.:Head Librarian:.
Any organization dealing in the paranormal needs to know what, exactly, lore says about successfully and safely dealing with all threats. As there is presently no library in the castle, this individual will need to spend long stints in the field, producing research notes based on oral traditions, or copying manuscripts to be used in building a castle library. Should be knowledgeable and charismatic. Will need to report in on a regular basis. Magic a useful skill, but not absolutely required at this time. Head Librarian will coordinate all research and magic conducted by other Librarians, as well as any research and development with the Suppliers. Responsible for training other Librarians.

The regular scholars, once there is a library. Until such time, they work as assistants to the Head Librarian, and may also perform various magical functions as needed by the Organization. Will likely also serve as ambassadors and scouts, to find missions, research lore, and submit reports to the Head Librarian. Should know at least some self defense, if they have to remove themselves from a hostile situation.

The head of all field operations, combat, and castle defense. Helps organize missions, get paperwork filed, and mission reports accounted and curated, in case a mission report includes important data for the future. May be called out on missions, if required. Should be capable of training and leading subordinates successfully and safely.

The heroes (and anti-heroes) of the Organization. Members should be capable of fighting supernatural threats, with or without research provided by the Librarians. Those not on active assignment will be expected to defend the castle, and patrol the local region.

A position only present as its own entity due to the need for the department to exist. The Den Mother should be capable of a variety of defensive actions to protect the Fledglings from harm, as well as caring nature, as some of the Fledglings will be quite young. Should personify the concept of "Mama Bear." Or "Papa Wolf," depending on gender of the person occupying the position. Despite title, can go to a person of either gender. Individual should be committed to the department and the Fledglings.

It is said that it is important to get them when they're young, and, after some persuasion, Sir Integra has opened up this department for the raising of foals. Protection, too; you never know when a vengeful monster will wander through and start slaughtering the children. Den Keepers will also be responsible for teaching any vampiric offspring that it is not acceptable to go around drinking Star blood without permission. There are standards to observe, after all.

The Star who organizes the daily nitty-gritties of Organizational life. Castle needs a roof, or something? Done. Librarians need library supplies? Done. Agents need specialized weapons and armor? Done. Fledglings need bedding and toys and training equipment, etc? Done. Needs to be a detail-oriented individual, highly organized, and one of the calmest, most practical heads around.

Traders, growers, gatherers, and crafters, AKA, the unsung heroes and backbone of the Organization. After all, the Organization can't be all combatants, librarians, and foals. Stars in this sector will be expected to contribute however they are capable to the safety and wellbeing of the Organization, whether it be castle maintenance, food supplies, smiths, herbalists, or healers. Even if they don't get a lot of credit, the Bureau Chief deeply appreciates their hard work and service to the Organization. Will not necessarily be expected to fight on the front lines, but capacity for self defense is always a plus.

The young and defenseless. Mostly. Broadly speaking, anyway. Not a lot of requirements, beyond undergoing at least self defense training before adulthood. Whether they undergo any other education or training prior to adulthood is a discussion for when they hit their teen years, when they will be expected to start figuring out how they want to contribute to the herd. Includes anyone younger than an adult.
