So I got into this game about two years ago because it was popular at my local club. Since then I've moved and it's harder to find people who play it now. Luckily I have two sides (UCM and Scourge) painted up and my wife and I are going to try and bust out a game tonight!

DZC is a 10mm scale urban combat game that relies heavily on tactical maneuvering choices, objective retrieval, dropships, and an almost rock-paper-scissors hierarchy between troops, aircraft, AA, and combat vehicles.

The starter is a great deal with two full, evenly matched forces, 10 high-quality cardboard buildings, mats, dice, full rulebook, reference sheets, etc. I love the minis because they're easy to paint and the resin part of their range is incredibly well manufactured with great detail and no defects.

Sure. Like every other smaller-than-28mm game, it is an Epic ripoff. rolleyes

Srsly tho, it's less about massive battlefields and more about moving intelligently to retrieve objectives.

So securing objectives are far more important than obliterating enemy forces?
Sounds good to me.
