Post each application in a new thread in this forum. Title that with something like "Naruto's Custom Technique" or "Rasengan - A Rank"
Please only post one technique per character at a time. Once that technique has been learned by your character(s), you may post an additional one. This is mainly to save moderators a bunch of time and allow them to distribute resources elsewhere; we've all spent hours reviewing techniques before, only for the character to never learn them; either the member quit or their character got killed first. Either way, doing it this way ensures that we waste as little time as possible. Hope you understand and appreciate that.
- Exceptions:
The only exception is when submitting multiple techniques for the creation of your character. Upon creation we allow a certain amount of techniques to be learned. All of those techniques may be posted all at once.
Please use the following format.
