Among the various pieces of playground equipment small children darted to and fro under the watchful gaze of their parents who reclined under the shade of trees or basked in the glory of the day on benches. In the fields teens and young adults challenged one another in a variety of athletic activities, or shared a blanket as they lie in the sun and enjoyed their partner's company. Truly it was an idyllic snapshot of city life in this modern age, nary a reason was there for one to be melancholy or bitter, unless you were someone named Johnathan L. Kurtson that is... In some secluded corner of this park he sat beneath the shade of a mighty oak, in his clutches he had a thick tome with a face or well worn leather, its pages yellowed from age and use. Upon the face of this book, embossed in scuffed and faded brass, was a symbol that no man or woman in this world would be able to rightly place, a waning moon run through with a sword flanked by branches of olive. The contents of its pages written in some gibberish tongue and filled with stylized depictions of nightmarish creatures and haunted locations that were... disturbingly similar to city that now surrounded him. After sometime he would sigh and close the book with a gentle whmpf as the aged pages pressed together, he would set the book down to his side, his gaze occupied with some object in the distance. To any passerby he looked a man lost in thought, his face void of any emotion, eyes dull and without spirit...

 Kei KusanagiMizuho KazamiMizuho and kei are out on their family time together. They both are relaxed at the city of its beauty. "dear, the city is great today! Isn’t it, dear?" Kei was looking at the view of the city. "well it is in close to the mid day. Lunch would sound like fun. Why don’t we sit over here! Oh, there is someone here!" key and mizuho goes to the man and ask to sit there for lunch and trying to invite him to eat lunch. hello there! Can we sit here to enjoy lunch, but would like to have some with us? we have plenty to share with you! My wife makes good food. I had made some tuna, ham, and egg sandwiches. we have juice and coffee. Would you lie something?OOC: so sorry I was busy cleaning up and study that I forgot to get on here to post. I will be online after 9 am (central time). I am so sorry I forgot and I just got online but tired to make more post. But I will post more tomorrow. I am free tomorrow so I can post on and off.

 Samantha GrainsSam was on her day, because her class doesn’t want to be at school. Even though that it was school day but her class decided not to go because of the beautiful weather on Thursday. It was getting close to mid day and almost time for lunch. "oh what a beautiful day outside! I better find a cool spot to sit to enjoy my lunch." Sam found a spot but there was people there. Sam tried to another spot in the fountain park but that was the only place where the cool is better. Sam walks over but tries not to take up room. oh! I forgot to bring something to drink! Oh well! I need to buy a drink. Sam gets up to start walking to the vends to get a drink. OOC:

Kei KusanagiMizuho KazamiMizuho saw a woman was upset that she didn’t bring herself drink. Kei felt guilty if they didn’t share to anyone. "oh, miss! We have drinks on us. We can share with you some if you want?" key got up and shows the lady what they have. "all we have is coffee and juice. What would you like? We do have plenty to drink for lunch." kei shows the lady drinks. Key looks back at the man and mizuho to at least start eat lunch because people are hungry after all. OOC:

Madam Samantha GrainsSam turns around to see 2 people inviting her to have a drink from them. "oh, madam and sir! Are you sure!i mean I can just go and buy myself a drink! Oh!" madam Sam saw coffee and takes coffee. oh thank you so much dears! I love coffee so much! Oh coffee is my life! I can drink this all the time if I wanted to! Oh do tell about lunch I did bring my own, but sharing is the best thing to do. madam Sam comes to join in. They each get a few to eat and drink coffee or juice. OOC:

