Shura gave a bit of a sigh as she watched some nobody girl as she clung to her brother. Didn't that girl know that Dovian was her brother and that she didn't want to share him yet? Maybe when he decided to get married she'd allow it but at the moment he should be all hers! Walking forward toward the pair, her brand new baby zanteer in her arms, she said, "Dovi... don't tell me that you're into weak, clingy girls... I think I might be a little disappointed in you."

Coming to pause near to the pair of them she found herself studying the one that was holding onto her brother and found that she just didn't like the girl. It was likely her jealousy speaking though. She didn't want to share her brother so obviously anyone that started clinging to him wouldn't be good enough. On top of that if she were ever to give her brother away to someone it would have to be someone that was as tough if not tougher then Shura herself! That way said person would be able to keep her meek brother safe from the dangers of the world.

Shifting the pup to one arm she lifted her free hand to pat Dovi on the head and asked, "Do you want me to chase this pest off for you, brother?" She'd be only too happy to hand Anhalo over to her brother so that she could chase off the fly that was buzzing around him.

Shura's red eyes seemed to go a bit wide for a moment as the name 'Dovi' came from the lips of someone that wasn't her. She opened her mouth, closed it without a sound, then seemed to grind her teeth for a moment before she said, "It's alright, Dovi. I figure if I punch her a few dozen times that she will let go." Alright maybe a few dozen might be a few too many... her hands might be sore at the end after all. She'd just punch the girl until she let go, that should surely be less punches, right?

Shifting her zanteer pup so that it was sitting on her shoulder she set to cracking her knuckles, "I will leave it up to you, pest. Do you want to be punched in the face of the midsection? I'm nice enough to go with whatever you decide upon!" Her chosen tone was one that was sickeningly sweet, as though she wasn't threatening violence but instead of chatting about something fun!

Shura gave a hiss between her teeth, "You really are an annoying pest, aren't you? Is that the only way you can get the attention of guys? By forcing your attention on them even if they want nothing more then to run away from you?" She asked, taking a couple of steps forward toward the girl that was continuing to use Dovian's nickname in such a manner. It was just heightening her anger and making her want to deck the girl that much harder!

Of course just as she lifted a hand, readying to punch... the girl actually went about ducking behind Dovian as though seeking protection from her brother. She paused in her stalking forward when the girl suddenly declared that Shura was 'such a boy' which had her starring for a moment. Was she serious? That had to be the strangest insult she'd ever heard but decided that the girl was just an air head.

As her brother set to trying to escape again, trying to pull away from her, Shura saw an opening. Lunging forward she took a swing at the girl under Dovian's arm. If Dovian wasn't going to save himself, seemingly unable to do so because he was too soft, then she'd save him!

Shura felt a pleased feeling in her chest when she landed a hit on the girl in front of her. She'd worried that she might not be able to hit effectively because Dovian had been between the two of them but it seemed as though she'd been lucky in that aspect. Looking at the girl that she'd sucker punched as her brother moved behind her she said, "Eh, I will leave it up on Nerad and Jonal whether or not I hit her too hard. I'm sure that they will side with me in the end." Surely Jonal would being the God of War she thought to herself, giving a bit of a grin.

Now that the girl was 'taken care of' in her mind she turned to look over her shoulder and said, "So! Want to go for a walk, Dovi? I'm sure that we can find something fun to do!" As she said that she took the Anhalo off her shoulder, holding him against her chest with one arm, and took hold of Dovian's hand with her other, "Let's get going!"

Giving a pleased sound she said, "Good, good!" Best to get her brother away from the strange, clingy girls that shouldn't be around someone like Dovian. She had a bad feeling that the girl would have just hassled him or abused him because of his amiable nature! It was bad enough that the pest had used in nickname but Essd only knew what else she might have wanted from poor Dovian!

"Hm? Oh, I don't know. Anhalo is just a baby and I wouldn't want to leave him at home and have him thinking that I was abandoning him or something. Don't worry! Next time I get in a fight to protect your honor I will let you hold him for me." Only once she had put distance between the two of them and the girl she'd saved Dovian from did she finally release his hand. She felt that it was safe to do so though that didn't stop her from walking closely alongside him, just in case!

Shura looked up at her brother then gave a toothy grin, "Do you know that? As nice as you are I bet a girl could drag you off to the alter to get married and you wouldn't even protest! It's alright though, I will protect you!" She gave a bright smile as she declared that, as though she was in fact ready to take on any one that might try to steal Dovian away against his will! Unable to help but to giggle a bit she said, "I'm the powerful, beautiful knight, who has to protect the damsel, that's you, from all the monsters. The monsters being those that would take advantage of your kind nature." Like that pest from before...

"A pet to help keep people away." Shura mused, then nodded, "Yes! Something that is all teeth like a janarim or a snaptrotter! I bet you would be safe then during those times when I am not present." Who'd try to take Dovian away from a carnivorous kind after all?

As he asked Anhalo for protection the tiny blue pup set to squeaking in excitement, as though agreeing. Of course the little one seemed to agree to anything said to him at the moment because people talking to him often went hand in hand with treats. As though responding to said squeaks Shura reached for the pouch that hung on her belt, getting out a bit of dried fish, and handed it over to Anhalo.

"You say that now but just wait until people start to notice how cute you are!" She told him, lifting a hand to ruffle his pretty hair. If people didn't consider wanting to carry him off to marry him then they were fools. Not that she'd allow it to happen of course. It was just the fact of the matter in her mind that he was cute enough to be stolen but that nobody was allowed to steal him away.

Giving a little sigh Shura said, "You need something to protect you though!" She gave a thoughtful sound, then added, "I'm sure if we look hard we should be able to find you something that is both cuddly and able to chase off any possible danger. Oh! Oh! We could always try to get you one of Profit's relatives! Profit is all cuddly!"

"Hey! He's not gonna be fat! He's still growing and needs to eat well." She said, giving him a snuggle before looking back to Dovian. She gave him a smile and said, "We will find you something great! We just need to figure out something that is cuddly and protective."
