125 lbs __5'5" She has never once dyed her hair or worn contacts. Other than sunscreen when the occasion calls for it, Aurelia rarely uses anything that changes her appearance such as cosmetics. She maintains her general health with the various dance styles and exercises that she engages in. Aurelia has a scar running along her back from below the shoulder blades to the tailbone that she likes to keep hidden from an event in her childhood.

Heteroromantic - Her romantic tastes run towards males however sex isn't always the first thing on her mind. Still that doesn't stop her from enjoying the sight of a well cut figure - definition is fine but she'd rather have a very clear cut distinction between shoulders and hips.
Warmth - As should be expected, Aurelia enjoys warmth more than most things. This can range from a hot shower to spicy food. Unfortunately due to her light complexion being out in the sun tends to bring her pain or she'd sun bath all day.
Cuddling - She'll try to deny it sometimes but the thing that she loves to do the most is just to relax next to someone and slowly, over time, she'll eventually end up cuddling with them if they don't freak out. Of course do to the curse this is limited to female friends which sometimes gives off the impression that she's romantically interested in them (which she's not).
Sweets - Aurelia has the worst sweet tooth. Family members have been able to get her to do many things with bribery. Chocolate, of course, is the master of all. Mostly she prefers creamy sweets rather than sour or hard candies.
Movies - This girl loves to watch movies. In one part she actually enjoys watching them but another part...well it's kind of a socially acceptable excuse to get close to someone.
Dancing - She likes to move and this is one way she's found that she can express herself. She's able to do a lot of the modern styles but her favorites lay in my historical renditions - bellydancing, waltz, volta, Burlesque, and the like.
Humor - Aurelia appreciates a good sense of humor and tries to emulate it herself. She feels that wit beyond measure is mans greatest pleasure. However, sometimes she's not quite sure where to draw the line at someone's expense until after she's said something she thought to be humorous.

The Cold - sadly this is inescapable in her day to day life but if she can avoid it, she will do her best to.
Olives - foods heavy in olives turn her off. For whatever reason it just makes her stomach a bit queasy to even smell it hanging in the air.
Knives - Aurelia has had a very bad experience with them and would rather they didn't exist. She's even cautious and distrustful of kitchen knives when she's handling them.
Formality - When she was a child she often overlooked formalities such as station and relation heirarchies. After this lead to what could have been a horrible event, she has since been educated on its function. While she tries to be respectful of her station within her family...she doesn't have to like it. If given even half a chance she'll neglect it and opt for a more 'let's just all be friends' approach. Unless of course she doesn't like you then she'll hold you to all the formalities she can think of as a sort of punishment.

Charming - Aurelia has had a lot of practice trying to smooth over situations. She listens intently and carefully in order to figure out what to say to people. Sometimes that means letting people hear what they'd like to hear instead of saying what actually needs to be said.
Introverted - There are a lot of things that she generally doesn't want to discuss with anyone. Almost all of those have to do with her own life. In fact, despite how charming she can be Aurelia finds it draining to be in a large, engaging crowd for long periods of time. She's much more comfortable with small crowds or more intimate, friendly settings where she believes that she can just relax.
Generous - If there's something that someone needs, be it a pencil in class or a hot meal, Aurelia tries her best to help people. That doesn't mean that she'll try to house all the homeless in her area but for the people she knows there's very little she won't try to help with.
Smart - Some of her family members have said that she wasted her potential going into the arts. However, just because she is smart doesn't mean that she was able to focus on a lot of academic topics like advanced maths and sciences. She can reason with the best of them and her learning curve, if a subject can keep her attention, is impressive but don't expect her to complete the quadratic equation for fun.
Subdued - Aurelia isn't the kind of person who will put on extravagant shows of emotion or get excited over even the things she loves. There's a sort of stillness to her motions that almost have a lazy, tired feel when she's not dancing.
Pessimistic - There are people who think that the best is going to happen everyday. Aurelia is not one of those people. She actually has a habit of being quit negative at seemingly random moments. She likes to think that it's being realistic but most people still classify that as pessimism. The redhead wasn't always this way. In fact, she was optimistic as a child and that had been disciplined out of her pretty quickly once puberty rolled around.
Manipulative - While she's not outright deviant, Aurelia generally likes to see things go her way. If this means she has to trick someone into letting her have her way then so be it. This might be for short term things or long term advancement but one way or another she will always try to make the best (well, for her at least) of a situation.
Witty - even if she might not say everything aloud, there's a lot of things that she thinks about which may be classified as witty. These sort of things are comparisons, humorous or otherwise, as well as puns.
Critical - Potentially due to her pessimistic and intelligent nature, Aurelia is critical of herself and others. She is quick to judge a person or situation and quick to form an opinion. Thankfully she's not so critical that she can't change her opinion...it just takes some work.

