Things were going well enough with this attempt to conquer all of the training courses - two down, three left to go. And then Lucky had promised to tell her more, to take her out on missions, and things!
Hands in the pockets of her jacket, Reine strolled over to the Sun training course. This one seemed straightforward enough - just kill things, and avoid being killed.
Summoning her weapon - easier after that experience with Charlotte - Reine readied herself for the first wave of shadowlings, but found herself overwhelmed by the tiny, crawling creatures that swarmed at her.

Yelling as she scrambled back onto her feet, Reine swung out at the annoying creatures, slashing through a few. They skittered back away from her, almost as if afraid, and she brandished her sword at them threateningly.
