She's also got a large gash going up the side of her right arm from where someone slashed her with a knife. Her left arm is unscathed and houses a rather intricate tattoo. She wears leather armor, if anything, mixed with cloth and she keeps her hair tied up all the time.

        Personality ▶ Dez would like to think herself calm on numerous occasions, but her hot headedness gets in the way of that most of the time. She's quick to attack someone if they're too pigheaded and she's not in the mood, and will rarely listen to a stupid idea if it's- well- stupid. She's one to take charge and if that is usurped by a weaker individual, or at least one she deems weaker than herself, then the sparks fly. She's more loud and disagreeable than really disliking or hating the other person however, and can be seen getting a drink or having a chat with one of them.

World Runes

Classification:
Barking Mad:
A name Dezaira deems herself, it rightfully tells everyone around her how discomforted she feels when releasing World Runes on a target. She is not very adept in them, barely passing intermediate range, and even though they can still catch most unprepared, the heiress thinks they are all barking mad if they really think she's going to get better at shooting off lightning bolts.

Rank: Intermediate

Shelf Life: Since a young age Dez has been trained in both World and Body runes. The blood that runs through her is more powerful due to whoever her father, or ritual, or whatever fanciful thing happened at her birthing, and thus she is able to accurately use both sets of runes somewhat tactfully. She began her work at the age of 10, and trained non-stop for over thirteen years; hell, she is still training. When she turned fifteen, she finally broke into the next level range for her World runes, even though her Body was already to expert before this time, and begrudgingly to her, and her mother- she's sure, Dezaira has been at the intermediate level for 8 years strong.

World Rune: Lightning

Passive: + Lightning Aura
Because of the place she keeps the plethora of bone charms on her, and because of her special type of magic, an aura of static discharge happens every few moments while in combat. It doesn't hurt anyone, but it does make their muscles twitch and want to get away from the feeling.

World Rune Abilities:


Þunor:

The only, and strongest attack Dez has in regards to her lightning rune is handsomely associated with power. Not because it is insanely strong, but because she needed something to call it to make her mother proud, and enemies fearful. When holding the bone charm tightly, Dez can shoot off lightning bolts that can catch up or break through an enemy's chest up to 3 times per charm. The lightning arcs like that of real lightning, and thus moves at 1/3 the speed of light, and it burns just as hot. The blowback harms the girl and singes her fingers and hand, even with body runes, and without said runes she would have to stop after one charm is depleted just to heal her third degree burned hands. These bolts cannot change direction, simulating real lightning, and as long as she holds this charm between her fingers, she can fire it. This attack by itself cannot burn through magical armor, though regular armor can be blasted through after two hits, and when it is coupled with her metal conductivity, magical armor can be burned through in three hits.
Lasts: One post per attack, three attacks per charm
Cooldown: One post after attack, until healed via Body Runes or other magics after charm is expended



World Rune Secondary: Earth

Passive: + Metal Conductivity
Something that is used more so out of the city, this is the blanket term for Dez's unique ability to utilize the earth's metals into overwhelming attacks.

Secondary Abilities:


Magni:

Something Dez trained hard to accomplish due to realizing her weakness with only one element, this ability allows her to drastically increase her conductivity towards objects and people. By holding onto the charm in one hand, the girl is able to literally dig her other into the ground before bringing it up swiftly. In doing so a large clump of earth, no more than 2 feet in diameter, or close to a half ton of rock, can assault the target up to 5 meters away. It is not the rock that does the most damage, though it can be it's own attack in and of itself, it is the conductivity with her lightning rune that makes this attack work even better. The minuet metals in the stone can be utilized with Dez's lightning, and while this ability cannot be used as swiftly as the lightning charm, it can still cause some great effects. (When in the city, or around metal, Dez can forgo using earth, and simply do the same with sheets of metal around her instead. The conductivity is even more vast, and the chances of electrocuting or burning through a certain object like magical armor is increased drastically.)
Lasts: Earth lasts for 1 post, metal lasts for 1 post
Cooldown: Earth's cooldown is 3 posts, metal's cooldown is 4 posts

Body Runes


Classification: Hækka
Something Dezaira takes vast pride in, the name means to ascend to the highest peaks. It is most definitely that as her body runes are masterfully crafted and can kick in at any given moment. She is much like a dancer how she weaves her body in and out of combat with her runes, and she is bold within herself.

Rank: Master

Shelf Life: Beginning her training at the ripe age of 10, Dezaira has trained day in and day out for years. While her World Runes suffered, her Body did not, and it was almost like a second language to her from the beginning.

