Got my first harvest out of this years veggie garden.
I got one crookneck squash and one Dixie hybrid squash. Both are a good size and they have a nice rich yellow color. Way better looking than store bought stuff.
I started both plants from seed.
SO PROUD RIGHT NOW.

Noice. Home grown food is (usually) so much better. As long as the squirrels and rabbits don't eat them. On the bright side, my apple trees blossomed this year. Yey.
nice... i'm guessing you live in a warm climate area? Because my veggies haven't sprouted yet... have to wait for memorial day to start growing D:
but awesome job. I bet it tastes like success!!

I have raised beds so I don't have a rabbit issue and the people next door feed the squirrels so they stay out of the yard usually. What kind of apple do you have?

I don't even know. I planted them when I was 10-ish. There even a guarantee they'll have apples. Most apples trees that get apples are grafts.
