 "And now we begin the second match of the Semi-Finals! Team Karamna will be facing off against Team Koizumi! Both teams have already had flawless victories, and Judging from the crowd's applause, I'm not the only one excited to see this fight! Both teams include powerful Half-Demons with endless possibilities! I can't wait to see who wins this round and moves on to fight our champions, Team Urameshi!" "But before we begin, it's time for the team leaders to decide the terms of this fight! Come on up, Rinri Koizumi, and Haiyou Karamana!" Note: Koto (red) is in the booth in the stands. Juri (Green) is in the arena with the fighters. Each fighter would have been checked out and cleared by the nurse (Ruka) Before this moment. Feel free to comment on that.  ¤·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.·¤·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.·¤·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.·¤ As KyLynasha walked into the arena, she was in awe of the crowd. The outfit she chose to wear was a red, sleeveless, v-neck top that fit her body well while staying comfortable. Her jean shorts were about 5 or so inches from her knees. Her black boots just below her knees, and one dagger sitting on her right thigh while her second dagger, her dagger twin was in her boot. Her two swords were where they belonged, on each side of her hip and she had her bo staff strapped across her chest to where the staff itself sat on her back diagonally.
With her outfit, the scar on her right bicep showed a very dim red and if she didn't pull her shirt down to meet the top of her shorts, a small section of one of her other scars that was on her back would be revealed.
She moved a stray hair behind her silver tipped, red fox ear. She managed to get pretty far into the tournament without turning to her more true form without revealing her full demonic side. Unfortunately, a couple of matches ago, KyLynasha had to resort to her rose whip in order to win. So she thought.. might as well reveal her "normal" side.ღ.:⇀ "We made it to the Semi-Finals!" ↽:.ღ KyLynasha giggled with excitement. She was so happy about even making this far. ღ.:⇀ "All my training has paid off.. " ↽:.ღ She thought as another thought occurred. She had realized that even making it to the semi-finals.. she had yet to run into her brother..
Her smile faded slightly. She had hoped he would be in this tournament because he was like her in this. They both were hard trainees when they were under their parents.
ღ.:⇀ "I wonder if he kept his appearance or if he was able to change... like me... Or.. if he is even here..."↽:.ღ She thought as she looked around the arena.
She and her team, Team Koizumi, were going against Team Karamna. So far, she was going by the name of Lyn, to protect herself in case any demons had remembered her family's name and were against the retreat that they had to do against the last time they were here.ღ.:⇀ "That was so long ago..."↽:.ღ She said softly as the memories invaded her mind. Shaking her head, Lyn looked ahead and was awaiting the decision on how this match will go down. She grasped her pendant and hoped for one on one combat...
She they waited for a response from both captains, she glanced at the young man with the bright golden eyes at the other side of the ring. A faint blush appeared as she remembered how they briefly met.
It was in the woods and she was walking back to the hotel after visiting her mother's gravestone. She was singing a lullaby that her mother would sing every so often to where Lyn was able to remember it by heart. As soon as it finished, she bumped into him and her tongue was tied. He had asked her and very kindly at that to sing what she had just ended. All she could muster was a shake of her head and politely explaining that she was too shy as she apologized. After exchanging names and good fortune to one another, she practically bolted back to her room.ღ.:⇀ "I hope this will be interesting.."She thought as she had this feeling about him. Was it a familiar feeling.. or was is something else.. She wasn't sure, but kept to wits about herself. ✠ "𝕿𝖍𝖊𝖞 𝖜𝖎𝖑𝖑 𝖆𝖑𝖜𝖆𝖞𝖘 𝖘𝖕𝖊𝖆𝖐 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝖙𝖗𝖚𝖙𝖍." ✠ —¤÷(`[¤* *¤]´)÷¤—¤÷(`[¤* *¤]´)÷¤—¤÷(`[¤* *¤]´)÷¤—¤÷(`[¤* *¤]´)÷¤— Akarin and his team had walked in from the other side of the arena. "This place hasn't changed one bit.." He said, looking around.
Thus far, he was able to get this far without revealing his true self. He grinned, acknowledging that he himself has become a little stronger. Being able to stay in his human transformation this long, and kept the name Rin being said instead of his real name had almost astounded even himself.
In this match, he wore a white, sleeveless shirt underneath his black jacket. His dark colored pants were a well, yet loose fit to where he could move very easily in a fight. His sword hung slightly tilted from the right side of his belt, while his dagger was snug on his left side. His other dagger, was in a cover-clip sheath/case that sat snugly on his right hip. "That Team Koizumi has some talented fighters." He said, looking at the team's combatants. One fighter had sparked his interest... The girl that he heard be called Lyn. He had bumped into her once during this whole tournament where she revealed her name as Lyn..
It was in the woods when the meeting had occurred. He was walking, enjoying the sunlight when he had heard a long lost familiar tune. By the time he found the source, the song the young woman was singing was over. He had asked her to sing once more and she had said that she was too shy while apologizing. He told her his name and she had given hers. After wishing each other luck in this tournament, they parted ways.
He watched her with his golden eyes of her actions as both teams entered. There was something about her that reminded him of his sister. He shook his head as memories tried to flash, and had stopped them before they could fully manifest."I wonder who that girl is..."  Meanwhile, hiding in the back of the arena entrance, a certain half demon with dis-associative identity disorder was engaged in the most epic battle of his young life: trying to find theme music on his phone toplay as he strutted his way into the ring. Haiyou...well, technically Honey Badger, at the moment, was taking his sweet time finding the best way to show off, earning a sigh from Haiyou himself. "You've been at this for fifteen minutes. Hurry up and get out there before we're disqualified, you idiot!" He scolded his other self.
It was no use, however, as Badger was too concerned with finding the perfect track to make a grand entrance to. If only he put this much effort into finding a job that didn't involve killing people. "Kiddo, you gotta understand something. This...is a tournament. This is a spectator sport. People love a showman. They love someone who makes a lasting impression, both in their minds and their opponent's testicles." He replied matter-of-factly, going right back to swiping through his phone for a theme song worthy of his ego.A grin wider than the Grand Canyon formed on Haiyou's face, indicating that his search had finally come to an end. Hooking his phone up to a speaker that he brought with him, Badger pressed play, letting this masterpiece of music play on for a few seconds. As it came to his favorite part (the one that fed his ego), he confidently strode into the arena, earning confused and annoyed looks from a few spectators, and laughs from a few others. Stepping into the ring, he smirked, turning off the speaker. "I think that got their attention." Badger thought proudly, earning an annoyed mental sigh from Haiyou. To be fair, this stunt was incredibly tame, compared to the Canadian Bacon Fiasco of 1997. Haiyou swore a blood pact to never speak of that incident again. Ever.

