 Alicorn's all come with a domain that they govern over, which their powers reflect. However, to keep Alicorn's from being too over-powered or having domains that overlap too much, we require all owners to post Alicorn's when they receive them here, indicating what domain they will take and what powers they'll have. Once a staff-member approves, the owner can take their character in for certing.
Alicorn's control a domain, however not all of them control it at the same level as others. For instance, the Alicorn of Fertility maintains who has children. They have complete control over fertility, and if the Alicorn so chooses they can make it so no one can have kids for a period of time. However, not all Alicorn's affect their domain so harshly. For example, the Alicorn of Love does not control the emotion of love completely. He cannot stop other ponies from falling in love, nor can he stop love across the world. Instead, he can give those around him the feeling of love whenever he wishes.
For the most part, the owner can decide how much their character controls their domain, however it is up to staff whether to approve it or not. We have to take into consideration the fact that abuse of a certain domain that is heavily controlled can directly alter how RP and future events are handled. We might say no to certain domains being controlled too heavily, and yes to others. Please do not take it personally, we just need to ensure the shop-setting doesn't get pushed in a direction we don't want!
Domains can overlap to an extent. There can be various Alicorn's governing similar domains, but not exact domains. There can be an Alicorn of Bugs, and an Alicorn of Butterflies, it just means they'll need different powers and cannot clash too much. Typically, we prefer more precise domains (such as a specific topic, like cats, butterflies, rivers, etc) over broader ones (such as animals, bugs, water). We might ask you to change to a more specific domain to keep things running smoothly within the shop if your powers don't allow for similar domains to co-exist.
We also have the right to reject certain powers if they're too strong, don't make sense, or another owner has this power and we rather it sticks to a set number of Alicorn's.
Breeding Alicorn's have a unique perk to them. Generation 2+ can inherit one power from their parents. For instance, the Alicorn of Love can have an Alicorn child who inherits his ability to make those around him fall easier in love. Please check with the original parent that this is okay.

Wynter - Winter - Yushika
Controls when the season of Winter comes and goes.
Can freeze anyone or anything within her eyeshot.
Has a cold aura, making her unapproachable by those not winter aligned or lacking charms.
Can summon and control ice and snow, as well as morphing either to fit specific shapes.
Seraphim - Fertility - Yushika
Able to provide (and choose who has) children with the DNA of those who have a dream involving children.
Able to make one, for a few days, believe they want kids. Can only be used once on a specific person.
Able to make one, for a few days, believe they don't want kids. Can only be used once on a specific person.
Valentine - Love - Yushika
Can bring out the natural love one has towards a specific object or person, resulting in that person being more likely to act on their feelings. Can only be used once on a specific person.
Can lock the natural love one has towards a specific object or person, resulting in that person growing emotionally numb towards the target. Can only be used once on a specific person.
Lady Orchid - Plants - Moonstone Dazzle
Natural Growth: flowers and plants sprout up where her hooves touch the ground, and throughout her mane/tail. Picking these does not hurt her.
Enhanced Growth: Can high-speed grow flowers and plants, even on the verge of death.
Will of Nature: Can wilt plants/flowers and take their energy upon herself.
Rose Thorn Wall: Can summon a wall of thorns and briars to protect herself if need be, with some manipulation of individual vines as a weapon.
Plant Inception: Can create real or fictitious plant or part of a plant from her mind, with some focus.
Treecaller: Can make her skin into hard bark for self-protection
Star Shy - Stars - Midnightglow18
She is able to move stars around.
She is able to clean the stars to make them brighter.
Star Shy is able to make star clouds.
Star Shy has a minor star beam attack, but she doesn't like fighting and isn't very strong. So she mostly hides if there is a problem unless she has to fight back.
Star Shy makes stardust that creates a small amount of light.
Star Shy is able to hear wishes made on stars, she isn't able to grant the wishes.

Fox's Wedding: Can start light rainshowers or snowfall during sunny weather, or cause existing precipitation to lighten and break up to show the sun
I Can See Your Halo: Summons or banishes conditions for visual weather phenomena: like rainbows, sundogs, mirages and dewbows.
Morning Dew: Responsible for spreading dew (or frost in winter)
Nice Weather We're Having: Projects an aura of calm around them, dampening extreme weather events in their immediate area
Sunrise is my Favourite Colour: Can affect the shape, size, and colour of clouds
The Mists Hold Surprises: Can form or dispel mist and fog
Hopi - Butterflies - Leopleuradon
Summon Ethereal Butterflies - Hopi can use her magic to summon ethereal butterflies that give off a soft glow. This can be used to light the way in the dark, cause just a small amount of light, or momentarily light a whole room if need be. There's also just something cute about glowing blue butterflies!
Poison Powder - Hopi can flutters her wings while channeling her magic and produce a poison powder. Very convenient for stunning enemies. Not so good in combat with allies though.
Communicate with Butterflies - Hopi can talk to these beautiful creatures!
Cocoon Healing - Hopi is able to cast people into a sort of healing stasis by wrapping them in a magical cocoon. If the cocoon takes enough damage it will break, and the person inside will only partially be healed.
Creating Butterflies - Hopi is able to speed up the growth process of caterpillars in their cocoons!
Butterfly Transformation - Hopi can disguise herself as a butterfly! But, she can only do this once every 12 hours for 5 minutes. c:

5. Creating Butterflies - Hopi is able to speed up the growth process of caterpillars in their cocoons!
6. Butterfly Transformation - Hopi can disguise herself as a butterfly! But, she can only do this once every 12 hours for 5 minutes. c:

Luck smiles: Fortune can give good luck to ONE aspect of one's life; this is a permanent thing. He can only do this once a month.
Notes: One who was given good luck in an aspect of their life can never have bad luck in that aspect.
One under fortunes favor or blessed kiss cannot loose their luck during the duration, they may also not be touched by his brother for the duration.
