Just looking at all the work that needed to be done was enough to make Grendell regret going on that trip. Her 'recon' ended in failure, but then what did she expect? Crazy bat things were new, blood red sky made for a cool effect if it didn't remind her of her mother. Oh for days following the event nightmares woke her from her slumber remembering the mother and illusions.
Lack of sleep was going to do a number on her skin! There was already the issue of her weight. Not fat by any means, stomach still flat thank you very much, but the curve of her hips was getting to be a bit much. Extra curves up-top she could live with, particularly since the level of work this was going to take was more than she was willing to do.
Now it was a matter of finding some poor fool and getting him or her to get the job done for her. Almost wished she kept that leafed wing kid from the party. Boring as he was, at least he'd do her work for her. Hindsight and all, plus there was a gambit going that having him around would not work,.Fea Line Imma just gonna leave this here

It wasn't often the halo'ed demon found himself out of the city and travelling, but here he was. Down near some village called.. .Keko..mura? Something to that effect anyways. He never really saw the point of living in a village when he had everything he needed back at the city.
Perhaps he was just bored.
Some twisted part inside of him missed that feisty snake. Even if only a little bit. Not that he enjoyed being stuck on a mountain with her incessant sass but he missed tossing verbal punches so to speak. Did she live in a village? He never bothered to ask.
Shrugging, he continued down the path, no real destination in mind when a figure crossed his gaze. Oh how quaint, one of the villagers he presumed. Colorful at that. And those hips. Tossing on his fake c harm, Kratos waited till he got closer before drawing her attention. "Aah, what a lucky day! A fair lady waiting for me, Guardians bless me." he grinned, offering her a gentleman like bow, a peculiar glint in his eye.

Looking at all the work she needed to do, Grendell was quite tempted to just turn around and go back into her house. Back to playing up her connection to Devyn in order to get real work done around here. Really, flirting would do better and have longer results then pining potential love interest. Potential was probably unfair but who could get enough of her?
The unmistakable vanilla scent that lingered around her self had added benefits, if Lief's over reaction her her kiss was any indication. The Guardians had blessed her it was a shame to let that go to waste.
A distinctly male voice called out to her gaining her attentions, he wasn't of the village and was pretty nice looking. Oh dear Guardians you are too kind.
Starting towards the demon, sashay of confidence radiating, Grendell smiled warmly, "The Guardians outdid themselves." Flutter of eyelashes followed as one hand went up to coax her luscious locks of hair to one side. Coy exposure of the neck column was a fairly decent starting move.
"Welcome to Kekeomura. Have you come here to settle? Trade? Or for its treasure?" Ha, as if there could be any greater gift in all the world than herself. If he did what she wanted he just might find out.Fea Line Who has the better game? Only time will tell

Kratos chuckled the closer he drew near. A snake she was not, but perhaps she'd do for some momentary fun. A shame the snake broad didn't have a sister though.... still... this opened with promise.
"Well yes, I'd sometimes like to think they did." he smirked in remark to her comment about the Guardians. Kratos was not shy to entertain the thoughts that he was quite the superior demon, especially compared to the other riff raff around Telrunya. But he was sure to thank the Guardians regularly for that.
"Kekomura huh?" he piqued at her welcome. So that was this little village's name then. Curious. Not that he'd care to remember it, unless of course he found more items worth his time. Perhaps a snake as well as this pastel charm? A coy smirk spread farther across his lips. "Oh most definitely for the treasure." he mused as he came to a halt at her side. Of course his words held a double meaning as always.

Oh, thats how he was going to play it. One generous red curl wrapped around a finger twirling the lock as she kept eye contact on the demon. A grin easily morphed into a seductive smile, this would be too easy. "Guardians don't make mistakes." a warm answer to his response followed fluttering of her eyelashes. Playing it up too much would bore them both and a bored male was not nearly as useful.
Taking full advantage of her natural Vanilla scent, Grendell pushed off the wall brushing past him and offering a wink. A few steps, and exaggerated sway to her hips, "Well, there is plenty of that here." Two could play at the double entendre game.
Gesturing to her badly in need vanilla plants, Grendell offered, "How about an exchange? Help me with the plants and the village will reward you." As the word reward came dripping from her lips she turned on her heel to face the demon again, placing her left foot behind her right and cocking that hip to the side.