She can fluently speak and read Italian and English. She is at a conversational level in Arabic and French.
Aurelia graduated from an International High School before on to an undergraduate school for preforming arts. Specifically she specializes in music and historical dances. Currently she is finishing up her final year at the institute for preforming arts while teaching dance classes on the side. She also has some projects lined up to help choreograph a few scenes as well as preform in them. There's even talk about the school working out a contract for it's graduating and promising students to participating in 3d modeling for a game.

Aurelia was born into the Coscini family and with that came the curse of the Zodiac. She was born as the snake. Anytime she is hugged by a male, be them young or old, she transforms into a snake - a red spitting cobra to be exact. This also occurs when her body is put under stress such as during times of great illness.
The Snake is considered to be the sign of wisdom. The snake is wise, glamorous and cunning, beautiful and elegant. It is important to remember that when dealing with a snake there is always an underlying hint of a threat. More generally, the snake favors those who are patient and subtle; however, people who are rash and impetuous will have cause to regret their thoughtless haste. The snake is an inventive sign. At the same time, the stylish elegance of the snake will find a reflection in the arts and the world of fashion. Snakes are usually intelligent, decisive, stylish, and eloquent. Easily bored by repetitive activities, snake personalities love variety in everything that they do. A lover of stimulating debate, a snale person will not tolerate idle chatter for long before moving on to something infinitely more interesting. The snake is a quick and accurate judge of situations and people. Snakes usually look beneath the surface and soon have a very good idea of what is going on in the most complex issues and indeed the most complex person. The snake person will make a good friend but an unforgiving enemy (Simply Chinese Astrology by Jonathan Dee, 2006).
Once, not so long ago, there was a young faire colored Italian woman. Her mother was from Northwest Europe and her father from Rome. She herself fell for a young man from a more western country though as fate would have it they never married. Regardless they had a beautiful, healthy baby girl together. This child wailed mightily as the Coscini family doctor passed the child off to her biological father. It all went down hill from there.
In a puff of smoke, the child transformed into a small red snake. One who was still in distress from the birthing process. Due to this the red cobra that would soon be named Aurelia spat out venom and bit into her father's arm. The man tossed the small serpent on to her mother's birthing bed as fear and pain took over. He was rushed to the trauma center and while they were able to help treat the wounds he was forever scared in the area she had bit. Not only that but the Coscini family had to convince him that he had a traumatic break as he tried to explain that his baby had turned into a snake. The once proud and in love couple had to be divided to keep the family secret under wraps and Neil Kelly was locked up in a mental hospital.
Octavia Coscini moved back in with her parents as the traumatic birth process had taken it's toll on her. In fact, she developed a severe case of depression that made her nearly incapable of raising her child for herself. Aurelia grew to feel as though her grandparents were her parents and her mother was more like an older sister than anything. She knew that wasn't true growing up but all the authority and parental guidance came from her grandparents. They knew of the family curse seeing as they both had siblings who used to be members of the zodiac themselves, and so they were able to shelter her to the point that never transformed as a child. This included a homeschooling system that kept her away from non-cursed boys entirely.
It wasn't until puberty struck that Aurelia transformed once more. She'd accidentally bumped into one of her non-cursed cousins. From that point on her grandparents could no longer hide the whole truth from her. Soon she found out what happened to her father and vowed that she'd get control of herself like no one would have ever thought. Every chance she got she found a way to transform. And on one of those transformations she got in trouble once more. Someone who wasn't family and didn't know of the curse saw her basking in the Italian sun, red scales and all, and decided to take action. They took a knife and tried to cut off her head from behind. Aurelia was able to twist out of the way fast enough to keep her head but she couldn't avoid the knife entirely. In the struggle she was sliced down the back, just shy of being down the center. Racked with pain and fear, she lashed out. Aurelia can't remember what exactly happened to the would-be-hunter but she knows that it couldn't have been anything good.
She was found, presumably, and patched up though she can't actually remember any of that happening. The wound healed slowly and painstakingly and left a long, light skinned scar down the side of her spine. When she was able to move without fear again, Aurelia decided that something like that could never happen again. She pushed herself to learn how to move more like a snake so that nothing could ever hit and hurt her again. She studied dance which led her towards what she actually enjoyed doing - ever since then she's taken off with that and never looked back regardless of the fact that she had to move continents.

