V'rind had had a pretty rough night. Honestly, she'd come to sort of dread any gold flights, though she knew that the results would never change. Krahsujunth had done his best, as usual, and been fuming when he'd come up short, also as usual. At least, she'd later reflect, he'd lost to a bronze. He was vastly more insufferable when browns won gold flights, especially the smaller ones. She'd fled into the thrall of flightlust to escape his griping at one point as it became clear he would not be snaring the gold, and she remembered finding a body...two bodies? Three? A small crowd, at one point, as the weyr let itself revel, and she knew at one point she'd jammed her back against the handle to the door of her weyr...or been jammed against it, too distracted by hands and lips and heat to realize she'd locked the door before leaving. There was fumbling, and then swirling darkness, no memories clear enough beyond raw feelings to determine.

The bed, at least, was soft on the now-aching point on her back where she'd no doubt bruised herself. Krahsujunth must be asleep, as he was blissfully silent. She'd refused the urge to open her eyes against the day, soaking and reveling in the heavy warmth and vague ache of a night well spent...though when she shifted and realized there was a body on either side of her the temptation grew tenfold.

Two? Gracious. Krahsujunth must have been even more keen to catch than she'd thought. And no wonder then that she was so thoroughly sated. It must have been some night...Well. No reason to ruin it just yet, right? With a jaw-cracking yawn, eyes still shut, she rolled over, tugging one of the bodies close, hand boldly curling around to pat as she buried her face into the pillow.

Of course, a moment later when she'd realized it was a rather female form she'd grabbed, she sat bolt upright, blue eyes blinking blearily down at...hoooo boy.

To be honest, the last clear memory she had was kissing her brother's cheek, and going hunting for some kind of partner for the night. Why not? Flightlust had been roaring through her body, and Alumet was the sort of girl to follow her whims. There was something in the night that had led to her pinning someone to the door, and then there were hands. Hands, teeth, shards it had been heaven. Her body was blissfully light and content, and as she felt a hand pull her closer, her fingers splayed across a feminine chest. With a murmur of contentment, Alumet had been near to lapsing back in to sleep, with her long, strawberry blonde hair loose about her head...and then. And then the girl beside her had to shoot up like someone had struck her.

Why? Why did she have to move and spoil the warmth? Making a noise of displeasure, the tyoung woman rolled on to her stomach, looking up at V'rind from under long, dark lashes, a smile there. Perhaps, her grin was a bit more wicked than it should be for a girl of seventeen, but with the three bodies in one bed? How could she not fell over-pleased, "Really, now....V'rind, isn't it? Lay back down...I was warm."

Ayd'n had actually woken up first, a little while ago and upon realizing he was apparently in bed with two beautiful women... he'd been a little surprised. But, well. What sort of guy would seriously have a problem with this? Even though he typically went for men in his sexual encounters... a gold Flight meant all bets were off. And it wasn't that he disliked women at all, just usually preferred men. So he'd laid back down to doze off again, perfectly content to simply enjoy sleeping next to someone else. Two someones, actually. It was very nice.

Once they started moving around and talking, though, he snapped out of his dozing and pushed himself up on an elbow on the opposite side of the woman now sitting up. With a slight, amused smile, he wrapped his free arm around V'rind's waist. "Yes indeed... why spoil the moment?" He tugged gently. "As she said... lay back down. I doubt anyone will seriously fault us if we're late for any obligations today."

Well. At least neither of the other parties seemed horrified to find that a rider old enough to match their two ages combined had intruded on their tryst. Or was it her tryst? What she remembered was a whirling cyclone of hands and skin and throaty, if certainly positive in tone, moans. V'rind remained upright for a few moments longer, working through her response to finding herself so paired...what was the word for 'paired' when it was more than a pair?

She shook her head, shoving the intrusive thought away. Well. It wasn't the first time she'd woken with another woman, nor sharing the bed three ways. Dragons, she scowled to herself, always put the weyr in a tizzy.

At last she sighed and let the combined efforts of her bedpartners draw her back down amidst the sheets. Face-down in the gap between each's pillow, she looped an arm around both partners' wastes and gave a few well meaning, if awkward, pats. "Well I'll take it by both of your eagerness that as a group we didn't disappoint. I'll admit I don't remember a bit of it...and thanks to Krahsujunth on that, damn stubborn blue." From across the room she felt a still-furious, and grief-tinged jab from the dragon at fault. Honestly, hiding between the bosoms of her temporary lovers sounded much nicer than beginning the drawn out routine of reassuring the spurned blue after a gold flight.

"Please tell me I wasn't either of your firsts though," she bluntly added. "Last thing I need's some swooning hanger-on when I've already got that one on my hands."

Another jab from the blue, and a low rumble filled the chamber.

There was a smile that curved over the edges of her lips as lithe fingers traced the elder woman's hips, her head canting aside as Ayd'n got her to lie back down. Slowly, Alumet's body was pressed to V'rind's side, lips pressing to the edge of her jaw as she listened to the Rider talk. "If it disappointed, I don't think I would still be in this bed" The touch of that hand at her lower back made her realize just how...awkward the woman might be. Raising a brow, she smiled sweetly. The idea of V'rind being her first got a bright laugh, she moving so she was tucked o the oher. Oh, that was a novel idea.

