- Carol is trained with Bojutsu and a master in Eskrima (capable of wielding batons ambidextrously), a child prodigy in slender, hand-held weapons, as well as being a trained gymnast. Her training in firearms began as a recreational activity in her late adolescence, so she’s no stranger to most firearms, seasoned but not quite an expert; she prefers things up close and personal. Her skills in technology and medicine are intermediate at best. Infiltration has been her recent source of practice, and has been improving since last year. She only knows English, Spanish, and French, though she’s been practicing German.

- Externally, she is well-received for being jovial and charismatic among her peers, many of her fellow agents holding her in high regard. She tries to provide the air that she’s selfless and honest. Her reputation precedes her as an excellent field agent, and she enjoys the praises she receives. Internally, Carol tends to be dishonest based on what she feels serves her best interests. In that sense, she can be selfish, cowardly, and deceptive.

- Carolyn “Carol” Collins was born in Houston, Texas to ISIA agents Mark and Sarah Collins, and was discreetly trained to follow in their example, enrolling her in gymnastics, educating her in law enforcement, and leaning towards their line of work. While they hadn’t informed her until she was eighteen, she had done her own investigation at sixteen and figured it out. Carol was contacted privately by those she believed to be the ISIA, but was instead met by IO, who sought to recruit her. While she was initially reluctant, they persuaded her to their side, and she would go on to join the ISIA as a double agent secretly in service to IO. Her attachment has left her questioning her allegiance, despite not letting it show.
