In order for us to grow more how do we go about gaining more members?
I'm thinking that our main way of recruiting new people is zOMG. We can hangout there as well as raid such as DMS or SMEB together and it'll be easier to set up crews within our guild. However, I know some people may be busy so are there any other ways to recruit people to you fellow RRR squadmates can suggest?
Personally I can spend at least an hour over the weekends on zOMG, but it's beginning to get a little busy for me.

In regards to the unresponsive members we do note that some may not get on as often as other, or they may not check their messages, guilds, other notices, ect. P.S. I really like that chart it looks BOOTIFUL (shout out to the booty sector!)

For some still in school spring break is right about now, but it's also nearing the end of the year which means a lot of tests and finals. Unfortunately that's me so I'll be pretty occupied for a while until summer comes. That's why I'm mostly limited to the weekends and even then I'm still kinda limited.

I understand I'm a teacher and we are doing a lot of testing in our school right now and i know finals are in the next couple of weeks.

Katittude- I understand I'm a teacher and we are doing a lot of testing in our school right now and i know finals are in the next couple of weeks. I don't know why I missed this. But that's really cool that you are a teacher, you get to lead these kids in the right direction. Every time I go walk to my middle school (within walking distance from my hs), kids be cussin left and right. I mean I cuss, but damn.
