Spring had arrived to the urban decay of Destiny City, and the seedy downtown hustle and bustle was unusually quiet save for the sharp gales that whistled over the rooftops. Sarabauite hugged her knees tighter to herself as she concealed herself beneath the shadow of a decrepit chimney. She was so still; only the wan shine of the moonlight against her white locks and glasses gave any evidence she was there.
Beneath her breath, she muttered something incomprehensible, voicing the thoughts within as if, somehow, that would bring calm to the uncontrolled torrent. At this point, the hunger was consuming her in droves, and she was at a loss. Was this the definition of madness? Or was she only toeing the line, and had not fallen far enough?
I can't take this anymore, she mentally cried out to whatever unknown forces were shaping her thoughts. Please, I'm begging you, I just want this to end. When will you give me peace? I just want... peace!
But no one heard her, and likely, no one was to ever come. Help was beyond her.
Nuxaz hope this is good enough!

Tonight was one of the first nights since that disaster of a battle against the eternal that Hydra had gone out. Being a super was interesting and should have been exhilarating but all she felt was apprehension. She wasn't up to full strength, having only recently recovered enough to be allowed out of bed and back on her feet.
Pop was still furious with her for having ended up in the hospital, but she couldn't stay out of the fray despite how both her dad and Bob tried.
What was the point of all this new strength and power if she wasn't allowed to explore it?
The heels of her boots clacked against the cement as she walked forward, long hair fluttering behind her with every step as she struggled to keep her shoulders straight and chin up. Her heart beat erratically in her chest, fear she assumed, from before. What if she got in over her head again?
Bob wouldn't be here to sweep her off her feet but at least she had a new skill, teleportation, at least. Up ahead, she felt the pulse of something familiar. Ally it called her and she moved forward until she found someone whom she thought might be part of them.
"Hey," she called tentatively, inching closer only to still as she read the tension in the other girl's body. "You okay?"

Sarabauite crumpled in on herself like a wad of paper; the energy signature tensing up every fiber of her being. For the moment, she was both afraid and delighted—if it were one of Chaos, the captain cared not to hear or see them; if Order, something compelled her to fight them instantly. When she registered it was one bound by the power of Metallia, she sighed inwardly.
It was a Chaos signature, likely someone of equally standing. Were they going to lecture her like the others? She was tired of people telling her what to do.
When Hydra gently inquired of her well-being, Sarabauite rose her head from her knees to where the whites of her eyes seemed to glow from beneath the shadow of the chimney. Eventually, she stumbled to standing, and when she appeared fully in the moonlight, she looked like a cousin of the undead and far from any perceived "okay."
"I'm... fine," she said dryly, keeping her eyes to the ground. "I'm sorry... I'm sorry if I worried you."

The captain wasn't one that she recognized easily, even if there was some sort of deja vu tug. It was probably just her memory playing tricks on her. Surely she'd glimpsed several agents over her time in the Negaverse without ever properly meeting them. Perhaps the woman was one of them.
"It's okay," Hydra said gently, offering a tentative and soft smile. Jade eyes flicked over the woman's ghastly appearance and her brow crinkled with concern. No matter what she'd said, the agent didn't look well off. "Oh, uh - " she hesitated, her compulsion to help and make the girl fess up to whatever was ailing her threatening to overpower her desire to possibly make a friend.
"You - " another pause, bottom lip worried down upon as the super senshi tried to figure out how to move forward. "You sure? You look a little - maybe we should get you home. Patrolling's probably not a good idea when..." She gestured at her because she was afraid to say when you look like the walking dead. "I'm Hydra and...I wanna help."unohime i've been spotty and slow and I apologize!