Her first had been a while ago, "No, nowhere near my first, dear V'rind. Do no worry." Her hand moved slightly across the other woman's waist to play on the back of Ayd'n's hand. There had to be a moment's pride, for the Candidate to realize that she'd bedded two Riders. Wasn't she the lucky one.

The commentary from the two women had Ayd'n chuckling also, placing a soft kiss on the back of the older woman's neck. "Not my first either, though I will admit I haven't had too much opportunity for two at once." Turning his hand, he captured Alumet's hand in his and kissed her knuckles before releasing her.

"I don't know how often this sort of thing happens outside the Weyrs, but I could never convince anyone to try it back at Harper Hall." He hadn't actually seriously tried but... no harm in a little almost bragging.

Twin kisses fell, one and two, on either side of her, and V'rind sighed. Alright. So probably she had been working out all her ire and tension in fighting, bit with flame against thread and with fists against anyone she liked...she reached for where she expected irritation to be bubbling in her gut, but found it exised, and gone. Clearly it had been another sort of throw down she'd needed to shake the mounting tension of being a rider in the first turn of thread in some thousand without.

The fact that neither of them had been innocent also pleased her, because she really just hadn't been up to dealing with that on top of everything else.

Across the weyr the blue shifted, glaring at the sated trio as best a dragon could, before whipping out of the weyr with a rush of leathery wings and wind that sent their loose hair whipping about. V'rind growled low in her throat, then sighed, feeling that the blue had gone off to kill probably a few too many herdbeasts to vent. "Yes I'd imagine those waking up in a position kin to our own in whatever weyrs the flight passed over will be much less keen on the whole thing." Her hands' grips on the smalls of each of their backs were steadier now, and she pulled both flush to her, iron-firm muscle flexing beneath ivory skin...marred only on the left shoulder and down tht side of her back...to force them all closer than they already were.

"Either of you eager young things know wht candlemark it is?"

Her eyes watched V’rind’s face, studying the way the woman’s expression shifted over and over. Curious, to think that she was so conflicted over something as simple as the people she bedded in a flight. Her fingers traced across skin, a lazy pattern as she watched the blue across the weyr. Well didn’t he look angry. Snorting as he flew off, she shook her head, and then damn near purred as her full figure was pulled close to her bedmate’s own. Throwing one leg across V’rind’s thigh so they could be pressed closer...Alumet realized something.

What candlemark was it? It couldn’t be too terribly late in to the afternoon, could it? Yawning, she moved up on to one elbow, her hair falling about her face as she glanced around, "...You know, I have no idea." How was she supposed to keep track of time when she was happily snuggled with two gorgeous partners after all? "Though maybe," A stretch and yawn, "...Maybe it's time for food..."

Ayd'n also glanced around the room, as if the answer to V'rind's question could maybe be found somewhere in sight. When that didn't happen easily, he echoed Alumet. "I don't know either. Though I doubt anyone will seriously be watching to see if things are done exactly on time today..." he pointed out with a small quirk of his lips.

"Still. Food sounds good..."

"A fair enough point." V'rind shifted, retracting her arms to prop her front half up on her elbows. "I imagine most of the weyr's leadership will either only be returning now, or be in talks. Planning. All that." The golds of course would have had to flee, and oft she'd seen weyrwomen take their chosen mates with them, both for company, and to ensure they didn't go chasing other golds. Then there was the clutch to come. On some level she was interested to learn who had won, if not Krahsujunth, but almost better not to know. The blue'd be whining endlessly as it was. "You both hungry then?" She looked down and aside at each of her temporary partners, and her stomach gave a rather vocal grumble just then. "...Well. Clearly I am. I suppose you can both be proud. Since we don't know the time, then I'll let you guess we had enough fun last night that I'm extra hungry today."

Without hesitation she ducked her head to press a quick, almost nipping peck to the corner of each's jaw, then slid down the length of the bed to rise, as stark as the day she'd been born. Hands on her hips, she tutted at the wild array of clothes scattered across the floor of the weyr. "...We sure now that it was only the three of us last night? Looks like a storage room got upended in here."

The n** on her neck got a sweet, mewling sound from Alumet, her eyes closing as she enjoyed the feeling of it. Shards, V'rind leaving the bed was terribly unpleasant. Making a tiny face, the girl slipped out after her, a full figure on display for both of her bedmates as she began to extract her clothing slowly from the piles. She would organize it all with time, "Well, I will certainly take pleasure knowing that you enjoyed yourself~. Riders can get so tense. Knowing that I helped ease yours is a pleasure of itself." Her voice was a teasing croon as she slipped in to her underthings.

Every gesture was slow, languid and showy, meant to attract the eyes...Not that Alumet particularly meant it to be that way. This was just who she was.
