"I've never worked with that kind of magic before Sadie...I usually do some test runs before I involve people whenever I preform spells, you know that." Blair pleaded to one of her close friends who just won't budge.
Sadie pouted and puffed her cheeks out as she started to glare at her magically inclined friend.
"I'm not taking 'no' for an answer, not this time Blair...come on, it's for my birthday and everyone's waiting in the other room to see your magic." She smiled widely and wiggled her hands up in the air when she said 'magic'.
Blair groaned while running her hand over her face giving her own glare towards her friend. "Please stop with the jazz hands Sadie."
Sadie quickly put her hands down onto her lap and leaned forward closer to Blair. "Sooo you'll do it right? ...pleaseeee....for the birthday girl?" She pointed herself proudly.
Blair bit the inside of her cheek nervously and stared down at her hands.
I've been doing magic and spells for almost 8 years now. I can do it...but...
"I just don't want anyone getting hurt because of me...you already know magic has a bad reputation right?" Blair tried to convince Sadie one last time.
"No ones going to get hurt Ms. Ivy! I trust you! You're the best dang wizard there is!" Sadia threw her wiggling jazz hands up in the air once more as Blair simply rolled her eyes.
"I'm a witch Sadie...a witch," Blair reminds Sadie for the trillionth time since she revealed to her that she was a witch 2 years ago."...And fine...I'll do it...for you..."
"YAY!!" Sadie leaped for joy and gave Blair and huge bear hug. Blair smiled but quickly became serious again. "...but if anyone gets hurt--"
"No ones getting hurt! Now come on Gandalf let's show 'em you're magic!"
Sadie grabbed Blairs hand and dragged her out of the room.
"Really Sadie? Do I look like I have a 5 foot beard?!" Blair fumed as they made their way to the group of excited guests.

Personality: Generally Quiet but does speak her mind when agitated, can tell a joke or two here and there sometimes, mostly serious though.
Bio: Blair has always been a peculiar girl, but that is to be expected when your in a family of witches and warlocks. Her mother had taught her since she was very young, how to control her magic, and use it to cast spells and mix interesting ingredients to make special potions and elixirs. Blair was always extremely careful when casting spells especially when she accidentally hurt her mother during a lesson with a spell that had gone wrong, her mother forgave her but Blair never forgave herself. When Blair turned 18 she was given independence and was able to go out into the world to show humans that magic was nothing to be afraid of. But once Blair left her parents to face the world, she realized that this world was not a very nice place at all, humans even hated other humans for just looking a bit different then they did. Blair hesitated on showing her magic to anyone, and that hesitation turned into 6 years of being a closeted witch. That's when she made friends with Sadie, best friends actually, and after just 2 years of their friendship, Blair decided to tell Sadie her secret. And it was all history...
