Physical Description:
Aliane is a thin girl with little muscle definition though it is there and is slightly more tanned than her brother. She stands at a slightly above average height of 5'9”. Freckles spatter her face and frame a pair of green eyes. She keeps her strawberry blonde hair neatly tied back and out of her face.
Personality:
Aliane's quiet and shy nature sometimes gets in the way of her being heard. She doesn't often raise her voice. However, she doesn't mind being in the background normally as she sometimes spots things others can miss given enough time, such as, playing with ones hair or a piece of jewelry when they are nervous. Since they never knew their parents she usually stays close to her brother whenever she can. Her brother and her Weyr have her complete loyalty. She will do whatever is needed when asked. She knows how trusting her brother can be sometimes and usually tries to be the voice of reason if she notices him being used.

History:
Aliane was raised a weyrbrat with her brother, Adairan. Not knowing their parents Aliane kept close to her brother when she could. She always tailed after him and stayed relatively close to him. When her brother was being teased in their youth she tried to block as much as she could. Luckily it was nothing more than small snide comments or insults. Not wanting to be a burden on the Weyr or Adarian, she eventually found a place in the cooking hall having a place for her ideas to come out in the food, knowing what a certain dish might need or could do without. She does dream of riding dragons with her brother and defending the Weyr, especially now that the thread has returned, but she also knows that there is the possibility of not being chosen. At her core she wants to contribute in some way to High Reaches.
