Despite spring edging its way into the city, the night was still rather cool as Chalco continued to make his way through the moonless streets. Cinnabar’s words still resontated in his head, the reminder that he still had yet to fix or even come close to understanding her condition and it only continued to grow worse apparently. Even though everything about youma was clearly out of his depths of understanding. It was if he was back in school starting all over again being completely at a loss with all the terms and procedures. He hated it, despised it. If anything not knowing was an issue that deeply agitated him, and after snapping at a few lab assistants he figured it was time to leave, find some other way to take his annoyance out on something.

Which left him heading to the part to find someone, someone not paying attention and invested maybe too much into their cellphone and worth his time of draining. It wouldn’t be hard considering this day and age everyone seemed to be glued to their cellphones more so than the people they were with which really was a bit of a shame Chalco thought with a shrug has he headed in the direction of the park.

It didn’t take long to find someone too busy with their cellphone, music blaring past their headphones as they flipped through some sort of app. He waited, patiently, until they were close enough pulling them to the shadows to at least not alert anyone else while draining just enough energy before letting them go to slump down the tree. Taking a look around Chalco swiftly stepped from the shadows heading away as if he had done nothing conspicuous to draw attention.

A few more and he wouldn’t have to worry about his quota any more which quite frankly was an annoyance to have to deal with, much like how the problem at hand was doing nothing more but irking him as well. He needed another distraction, someone, like a senshi in orange spandex shorts, now that was shitty draw in the costume department.
