Chloe is an outgoing girl with a bubbly spirit, striving to make everyday a good one. She is quite friendly and accepting of others, wanting to make everyone happy. Seeing smiling faces around her makes her feel better and ensure her that everything is okay. While this applies to most, she is far more doting on guys; having inherited her father's womanizing ways but with the opposite gender. The brunette has a more direct and physical approach whenever she sees a "cute boy". Chloe is quick to latch herself onto them with a tight hug, unable to resist wanting to embrace them. Though she is a klutz, often knocking things over and tripping over her own two feet, her strength is to be reckoned with. Prying the girl off is no easy task once she has her hold. Part of the reason for her doing this is that she doesn't quite understand the concept of love and thinks she is in love with every guy she meets. Having been raised with her neglectful mother and only being with her father a short time before he left, the girl believes hugging and smiles express and represent love. Combined with her first sight attraction and infatuation, this is the outcome.
Chloe also tends to jump to conclusions and makes wild and bizarre fantasies in her head. A true dreamer, she can't help but fill in the blanks with her imagination. The young girl is also stubborn but naive and gullible, quick to trust others without any rhyme or reason. Though she has been warned against doing so, giving others the benefit of the doubt is a reoccurring problem for her. Chloe places too much trust in others, including complete strangers, failing to understand why she would be deceived. At the very least, if someone tricks her, she isn't so quick to trust them again. This wizard also has an affinity for money and material things. Designer clothing, makeup, jewelry, most expensive things that she didn't have when she was with her mother. Because she values money so much, Chloe is wise enough not to spend it all in one place and also detest lending it to others, tacking on interest when paid back. A good way to butter her up is to compliment her, making her becoming flustered and giddy. The odds of her giving in to others demands increases and often lead her to being taken advantage of. On the other hand when she's insulted, she gets very upset, specifically when it's her intelligence.

This handgun can shoot several different types of magic ammo; however, it is solely used to fire Perfume Magic. The Perfume Magic ammo are color coded and are almost gel like in appearance. The capsules are practically harmless, hardly even felt through clothing. Once they hit a solid object, the capsules erupt into a small gas cloud of whatever perfume was used.
Prism Spear
This magic spear is fitted with multiple slots for Lacrima Rods; rods that contain magic. Activating a rod, the magic can be channeled and used through the spear.

Thunder Perfume is a perfume that allows the user to control and manipulate lightning. It makes them dangerous to the touch, giving all offenders a zap.

A scent that sends those under it's effects wild. They see the world spinning around them, so much so that they too start spinning.

A smell that can only be described as rotten eggs that sat in spoiled milk and fish for two weeks. This noxious cologne will leave anyone gagging and struggling to keep their lunch down. If that isn't bad enough, it's also got a mixture of gas in it, making it highly flammable.
-Dizzy Perfume: Topsy-Turvy| Advanced

The chemicals in this perfume are so potent that they drastically affect the victim's orientation. Everything becomes reverse; left is right, up is down.
-Goodnight Perfume| Advanced
Duration: 3 posts
A sweet and soothing scent fills the air, putting those who inhale it at ease. It works in three stages which are affected by the number of doses one gets. Stage one is a muscle relaxer, making their entire numb to pain. Stage two makes one sluggish and slower to react or move. Stage three will put them to sleep for a while. The advancement of stages only works if they are affected while under a stage already.
-Power Perfume| Advanced
A perfume that causes the user to gain a massive muscular structure, enhancing their physical strength and size. The use of this perfume allows its user to destroy something as large and durable as one of Nirvana's Lacrima with relative ease.
-Smiling Smash| Advanced
Utilizing the strengthening effects of Power Perfume, the user delivers a powerful uppercut with their fist, smashing their opponent(s) with enough magnitude to send them flying. When Ichiya used it during the Grand Magic Games, it was powerful enough to defeat Bacchus, a widely recognized S-Class Mage, and Rocker, a member of Quatro Cerberus' representing team, in one hit.

This is used to move the users spear around with little thought, whether to bring the weapon back to their hand or to attack.
-Falling Star| Basic
Falling from above, the user will drop down with spearhead first. They gather magic in the tip of the weapon, being released upon contact in a burst of magic. It makes it much easier to pierce through hard solids and becomes more effective, the higher the user is when used.
-Shooting Star| Basic
Gathering magic in the spearhead, it can fire shots of energy in the form of an arrow. They can pierce through many objects and foes alike.
-White Star| Basic
-Justice Thunder Lance| Advanced
Following the use of Thunder Perfume, the user is able to channel a gigantic bolt of electricity from their body and into their weapon. The weapon can then shoot the lightning at the target or use it for a powerful strike; the effects of the move being extremely destructive, especially to metallic/water beings.
-Meteor Shower| Advanced
With the use of Fleet-Foot Perfume: Zero Distance Inhalation, the caster can use it to unleash a barrage of attacks. This can be achieved through one of two ways. After drawing magic to the spearhead, the user can jab repeatedly in quick succession with powerful strikes. Alternatively, it can be used from a distance as a flurry of magic projectiles fired from the spearhead.
-Stellar Spiral| Advanced
Using both the Fleet-Foot Perfume and Dizzy Perfume, the user can rotate at astonishing speeds. Channeling magic through their spear, they can create a spinning vortex that will shred through most defenses.

The user releases a small snowstorm from their hand at the opponent.

The user swings their arm forward in a clawing-like manner, creating snow that is manipulated to wrap around the target.