He liked his captain and didn't feel to bad or embarrassed about being a little himself around him or his other teammates. "Had a difficult time finding a track again, Badger?" he asked as he took a step closer to the ring and looked at him. He grinned again, a couple of times he had done just that and almost got his own team kicked. He chuckled softly.

Scene that was his rival team's leader entering the arena. "Any longer and this fight would have been a waste of everyone's time.." He thought, glaring at him in annoyance. Unlike Team Karamana's leader, Team Koizumi's leader has entered the ring when his name was called. Koizumi simply stood next to Juri with his arms crossed and leaning to his left leg. He straighten as Karamana finally came to his designated spot, still glaring with cold eyes. "I take it we are ready to decide this then?" He spoke with a voice far more calm than his gaze would have him seem. "I don't have time to play with this moron. This should end quickly, he is a loose canon. Even with demon powers, he may too easily be distracted." For a moment, Koizumi glanced at Lyn, then back at Karamana. "I suggest we stick to the traditional one-on-one matches." He said curtly. "From watching his matches, Karamana seems to have a split personality. His dormant state is tactical like myself, but his other.. My best bet would be to keep him like that. It should keep things balanced." His arms were still crossed as he watched the other leader carefully and waited for his response.

 Sumire Isako Thoughts:Mood:Yoki: █ █ █ █ █ █#26619C╟──────────────────────╢ Sumire hadn't even noticed that the next match had been introduced or that it had been her teams match, she was too busy writing in her book about her experiences and what she has seen in the tournament thus far, it wasn't until she heard music play that she looked up from the book to realize it was their match. Putting the book back on her belt and tightly securing it she quickly made her way into the arena, bowing slightly as an apology for being what she deemed late despite it she wasn't actually late. Readjusting her hat after she raised back up, she has a small smile on her face as she waited for both team leaders to decide on how this should play out.

