I've been checking this site out for a long time now. I made an account years ago and surprisingly I was able to retrieve it. I think the surprising amount of gold needed to customize your avatar put me off, but now I'm more motivated to stay and try my best to stay. Hopefully everyone would help me out. :>
On that note, a lot of my artist friends has been here creating really great art! I can see why. The outfits here look incredible! For pixel art, these are so detailed! heart

Yeah, the inflation is still a thing, but the admins promised a change and it won't be long now until they deliver. Until then you could try to play games as zOMG or Lake Kindred to gain money very fast. Also, if you are short on items to equip you can always visit my giveaway thread (shameless advertisement on my part here, hinthint).

Welcome back! I know I was pretty intimidated about the gold amounts when I first joined Gaia. It can be hard getting a steady gold income, but once you learn how and learn a few tips for doing it, it gets a lot easier ^^
Yeah, the artists do a great job emotion_brofist The newer items look amazing especially compared to the older stuff

Hello there and welcome back to Gaia! Yeah, I know how you feel I felt the same way when I first came back again, so I totally get the whole idea of feeling put off by the inflation of the gold. But thankfully (I sure hope so) Gaia has finally said they'll stop producing gold generators which most of the Gaia community has bagged about for years! So don't lose hope, and don't frown! There is always a way to get the money you need for getting the stuff you like biggrin I play Lake Kindred as an example, to gain some gold. I do some Sycamorte hunting, or grind some RIGs. If I get some good stuff I might sell it, or save it for some contest as a prize :3

Haha, people always recommend Lake Kindred, but I always die before I defeat the first enemy. >.< I'll try the other games you said then too!

With Lake Kindred, not all kins are made equal. The trick is to use a decent kin to raise enough gold to then buy one of the really strong kins that can defeat the Sycamorte Trees. This guide gives some tips on how to do that. Sooo you might need to buy one of the stronger, but cheap, kins to get started.
