With all these updates to Tickets, I'm a little worried about Prisms, Double Prisms, and Sapphires (now used for recoloring a full REI) being in their own rig.
Is there an estimate of how often we will see one of these? Maybe once a month or no? I miss seeing evolving items, and there are so many older ones with no recolors.

I like to try and do a Mini EI rig every 2 months!
When we have a bit more time and the availibility to release more prisms etc. I hope we can do them a little more regularly!
For now, those rigs will still contain rainbow ticket and double rainbow ticket items but the Prism Tickets + usermades will all be placed into those rigs as well~
Our main purpose is to speed up releases so everyone doesnt have to wait for their items for months and months! :c <3

Is it possible with the new Sapphire rules that they be adjusted a tad? I know the old full EIs are so much work, but since REIs are usually 15 poses, can the Sapphire not be allowed to work with any EI and just choose 15 poses? That way they could still choose a full REI or an older EI and just choose 15 poses from it.

Currently we'd like to keep the rules to REIs only.
Once we settle into the new change it is possible we may revisit it for older EIs as well!

We may revisit the idea in the future but for now we'd like to focus on the large queue on our plates before we get into bigger projects like the Kindred ones again!

The tickets that aren't being retired, like ruby, will be re-released at some point, yes?
Is there a way to add an expiration date to each ticket as they are won/purchased? Perhaps like engraving? And set the date for a year from drop? This would put an end to hoarding. Perhaps every ticket out there would need to have an expiration set before that could go into effect.

Ruby is likely to be released in the future!
I cannot however make full promises or give dates of it happening but it is not retired! <3
Because every specific ticket shares their own specific IDs it is not possible to add an expiration date to a ticket without it being added to every ticket of that type!
Therefore we keep expiration dates for the retiring tickets!

Can you please add a video option? The surveys were either asking to download shits for your phone from songs to games or 60+ surveys that was never 'completed' [stayed by the survey link even though I ticked everything.

I'm not sure what you mean about the music lists. I'm not putting too much into towns at the moment until I can work out how we can port it into html5/mobile. Al the other ideas seem like ideas worth exploring but not sure we have the time right now.

Can we please get someone to look at the inventory bugs in more detail again? I've been unable to reorganise my inventory for MONTHS, and I know others in the Bug Reports forum are the same. The temp fix of being able to retrieve items from locker/temp storage was great, but my locker still won't open and my temp storage is forever loading, and I'm unable to drag items anymore, plus obviously cant move them from page to page.
I didn't have this issue until the old inventory bug was 'fixed' and now it's been a really long time, and instead you guys are adding more random features instead of fixing serious issues like this. Would love some help! heart

Last week Zero mentioned how the ball is slowly rolling in regards to the old merch tickets having the products sent out, and for that I'd like to first say thank you for the update. I was just wondering though, for those users who chose not to redeem their ticket in favour of waiting to get Genkimix credit, would it be possible to request items in the store to be put on hold? For me, I didn't redeem my tickets as there is one thing in the store that I have always wanted, and it's a piece of old Gaia merchandise which makes me worry as with every delay that has happened to this process means that there's a higher chance of it selling out before I get my Genkimix credit.
Also, could someone please tell Zero I'm sorry for nagging him so much about the Merch Tickets? Thank you emotion_bigheart

People can apply at the mod FAQ sticky found in the Site Questions & Assistance forum! No eta on when we'll start selecting them, but we're hoping to ramp that up in the near future to expand the team further.

I'm not familiar with all the details of the recent Gatcha, but I think we removed the achievements as requested, we also added bonus for set amounts of items as opposed to bonus only for 100%, drop rates had also been proved, and there should be more.

Correct, getting the ultra rare prize is tied to getting the ultra rare result, however just rolling ultra rare does not mean that you would be guaranteed to win the ultra rare prize. We're figuring out a better way to communicate that.

That is an error, but not that the person didn't get anything, more that the art asset for that item wasn't being displayed. We have been trying to track those down and fix them. If you get that error note the date and time of when it happens and send a ticket to the Help Center and we can investigate what item may not be displaying. The Date and Time is important especially if you have been playing a lot as we need to find the specific item and that is our only way to know smile

Before when I'd re-equip an outfit and new people would fave it, it would get added to the existing tally, but I noticed this time around people faving my current avi got a new spot on my list (see image behind spoiler tags). I know this avatar is exactly the same as it was before because it's one of my saved outfits for when I'm feeling uninspired to do something new - and it's only 3 items.

Favorite stacking applies only if the avatar has the exact same items/poses/expression equipped. If anything is slightly different, the storage location would be different, resulting in a new counter. That part of the code haven't been changed since Favorites was released I think.