Body Rune Type: Weapon Augmentation

Passive: Because of the blood that courses through her veins, Dezaira is slightly more proficient in Body Runes and placing them on objects and her own person at a faster rate -1 post than others

Body Rune Abilities:

Skömm:

A weapon rune that was actually placed by Dezaira's mother, Skömm increases the density in which the sword feels, though it does nothing for the weight or rate in which it swings. While this caused a vast strain on the child, the woman she is now can swing it as if there is no blockage there. Coupled with two other of her own runes, this can have two different effects built onto Skömm.

Cooldown: None)


Bjalkr:
The first rune to couple with Skömm, Bjalkr cannot break the rune in which it derives from, but it can get around it like a bright beam of hope. Instead of decreasing its density, this rune instead can make multiple magical beams jut from the the rune that can pierce a target even with magical armor. The beams will rush from the weapon where the Bjalkr rune originates, and the tendrils of magic can reach up to 2 feet long, so it is only effective when Dez cannot move fast enough due to Skömm, or if she is in a deadlock. Using it multiple times in combat is not recommended as it is more of a blitz attack, but also because it will weaken the durability of the weapon itself

Flóna:
A last resort and to be used only if Dez is in dire straights, Flóna is used to suppress her mother's rune almost entirely. The result is the woman being able to move faster than she ever has before, even surpassing some vampires, and some may not even be able to see the blades coming.

Cooldown: 5 posts; will disappear after 3 usages, takes 1 post to place back on regardless if in combat)


Flana:
A rune housed on Dez's dagger, Flana unlocks magical properties that allow for the blade to appear as if it's cutting twice and have the force of wind pressure to cut due to a secondary rune. Dez will swing the dagger in a horizontal arc, and while the first trajectory can be seen, the second phantom cannot. It is almost an assured hit by lesser vampires and werebeasts, but one of equal mastery can see the ruse.

Cooldown: 1 post; will disappear after 2 usages, takes 3 posts to place back on regardless if in combat)


Flidha:
Placed on the butt of the dagger, and her sword's hilt, Flidha increases their durability tenfold. It can go up against magically infused weapons, shields, and armor and can withstand being destroyed by even some vampire or Shifter's strength. The weapons, in addition to not being able to break easily, can cut through magical armor and spells more cleanly.
(Lasts: Constant; if going up against enough pressure to break it- such as a vampire queen's strength, it can withstand for 2 posts of direct pinpoint pressure
Cooldown: None; If rune is broken after 2 posts of direct pinpoint pressure, it takes 4 posts to place back onto the weapon regardless if in combat)


Hár
With a keen eye, Dezaira can deflect bullets and magical missiles with her weapons. As long as it is more of a pinpoint attack and not an area of effect, if Dez can catch the movement have have enough time to raise her weapon(s), the Hár rune will activate and deflect the attack(s).
(Lasts: Multiple posts for short bursts
Cooldown: 2 post cooldown after 2 consecutive shots; will disappear after 7 usages, takes 2 posts to place back on regardless if in combat)


Hafkitta:
A rune that can only work when the two weapons collide together, much like a soft tink, Hafkitta unleashes a piercing sound that can disorient those who have exceptional hearing and eyesight. Shifters, vampires, dragons, and elves to name a few can are all susceptible to this attack, and while it can just disorientate, those caught in the effect will appear to be the victim of a sonic boom. Their ears will bleed and they will be lost for a few seconds, or moments depending on the increased hearing or eyesight.
(Lasts: 1 post in effect, can last from anywhere to 1- 3 posts depending on the severity and level of hearing and eyesight from other races
Cooldown: 5 posts; disappears after 2 usages, takes 1 post to place back on regardless if in combat)


Hafn:
Another set of runes that can be activated by the colliding of sword and dagger together, even to the point of a small tink, Hafn can change the air pressure around Dezaira to block incoming attacks a full 360 around her. It is used when there is a lot of area of effect damage, and can stop magical attacks as well as elemental ones from some dragons.
(Lasts: 1 post generally but can be extended to 2
Cooldown: 2 posts if one post duration, 3 posts if held for 2; disappears after 2 usages, takes 2 posts to place back on regardless if in combat)



Body Rune Secondary Type: Body Augmentation

Passive: (Place all those that apply to your usage of your secondary Body rune)

Body Rune Abilities:

Supaer:

A rune that can be activated at the beginning of combat, or anytime really, Supaer is placed on Dez's thigh and is used as a foresight effect. Even if the mind cannot keep up with everything that is happening, the body can and will, and as long as there is a clear line between the opponent and herself she can react accordingly. Her body can calculate a path that can break an enemies guard, and though this rune has its boundaries it cannot push, it allows Dez to seem as if she is almost always one step ahead.
