Amethyst already had a team assembled and waiting at the infirmary as soon as Tremolite informed him of Chrysocolla's status. It was times like this when he really appreciated the convenience of the teleporting ability since it only took him a couple of minutes since he left the Rift for the abandoned warehouse that Tremolite was at to drop off the sports drinks that he asked for, find out more about the mechanism behind the corrupted eternal senshi's injuries and then return to the Rift with Chrysocolla.
The team got to work the moment Chrysocolla was brought in. X-rays and scans were obtained to assess the extent of her injuries which came up with a broken nose, a fractured cheekbone as well as some chipped teeth. Dosing the still unconscious Chrysocolla with another round of sedative to keep her under and comfortable, they took her to the operating theatre next, breaking some of the bone that had already begun to heal so that it could be reset to its original alignment for the healing process to commence anew.
After Chrysocolla was transferred to the bed that was allocated to her in the infirmary for subsequent monitoring, Amethyst thanked the team for the help that was rendered then dismissed them before settling down to document everything in the case notes.

Chrysocolla looked so incredibly fragile, unconscious; when she was awake there was the aura to deal with, and it was still here too, but like this - heavily sedated, unconscious, trembling in the few moments between doses where she attained some semblance of waking - she was a frightened child. Brittle fingers, cheeks still retaining her baby fat, and dark shadows under her eyes that spoke to a history of sleepless nights.
She attained consciousness slowly yet surely, like someone drowning crawling their way back up; it was a series of attempts, where her eyes would flicker open and close within a second, where her fingers would twitch and curl into half-fists before relaxing. It took her a while, to wake up properly; and when she finally did it was over the span of several minutes.
"Ow," Chrysocolla mumbled, and tried to push herself up to sitting. "Where are we?" She spoke quietly - of course she did, with her face the way it was - but her hands were already darting through signs and symbols, faster than her mouth; she was good at doubletalk.baby_gwing she's signing alternatively 'where' and 'who' in ASL, probably

It was admittedly Amethyst's first time tending to a corrupted eternal senshi like Chrysocolla so the Captain was being extremely careful with her by reducing the sedation only after at least 24 hours had passed following the surgery and no sooner in order to allow the worst of her injuries adequate time to heal first. Her vitals were stable - not that he had any reason to worry given that the injuries she sustained were non-fatal. Still, Amethyst thought that it was better to be safe than sorry until he gained a better understanding of the corrupted senshis whom they worked with.
The blond Captain was right beside Chrysocolla when she stirred, a gloved hand lifting to rest lightly on her shoulder in an attempt to get her to desist any further attempt at sitting up. "Stay down Chrysocolla. You're safe here in the Rift infirmary." He informed her quietly, allowing her some time to process all that first before going on to introduce himself.
"This is Captain Amethyst of the Infiltration branch. How're you feeling? Do you need some medication to help with the pain?"

"N-no --" She looked confused. Terrified. Like she expected to be punished - I don't understand, I did everything right - Chrysocolla's shoulders were tense, and she attempted to speak again, not quite able to find her voice twice in succession. Struggling, struggling, struggling; her eyes were a little glazed, in a way that couldn't be put down to tiredness, but at this angle her starseed was clearly visible in her chest, glittering teal, mottled pale gold-and-red in the right light.
It was pretty aesthetically pleasing, if you were interested in that; but even so, the way it didn't seem to change angle as her chest rose and fell - that was interesting.
"I'm -" she was about to raise a hand to wipe at her eyes, and thought better of it - "tired. How long was I out...? And -" she swallowed, and that movement caused pain, clearly. "Um. Yes. Meds."
