Devota, Senshi of Determination
Challenge: Seeing me fills you with determination!
Fuku Colour: White (Order senshi)
Main Color: Red. Very important.
Secondary Color: How about a pale blue? If that looks totally gnarly, please let me know.
Fuku: [Note: The artist is free to make tweaks to make the fuku fit the sphere better. Just don't mess with the red or the heart elements, please. =w= ]
Collar -- Plain Sailor collar - red with a white stripe.
Bow -- Standard senshi bow? Willing to let artist play with that.
Bodice -- Standard bodice, but with the sleeves mentioned below? Maybe a bit looser than the usual.
Sleeves -- Long, loose sleeves.
Brooch -- Must be red and heart shaped. This is important because I said so.
Also because I'm a dork.Bottoms -- Skirt is good! Bonus points if there can be tights (or at least longish shorts) under the skirt.
Tiara -- Silver metal, with a red heart gem in the middle. Make it more like a circlet than a tiara, maybe?
Choker -- Nah.
Shoes -- Boots, sure.
Gloves -- Short white gloves.
Accessories -- Will leave this to the artist.
Your MAIN COLOUR should dominate. Your SECOND COLOUR should be used for trimming.
F27 will work for template.
Attacks: These are your senshi's abilities, which will be used in battle. These abilities correspond to your senshi's element. Think of it as a "summary" of what your senshi can do in one word.
(I hate all of these attack names, send help.)

Sailor Scout Attack: Filled with Determination!
Sailor Devota puts one hand over her heart and calls the attack name. Either she or one other person will receive the ability to increase the impact ("damage" ) and pain of one physical attack at will (the target will have a sense that this ability has been passed to them and can activate the effect with a thought). The buff must be used within 30 seconds of the magic cast, or it will expire. This attack can be used 3 times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Fueled by Determination!
Sailor Devota puts both hands over her heart and calls the attack name. She and up to two others within a five-foot area of her will receive the ability to increase the impact ("damage" ) and pain of one physical or magical (offensive magic only) attack at will (the target will have a sense that this ability has been passed to them and can activate the effect with a thought). The buff must be used within 45 seconds of the magic cast, or it will expire. This attack can be used 2 times per battle.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Undying Determination!
Sailor Devota extends both hands in front of her, palms up, and calls out the attack name. She and up to two others within an eight-foot area of her will feel less pain and less of an impact (less "damage" ) from attacks for 40 seconds. They will also receive a mild regeneration healing effect for the duration of the buff (small to medium-sized wounds will heal over time). This attack can only be used once per battle.
