Seated in a booth at a cafe that she used to frequent back when she was a student at Crystal Academy, Hafwen thanked the server with a smile when she brought over what she had ordered, setting up the table with a steaming pot of English Breakfast tea, two plates that held a slice of fluffy sponge cake each and, last but not least, saucers, teacups and teaspoons for two.

It really had been a while since the now DCU student last saw and talked to her bestie Mercy. School and soccer training always had a habit of sucking up a huge part of her life and time. And then there was Darren whenever they had time for each other. And her responsibility to patrol and protect the city as a knight. All valid reasons really though she probably should have put in a little more effort to keep in contact with Mercy and see if she was coping alright on her own back at Crystal Academy.

Glancing out of the window that she was seated next to, she swept her gaze just once across the street, trying to see if she could spot anyone familiar.