The user causes snowflakes to fall from the sky in a specific area, drastically lowering that area's temperature; something which causes human opponents to shiver, thereby rendering their breath visible and thus allowing them to be tracked.
-White Out| Basic
The user creates a large snowstorm that blinds their opponents, as well as freezes them by burying them in the snow. The area around the user is covered with snow after the snowstorm dissipates.
-Blizzard| Basic
The user generates and controls blizzards, moving them around through hand gestures, and uses the blunt power granted by the air currents to strike multiple targets.
-Snow Clone| Basic
The user creates a clone made of snow, in an exact likeness of themself, to intercept an incoming attack, distracting the opponent, and thereby allowing them to prepare for a counterattack.

The user can create a giant golem by compiling copious amounts of snow and molding it. Though it may be brittle, it can quickly reform when in a cold environment full of snow. Chloe's father who raised her after she was brought to the guild. Everything she knows about fashion and parfum was learned from this man, whom she thanks for saving her life and is grateful to have known. As noted by the current master, she is the spitting image of him personality wise.

Chloe's mother whom she lost contact with at a young age. Though the woman did raise her somewhat, the fact that she never came looking for her when she went missing, left her a little heartbroken. Chloe chose not to seek her out either, deciding to leave her be.

Chloe's guild master whom she adores and calls "Super Woman" and not just because of her appearance and power. Helga became the mother she never had in a way, teaching her and caring for her even after she lost her father and even today.

As the only other female of the New Trimens, Chloe feels the closest to Clover. She has found her to be very kind and all around helpful with whatever she needs to do. With their similar interests, the young fashionista hopes to achieve their goals together someday.

⌈Biography⌉ Born to Chanel Armani, a former mage of Blue Pegasus, Chloe was raised in Clover Town. Her mother had postpartum depression, having only the will to get an easy job with low pay; enough to support them both. She didn't have much in the way of clothing or even toys when growing up. Most of the other kids treated her like an outcast just because she was forced to wear some of the same clothes every other day, in addition to not having a proper education. Her childhood was downright miserable and the girl was slowly being dragged down with her mother. Things weren't the best at home either; the child not getting much from her mother but a faint warm smile and her saying "Everything will be ok". It was a fake smile and a lie, but Chloe couldn't tell the difference and assumed all was well. She asked only once about her father and after the violent response she got, she never asked again. And then there was her neighbor, the only ray of light she had in these dark times. The elderly woman could see that she and her mom were struggling and made several attempts to help them. Sometimes she would give them food, claiming she always made too much; a habit from cooking for her and her late husband. And what a wonderful cook she was, Chloe being a big fan of her pasta dishes. When she had no one else to talk to, she would talk to the little grandma next door. It was how she came to find out about Magic and how much her mother detested it. Apparently, Magic reminded her of the past and she forbade Chloe from ever associating with it or their neighbor.
A few days passed afterwards, the tiny brunette choosing to stay indoors when all that waited her outside was more ridicule. Then one day came a knock at the door, a small girl dressed like a cat greeting her on the other side. She called herself Freya and asked to play with her. Fair to say, Chloe was shocked that someone wanted to play games, let alone be around her. So of course she agreed, the two becoming fast friends. They did all the things the other kids wouldn't do with her, like tag and hide and go seek. She would play with her everyday until she'd mysteriously disappear shortly before her mother would get home. This went on for weeks before she would learn the truth of her new best friend. Freya had disappeared for a few days but when she returned, she came bearing heavy news and holding a key. She explained that she was really the Celestial Spirit, Leo Minor and that she was summoned everyday to play with her by her neighbor. This had taken its toll on the old woman and sadly she passed away...this was her saying goodbye. The girl had a hard time swallowing this; the old lady going through so much for her and losing the only friend she had. She couldn't see Freya anymore and the days of being alone would return.
Despite this, all was well for a while; however, with the passing of her neighbor, the girl was completely alone at times. It made her a target to those who paid close attention to circumstances such as hers. Chloe didn't even think twice when the people who showed up at her door offered to take her to a fun place. A fun places sounded much better than being here, so of course she agreed. After all, they promised to bring her back before her mother came home...but then they didn't. And the place they brought her was cold and dark, along with a few other kids. She had to stay there overnight and she knew her mom was going to be upset with her. Chloe cried for them to take her back, but threats of being hit had shut her up. All the other kids looked terrified, except the young wizard. She just sat there and put on a smile while uttering: "Everything will be ok."
Three days passed as they were slowly and discreetly being transported somewhere. Thankfully it wasn't discreet enough, Rune Knights suddenly appearing to apprehend the kidnappers and rescue the children. With the help of the Magic Council, the children would be reunited with their rightful parents. Chloe knew her mother was going to be furious, but then she wasn't the only one who showed up. With her was a man that the girl could only describe as uniquely handsome. As her mother explained, it was decided that she would be going with this man, her father, to Blue Pegasus. Apparently, her mother left Blue Pegasus when she got pregnant, not wanting to inconvenience him. She never told him about Chloe for the same reason and she hated that her daughter had separated her from the man. But after all this time, she had grown resentful of them both and after this, she wished to be rid of her daughter. The girl never found out about any of this or the fact that her mother never truly loved her, but it didn't matter. To meet her father after all this time was weird and exciting at the same time.
Blue Pegasus was unlike anything the girl had seen before; it was so clean and lively with so many people. Everyone here was smiling face which made her feel so much better about coming. For the past ten years, the guild and it's inhabitants has been her home and family, with it's ups, such as finding others she could depend on and it's downs, with the passing of her father. Yet, with her guild at her back, Chloe strives on with her dreams and aspirations; seeking to bring her guild to the forefront of the world by forming the New Trimens. Personally, she focuses on the fashion world, cultivating her skills and expertise to create her own outlet to share with the world.