KurtsonOOC: Mood: Grumpy, curious Location: Park With: Kei K. and Mizuho K., Samantha G. =+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+= Johnathan's mind had been in some distant place as he stared aimlessly into the baby blue sky above, he hadn't noticed the approach of the couple until one of them called out to him. On a knee jerk reaction his head snapped about to face the man and woman, his eyes slowly took on a glow of life as he brought himself "up to speed" as it were, he blinked a few times as he worked out what they had said to him. In his mind a dialogue went back and forth as to whether or not he should accept their offer, it had been quite some time since he'd interacted with anyone in a meaningful way. In his heart he yearned for companionship, in spite of his deep seated hatred for this new world and its alien cultures and "heretical" beliefs, he was only human after all. Though he would still find himself in debate for a time, long enough to cause an awkward silence to be drawn out between the two parties as Johnathan struggled to come to a decision. Eventually he would say, "I... I... uhm... I would not be..." he faltered the words caught in the back of his throat as anxiety seized him, his jaw worked silently as though he meant to speak. For a few moments longer he would stutter and fumble over his words until he fell silent, his gaze cast low to the ground, he took a deep and cleared his mind to quiet it. After a short span of time he would lift his gaze from the earth to meet that of the couple's once more, he sighed in a solemn manner then said, "Please, forgive me, it has been some time since I last... spoke with anyone. I am afraid that my social graces are atrophied." he paused once more, his eyes flickered to the ground once more as he cleared his throat, "All that being said however, I would... I... I am grateful for your offer, though I will admi-." he stopped, his lips frozen as the mechanisms of his mind halted his speech to spare him further embarrassment from what he would have uttered next. Johnathan means to say more but the attempt falls short when the couple strike up conversation with a red haired woman, the older man falls silent again and remains where he sits as he inspects the new comer. Some small part of him remarks at her beauty which Johnathan can not help but agree with, though this reminds him of his beloved Mayres, whom he'd unwillingly left behind in his own world. A sadness finds its way into his heart as he recalls the memory of his fiancee, a deep sigh escapes him and he suddenly feels much less inclined to remain in the company of the others. He grasps the book at his side and tucks it under his arm, he then stands and looks to the young man, "I am sorry, I must renege on my commitment to this... lunch, I uh... remembered that I have matters of business to attend to in the city later today. Please pardon my rudeness, I hope you and yours health and happiness." he said in a voice lined with a morose tone. Johnathan stood, nodded to the women then turned to leave the park as a dark feeling slowly took hold of him.

"dear sir, if there is anything that you would like to talk about you can talk to us about it." kei was taken by surprised that the lady likes coffee so much. Kei saw the man got up and starting to leave. Key runs up to the man and give him the address to kei and mizuho home. "sir! If by chance you want to talk about it! Please don’t hesitate to come to my house to talk! But please take some of this food to eat. I just feel like I should at least give you food and drink to eat." key gives the man sandwiches and drinks. Keri goes back to where he was to eat his lunch. OOC:

hush, I'm thinking...Where is all the action?
I feel this way confused and bored River was on his skate board heading around the park to see if anyone around his age was about he just moved here and he always hit up the streets to find his first array of friends because those were his kind of people... the ones that were out the ones that didn't stay cooped up all day... He seen a few adults around but ignored them unless they were his age he didn't care to deal with any of them.. he looked around as far as things were going no one was in sight and he wished he had brought some snacks he slipped his hand out of his pocket checking his watch it was high noon he assumed someone his age would be roaming about grimacing he parked himself onto a park bench and looked out taking a rest and wondering where all the ice cream stands where...

I feel this way confused and bored After sitting for several minutes and finding himself agitated he found himself standing and sighing he was about to take off on his skate board when some girl nearly collided into him and knocked him over she was standing there asking if he was okay as he looked up at her a little annoyed, "Yea I'm fine", he said huffing as he stood up, "Though Maybe it be better if ya kinda watched where ya was going..", he said rubbing the back of his head he flipped his skateboard up and held it, "Sorry caught me off guard not used to people throwing themselves on me Names River whats yours?", he asked turning to the girl she was okay kinda cute but he learned not to trust women on sight they were always pretty deceiving.

Kei runs and bumps into the same man that he tried to invite to eat lunch with him and mizuho. Kei want to get caught by koishi. After kei bumps into the man again kei fell to the ground. """oh sorry! I am in a hurry! Didn’t mean to bump into you like that. Okay yep I got hurt a bit! A scratch go figures! I don’t have time for pain! I got to run before she gets her hands on me to say I am going to live with her and being her boyfriend! Ugh!
