In the center of a quaint, flower and fountain filled little park sits a rather tacky looking booth, covered with Superstar Authority branding. The slick plastic covering and strobing lights of the chitin-plated construction look cheap and garish in comparison to the stark yet gentle layout of Four Frond's flower gardens. In fact, a troll in Superstar Authority branded clothing is having a quiet yet heated argument with a few locals on the far side of the path over the booths 'So-Called Royally Authorized right' to 'loudly blast' its 'disgusting, howling garbage boxes'. The booths speakers remain turned off, and the tired look on the Superstar Authority representations' face suggests this is a battle that they are losing. Despite a few stick in the muds, there is a reasonably large crowd milling around the booth, or stopping at it as they pass by. The center of attention seems to be the display cases full of merchandise, and troll in the center of the booth. A few trolls in Superstar Authority branded clothing circle the crowd, passing pre-signed swag out to the crowd.
Shield’s booth is an interesting design, prominently featuring screens showing him in action on the job and in the field. However, the booth itself is very calm, unlike the bombastic wrestling demeanor he showed at his introduction. Ganyma feels much more at ease in this relaxed environment, simply responsible for meeting and greeting (with very little beating). Surrounded by images of himself but juxtaposed with soft mood lighting of the Glass Shack’s tea light holders, the booth has a uniquely enticing presence.
Shield goes from being dormant and calm to enthusiastic with visitors at the booth, springing up and clearly being happy to fulfill fan requests – particularly those of young fans. His outfit tonight is suited to the flower-filled park, a white suit. His mask is teal, white and black, and his classic cowboy boots are white with black metal toes and a slick design. He is wearing displaying a bolo tie featuring turquoise in silver, with the stones representing snakes hanging down from the upper emblem, which features the interior of a geode in beautiful purple hues.
Signed Items Available A glossy colour poster of Shield striking a pose for the camera. Model ships in a bottle, provided by Chiuan Heshui! The ships that have been chosen for display are notably winners of grandiose Coliseum naval battles, and are frighteningly beautiful. Build your own motorbike how-to pamphlet, provided by Tincan Mechanics. Shield recommends the sections including “spike your ride” battle possibilities as well as color palette options that show off your fan fervor for the wrestler. Small, glass tea light holders, provided by the Glass Shack of Civisect City. They have been set up around the display to create a moody, comfortable feel, and are presented with various candle colors inside of them. Affordable polaroid cameras, provided by The Nightly Grind representing New Hemisect. Test polaroids of Shield in various fighting and pin-up poses are posted around the booth to decorate. A tag says, “Buy a polaroid camera for a special selfie with Shield!” Limited Edition Scalper Price Waifu Wars Generation 2 Cuddlesacks – Shield Origins Edition The tag reads, “Explore the lore with your very own Shield Origins Cuddlesack. Pre-Orders now available for Generation 3 of the Shield Cuddlesack Experience. Purchase yours today and collect them all!” Looks like interest is being gauged for new Shield Cuddlesacks. A sign-up sheet for pre-orders is next to the current purchasable offering.
CiviliansIf you want to pick up an item, use the code below along with min 100 words of rp. Special requests are not guaranteed to be granted, so if they are not, assume you got your item from one of the booth helpers rather than the idol, and was not able to ask for the specific request.
Oooh! Please! I want one of those! Name: troll name w link to journal Swag: item requested Request: special request ie 'can you write 'to so and so'', 'can we have a photo', 'can i have a hug', 'do you have this in my blood colour', 'lets fight!!!'
Competitors & SponsorsYou can improve the crowd's like for you and your chances of making a big splash (ie winning) by answering requests from civilians. While competitors should be ideally taking as many requests as they can handle, sponsors can also help ease the workload by fielding care of requests that they can logically take care of (ie request for custom signing; can rp 'passing the request along'. request for a photo; 'i'm better to look at, take a photo with me instead!'). Once a competitor or sponsor has replied to a request it can be considered complete, no more posts are necessary from a game mechanics pov (though further roleplay is fine if desired).