The first time that I met him, I cried a little. It wasn't until much later that I found out why - that it was natural to do so in front of the god of the curse - but at the time it was embarrassing to say the least. Over the course of a few weeks while my grandparents entrusted my safety to his household, we got to know one another. I didn't truly know about the curse or about him at all which is why I think we learned to like each other. I tried to bright some light and laughter into his life because to me it seemed like he was in a depressing state. He was only three years older than me but he seemed much more like an old man. Eventually I think I got to him and we grew to be pretty good friends. I was able to convince him to sneak out with me just to see nature and maybe walk around the town for a bit. Unfortunately that ended badly; the lecture (and slight beating, not going to lie) I received afterwards for risking the health of the 'God' finally let me in on the family secret. My grandparents were forced to return and take me away once more and I haven't had as close of a relationship with Kyrie since then.

I don't know much about him - no more than any other close family member at least. I know that his dad took him away during his childhood and that after the family found him he had to come back. I don't know anything about him personally.

He's my go to for warmth. As the tiger he's generally pretty warmth. He has his fangs and claw moments too but there's something about that which makes me feel a bit more secure - which is probably the best feeling that someone in our position could hope for. I admire his courage though sometimes his actions are a little too intense.
She's my movie watching buddy. Every chance we get we curl up on the couch and pop in a funny movie. The ones that are the silliest are the best - Bollywood, chinese films, C-grade movies...everything and everything.
There are many times where I've had to rely on her assistance just to keep up with every day life. And she's handled it with grace which is more than I've ever been able to do. She brings me warm things to wear when the weather gets to cold and I shift as well as takes care of any oopsies that happen. For that she'll have my undying loyalty.

This abrasive stallion right here? Well he's my second cousin. I knew him growing up though because of his discipline issues I don't think he ever really had a stable home. Even my own grandparents, who put up with all my issues, couldn't handle his wild spirit. Funny - I think I'm going to call him Spirit from now on...see if he gets the movie reference. Anyways, we rough housed a bit as kids though I don't think we ever got into an actual fist fight. Now a days I've found the best way to deal with him is certain remarks that will make him go do what he wants to do and thus leaving everyone else alone. However, there is another side to him that's quite fun to play around with. Ever since he started trying to be a Casanova with those horrible pick up lines of his, I've made it a bit of a game to see if someone else (myself included) could deliver them in a more believable or at least comedic way. I'd like to think he picked up on that and started to play along.
The funny thing about Caprice is that we get together a lot better when there's no talking involved. She's a little bit handsy for my liking, however, which is generally where our points of contention lay. She's very familiar with everyone we meet as far as I can tell and that's just not something I'm comfortable with. Not to mention she's pretty outspoken. But when we're in a pinch we do work well together.

Back in Italy, one of the first 'jobs' I ever had was baby sitting this child. Considering her condition they couldn't entertain the idea of normal baby sitters seeing as both non-cursed males and females alike would activate her shift. Well, I mean they could have and for all I know they did while I was around but that makes me wonder how well it went...anyways back to the topic at hand. She and I have spent a lot of time around one another back home. We haven't had much time since coming to this new country but that might be because she's growing up too. Still, I look out for her the best I can and I even managed to convince the family to let her take dance classes. It might not be the weight training she really wanted but hey, it'll make her strong. And it's at least a start. She'll definitely have to put on some muscles to keep up with her classmates that's for sure.

He's pretty much my personal fashion designer. When I have an outfit that needs adjusting or an event he gets inspired for, I go to him. Especially if it's for a costume where the measurements could really make all the difference. I suppose that means I'm pretty comfortable around him. He certainly knows his way around my body at least.

He can purr. He was one of the only boys that my grandparents let me play with growing up. I remember trying to copy him as a child before I knew about the Zodiac curse. He's a little brash but deep down I think he just wants to be accepted like everyone else. Unfortunately he makes it a little hard to get close to him but then again maybe he just needs a more assertive person.
This has to be the most amusing sort of acquaintance I've made since coming to Canada. At first he's just one of the people that I ran into on the street - and I mean that literally. Thankfully instinct took over and I pushed him onto his butt before we got too close and I transformed. Unfortunately, as that was rude and I was still getting my baring of the place I panicked. I ran off without apologizing without knowing that I'd see him again. It was about a week or so later that we met back up when I was volunteering to teach a class at a local community center. Since then we've seen each other every now and again.
