Description - Positioned on the cusp of titan territory, the Antarctic base is a fortified and sprawling hub of hunter activity. The hunters here have been here for a long time and are prepared to endure whatever is thrown at them. Even beating them back here is no guarantee that several weeks down the line they won't be back again.
Breaking the shield brings out moon hunters to defend.

The last base Liya'd destroyed had been in the sweltering heat of the Sahara and was a flimsy construct at best. This base was the complete opposite: Frigid tundras of the Antartic with a well fortified building. It was a challenge that the Warrior looked forward to undertaking especially with the squad she was working with.
"Mial, Harper, you both ready to make some hunters bleed?" she asked, excitement tugging the corners of her mouth into a grin. Giddy with anticipation, she playfully slashed at the air in front of her with her daggers. She didn't intend to find the shield of the base so soon, but when opportunity knocked, she planned on taking it.

"More than ready." This was exactly what the frustrated warrior needed, a means to dispel some of the pent up, nervous energy that had been plaguing him since he'd woken up in the mezzanine. It left him feeling short tempered and on edge, and he wasn't exactly the easiest to tolerate even at the best of times.
So yes, he was more than ready to sink his teeth into some hunters. Figuratively.
Jagged dagger in hand, he cast a glance to Harper, telling her with a look to watch herself, before following Liya's example and slashing at the air. When it hit, there came a viciously satisfied smile.
It was cold. Too cold as Harper clamped her jaw tightly trying to avoid allowing them enough space to start chattering as she simply nodded to the other two in agreement. Movement would help, if she focused everything into her attacking soon then she wouldn’t have to worry about being too damn cold anymore or worry about how everything at Dusk was slowly going to hell in her opinion. It was home, and it was slowly crumbling apart before her eyes, and that pissed Harper off.
Following the other two Harper sank the carved short sword in front of her, hitting the barrier before dragging it down a few inches and yanking the blade free. It was hard to really see how much damage she had done but she assumed it was at some point going to break and then they could finally get to the real fun in wreaking havoc at the base. There was a wide grin plastered on her face as Harper shot a look at Mial.

Maybe it was the cold, maybe it was just that the Hunters knew how to better fortify themselves that explained why the shield for this base was stronger and usual. Whichever it was, Liya didn't care. She was going to collect FEAR for her Clan, and she was going to hurt some Hunters in the process.
"I don't know how Death thrives in this weather." It was scathing, a little angry, but that could very easily have been the cold biting at his skin and the ice under his feet. He didn't even own any sort of clothing that could be considered weather appropriate for the cold, so he was still in the shorts and little else. Harper, he knew, was certainly not doing any better. She tended to wear even less than he did.
He smiled back at her, though, as she shot him a grin, and jumped forward again to slash at the shield with the long knife.