Sypon Oooh! Please! I want one of those! Name: StaticSwag: Build your own motorbike how-to pamphlet, provided by Tincan Mechanics. Shield recommends the sections including “spike your ride” battle possibilities as well as color palette options that show off your fan fervor for the wrestler. Request: Can you write "To Mahmud, for the motorbike from 12th Perigree's Eve" Static was wandering around, not quite paying attention. The booths, especially seeing Tozfia, made him think of the trolls he hadn't really seen much as of late. Since his failure with Raijin, the blueblood had lost what little confidence he had had, lapsing into a slump of no self-worth. He wanted to get back to his friends tho, and he wanted to show them he cared. The blueblood's eyes landed on something that brought to mind a touching memory. Mahmud loved those motorbikes, didn't he? And for sponsoring such a cool looking troll? Static stood, mouth agape, in awe of the big, bulky, muscular tealblood in front of the booth. He looked so cool! So confident! It was like Static was seeing something he wished he could be, and he neared the booth to find out more. Maybe if he was cool like this superstar champion, maybe then he could get up the confidence to even ask Mahmud to go riding with him. "Wow!" Static whispered as he approached the booth. The boy pointed to where one of the screens was showing the masked tealblood executing some flashy and amazing move. "Do, um, do you... teach stuff like that?" The blueblood asked, trying not to stare too much. "And, um, could you make this out to a, um, a friend?" Static grabbed one of the motorbike pamphlets and slid it forward.

“Ah! Hello!” Ganyma exclaimed as the young troll approached him. He was glad that the screens were so present in the booth – it gave him something to talk about that, well, he actually knew about. It was a bit hard to improvise casual conversation about building motorbikes or model ships when he had no idea how either really functioned. “Sure! And if you come to the arena some time you can get some first hand experience watching the action,” Ganyma explained. He made a victorious hand gesture and nodded enthusiastically. “I often train locally. If you can catch me I can show you some moves!” Since he had started to wear his mask more in public and during training, it had built his confidence – and Shield, as a persona, was filled with confidence. Ganyma slid the pamphlet the rest of the way towards him and clicked open a pen. “Sure thing! To Mahmud… For the motorbike from 12th Perigree’s Eve.” Fantastic! I hope they love it.” He slid the pamphlet back and leaned on the counter by his elbows. “You a big wrestling fan? Or just wanna know how to fend for yourself?”

Amonee's purse was too stuffed full of travel supplies and the things he'd gotten from Frossa's booth to fit anything else inside. But he still wanted to take a look around at the other booths. The Four Fronds was full of beauty thanks to it's lush plant life and he was expecting to find something extraordinary. He was not disappointed.
WOW what a beautiful man!
"Shield? How lovely!" He was a protector of the weak, how noble! Amonee was not a violent troll so it was amazing to find such a gentle soothing fighter. The softness of the booth (compared to Ganyma's more dynamic introduction video) was wonderful to the painter. He began to sketch in a notebook, inspired by the wrestler's combination of power and grace.
"I know this request is kind of odd but... would you sign this for me?" Once he had gotten through the line to reach Shield himself, he offered up the book. It was hardly a polished sketch considering he hadn't had tons of time or a steady surface but Amonee felt he had done an okay job capturing those gorgeous boots!

“Ah! Oh, wow! Gosh!” Ganyma dropped character for a moment as he stared at the book. He’d never been sketched before – never really understood how the trade worked or how one could even capture an image or an essence on paper. “That’s amazing!” He fumbled for a pen and chuckled. “I feel like I’m ruining this by signing it. Gosh. How long have you been drawing? Are you a professional draw…er?” Ganyma signed in his blocky way, using the moniker Shield. He gave it a stout underline and lingered a bit on the page before hesitantly handing it back.

