Hello everybody,

The 15th Annual Ball needs your help. As you guys are all aware, the Annual Ball runs fully on the help of the users. With such comes a very organized planning for the annual Event. For those who are new, in order for the ball to stay organized and planned thoroughly, we enlists users to run certain committees. Though we have heads, anybody can help out in any committee. The committees for this year are as follows:

Fundraising Committee: This committee is responsible for finding ways to effectively fund-raise, be it through a asking thread or a contest. This committee should work closely with the advertising committee and art committee.

Advertising committee: This committee is responsible to maintain or public relations info thread (without doing spoilers), gaining affiliates for the annual ball planning guild as well as the ball itself, as well as trying to get more people to volunteer for the event. This committee should work close with the fundraising committee

Art Committee: This committee is responsible for helping the ball out with creating art and finding artists to help with the art. This committee will work closely with the advertising committee, monthly events committee and all the rooms. This committee may also be working close with the fundraising committee.

Monthly events are done differently this year since hosts and admin are being voted for, so there will not be a committee for it.

Now that the explanations of the committees are out of the way, the applications will be in the next post. We will be doing something a little different this year and have the committees be under a single head due to low-staffing this year (this could change if we have enough applicants, so still put down if you want to be head or secondary no matter the committee you are applying for).

Disclaimer: Choosing a committee may not necessarily mean that it will be the one you are working. If we feel you would be better placed in a different committee, we will place you there. Also extra applicants will be assigned to certain committees to help out to plan.

list and explain 3 ideas you have for your committee: Planning out some collaboration pieces for the main rooms is a possibility. Mainly getting art out in a timely manner for any event is good. I would also work with the fundraising committee to get a few art auctions going should we need them.
