The second lesser city along with Mako, Dontensia is almost the capital when it comes to airship traffic. The city acts upon itself, most black markets running from out of its bowels, and it has been deemed a city for all. Many who come here are shady criminals that do just enough to spare the rod of the President, though good food and drink can be found here as well as weapons, armor, and runes. Crime is rampant here, however, and one must always be on their guard when walking into port. Idreyia still does business with such a city, for even with its shady dealings it is a part of the country and things are needed within it's walls. Farmers, water energy, and labor are produced here and they are nearest to the vast ocean to the east.
