Have you been sitting around wondering what to do to help the 15th Annual Ball? Do you have what it takes to be a great leader? Do you wonder what it would be like to save the world? If you answered yes to any of the question minus the final one, then this application is right for you. If you answered yes to the final question, you should run for president of the world. In all seriousness though, this application process is starting and we want YOU to apply. Yes you, the one reading this screen. This application will give you the chance to be a Room host or secondary host(Admin). Being a room host or admin is a big responsibility, you must be able to run a team of co-hosts effectively and plan your room while meeting all deadlines. Deadlines will be posted in the Deadline Info thread, which will be added as a sticky in the main forum upon room hosts being chosen. Now without further hesitation, I present to you the application.

Strengths: im in a different timezone from America so what ever room i run should still be active in the graveyard shift, once ive been chosen for a task i stick too it, dependable and i try to involve everyone when Rp'ing

If a confrontation arises, how will you handle it?: being as objective as possible, if the confrontation is in public, read through it then go to each of the parties involved and get their side of the story. if the conflict started from a misunderstanding try to explain both sides to the other party and if the conflict started from a conflict in opinion, ask that they take a break to calm down and when all parties come back, not to bring up the conflicting opinion and to try to continue with a professional relationship even if they no longer consider themselves friends.