She wasn't sure who was who right now, but he was a tactical fighter, almost like herself, yet in a way different because of the personality switch.
She took in a deep breath and felt a thrum within herself. Lyn blinked for a couple of moments and tilted her head in thought. After another moment, Lyn shook her head and waited patiently beside her teammates.↽:.ღ

Haiyou took control of his shared body once again, visibly annoyed at his own antics. It was a bit sad that he'd gotten popular in his first match for Badger's ridiculous stunts, but hey, it could have been worse. In the team's first match, Haiyou got slapped because Honey Badger tried hitting on Juri and Koto...and failed quite spectacularly.
"I still can't believe you came up with that awful ship name for those two. Okay, I can totally believe it, but I'm appalled that you actually said it out loud. Fuzzy Tuna? Really?" He groaned internally.
"Okay, I'll admit, that was NOT my best work. It was short notice!" Honey Badger whispered defensively, having taken over again. Hearing Akarin's comment, the idiot grinned playfully. "Well, y'know. Good showmen always arrive fashionably late." He joked.
Haiyou assumed control once more, turning to face the captain of Team Koizumi. He seemed like a smart, stoic individual. Someone who could outsmart Badger. The two would have to come up with a good plan to take him down, especially after seeing his team in their previous match.
"Who needs brains when you can punch 'im in the d**k?" Badger asked mentally, grinning in the back of Haiyou's mind.
"One on one sounds good. As for the match-ups...I'm thinking you and me, Akarin and Rei, Sumire and KyLansha, Haku and Rekka, and Yuko and Seravee. Do those sound alright?" He asked. Haiyou and Honey Badger might have an advantage against Rinri in the form of their bipolar nonsense. Their split personality made for a rather...unpredictable opponent, which helped them in their first round. Okay, Badger won by stomping the enemy captain in the crotch.

Let the others go first, and then we'll break the tie." Koizumi stood tall, there wasn't a shred of doubt within him as he smirked slightly. "Rei will lose, let her go first. Her failure with make the others cocky. Haku and Rekka could go either way, but it won't matter. They are opposites of one another and equally strong. Seravee, on the other hand has never failed."He glanced at the giant from the corner of his eye, then looked back at Karamana. "Lyn is another story, she's good but will be be good enough to defeat Sumire? They both have high skill and wit.. Either way it will be interesting.." Still confident, Koizumi held out his hand as he waited for Karamana's response. "Regardless, this will be entertaining. May the best team win." She also was grateful that he mispronounced her name. "That was close.." Sumire Isako Thoughts:Mood:Yoki: █ █ █ █ █ █#26619C╟──────────────────────╢ Sumire remained silent the entire time, she didn't really have much to say about what was happening, while she waited for this to end and the fighting to begin, she opened the larger pouch that was attached to her belt and pulled out a bar of almond chocolate she had bought earlier and broke off a piece, as she ate her chocolate she offered some to the rest of her team before putting it back in the pouch "Seems like you'll be going first Akarin, good luck in your fight." her voice was soft and gentle, her voice didn't match how she fought "And it seems i'll be fighting her, she seems to be a capable opponent, she may prove to be difficult but we shall see."

Noticing the glare of his opponent, Haiyou,
with Badger in the driver's seat, grinned playfully and nodded at Koizumi's suggestion. He reached out, shaking the rival captain's hand with enthusiasm.
"Sounds good to me. Save the real show for the big finale.
The crowd'll love watching me ragdoll your bishonen a** across the ring."
Badger declared in a cocky tone. "Also, Rin, I just remembered the whole alias thing. My bad. That's on me." He said, having turned to his teammate.
"I'm not surprised that you forgot. You have a talent for ignoring everything that you're not interested in." Haiyou scolded internally.
"Hey! It's your brain, kiddo! You forgot, too!" Badger replied defensively, clearly having a point.
Haiyou took over once more, sighing as he let go of Koizumi's hand. Badger would be the death of him one day.
"Ignore that last bit. May the best team win."
He said, stepping out of the arena to join his team and wait for the first match to begin. He would wish Akarin good luck in his match, hoping he wasn't too mad about the whole name drop thing.
