For a clan to be approved, you first must follow certain guidelines and use a specific form. While it is expected that you post the information about the clan in its entirety within this forum, you cannot seek members or start RP within the clan until it has been approved here. Failure to follow the rules will cause the thread to be, without warning, removed.
- You must make a thread within this forum with all the information relevant to your clan. This includes who the leader is, positions/roles it may have, where they are situated, what their beliefs are, etc etc. If there is something missing that we think needs to be added, we will quote you with the required information that needs to be added.
There must be a leader of the clan. There can be more than one. The leader must be currently certed.
What the tribe is about must be clear and cohesive.
The clan must follow Gaia TOS and our shop rules.
