╯Ｂio: Volcana originates from a small village that was once terrorised by a fire demon.
Fed up with living in fear, her grandfather, Vincent, took it upon himself to learn devil slayer magic in order to defeat the demon and release the village from its fearful grip. When it came to fighting off the creature, he fell to its power but not before transferring his magic abilities to Volcana's father, Cane, who swore to continue the efforts to free the village.
Several years later, after her father was finally ready to face the demon again. But this time, not knowing the consequences of mental strain on devil slayers, he'd brought his only child, Volcana, into the loop, teaching her everything he knew so that they could defeat the demon alongside each other. With many injuries and her father losing his arm, the fire demon was defeated by the father-daughter team.
As the years went by, even though she didn't need it anymore, Volcana decided to continue developing her devil slayer magic with the idea of beinf prepared should another demon rear its ugly head. However, the villagers began to feel uneasy about the amount of power beginning to become available to her.
Not wanting to alienate her family, Volcana made the decision to find herself a guild filled with like-minded wizards who wouldn't fear her.
