broken. Loosing another arrow, she was pleased when it hit the barrier.

"It would. Depending on just how many came out at a time the two of us might not have been able to stick around and instead retreat." Thankfully that wasn't the case and he let another arrow loose on the barrier. He frowned as it missed it's mark as well. Maybe he should practice more when they got back.

"That's true, I'd hate to retreat." She wanted to destroy them not be forced to run away with her nonexistent tail between her legs. Her arrows continued to hit their mark.

"Same here." It just wasn't in his nature to retreat if he could help it and he sort of doubted it was the case for the other Conquest as well. When he let his next arrow fly it thankfully hit the barrier head on and he grinned when it finally came down. "About time! Get ready we are probably about to have company!"

"Haha time for some fun!" Chao cheered as the barrier fell, spotting what looked like a hunter approaching she shot an arrow off in that direction, only for it to miss.