Lurking behind the crowd that had gathered, arms folded tight across its chest, stood a troll in a gerbil costume. It lurked as well as a troll in a gerbil costume could lurk anyway. Though the main attraction was by far the tealblood at the booth, the gerbil troll had attracted a few querying looks from its neighbours. It paid them no mind, and instead watched the display with a kind of broody angst. Or maybe it was just shy. Honestly, it was hard to tell. Ten minutes passed. Gradually the gerbil crept its way up to the front of the booth. It hung back a little ways though, as though hesitant to get any closer. Out of the corner of its eye, it kept stealing glances at Ganyma. This was obvious from the way it periodically turned its head in his direction. Sypon hello you have a weirdo at your booth

Ganyma perked up at the odd mascot costume standing at his booth. “Oh!” He remarked. It had gotten a bit slow, and any attention was welcome. Even that of a quiet observer, who – frankly, could have been a lusus. He’d seen stranger. “Hey there! I’m Shield. Are you here to do the meet and greet, or just passing through, stranger?”

Sypon Oooh! Please! I want one of those! Name: Luxara Seleni aka 'Ardais' Swag: Glass tea light holder Request: Let's fight, big guy! !!! So this was interesting. Ganyma Callow, fledgling superstar. Luxara could say a lot about that, but she wouldn't, because Luxara wasn't her. Ardais was. Someone calm, collected, and completely disconnected from a tealblood with a checkered past. And she wouldn't care if a certain other greenblood was still being a creepy stalker. There was no other way she'd have kept running into him, obviously. But she just didn't care. Nothing mattered to Ardais, and Luxara's emotions were tucked underneath that. Obviously not tucked enough to not approach the booth at all, but at she same time she wasn't about to say anything stupid. Maybe if she was still a naive teen she might. But enough time had passed to learn how to keep her mouth shut sometimes.
For both of them.
She noticed the white suit. Would he be willing to get it dirty? It was easy to bet a no on that, but then it wouldn't be disappointing if she was right.
Expression an enigma, she stepped up, first considering the candle holders. After a moment's appraisal, she looked over at him once she found an opening. "Hey there. Shield, is it? I saw your introduction. Very inspiring stuff. You've come so far, and it's impressive." Do not. Emote. "I'll make sure to bet on you the next time I'm at the coliseum. I'm thinking, though... Big guy like you working for the ALG, seems like you'd be down for a fight any time, right? Make it a show for the kids."

A newcomer stepped up to the booth. He couldn’t read them, so instead he tapped his laced fingers and watched them as pleasantly as he could through his visage. They wandered about, finally picking up a candle holder, and he grinned. “Hey, good choice! I’ll let the kids know they’ve got some popular stuff.” At her inquiry, Ganyma scratched his neck in thought. “Mm! Yeah, though right now I’ve gotta make sure my booth doesn’t explode without me,” he chuckled. “I’ll give you a raincheck for a good, kid-friendly fight!” Ganyma flung one thumb up in the air.

The gerbil troll jolted as the wrestling star called to it from behind the booth. Its head swivelled back and forth, as though searching for the person the tealblood addressed. Its furry gloved hand lifted to indicate itself. “...?” There was a beat of silence. Suddenly, the gerbil straightened and in a stiff march, made its way to the counter. It slammed its paws down on the counter. Though it was hard to tell underneath the costume, it looked like it was shaking. Head bowed, it stretched an arm to point towards one of the cuddlesacks. Ganyma scratched his jaw as the gerbil troll made its way over to him. He blinked in response when it suddenly crashed on the counter, and finally he realized what it wanted. Ah! It must have been very hard to communicate through such a costume. He chalked the strange behavior up to a translation issue and went to grab a cuddlesack from the booth display. “Not sure why we’ve got these, considering they’re not 100% on brand, but I’m glad you’re interested!” The wrestler known as Shield chuckled. “We’ll have new cuddlesacks at Bloodfest, so check back. Thanks…. You!” He handed over the goods with a thumbs up and a two-handed wave.
