Class Activity: Rhythm and Memory!
Starts: March 15th, 2017 Ends: March 31st, 2017
"Students! I've got a fun game set up for you– a rhythm game, in canon. I'll clap a measure– in four/four– and you need to clap that measure the measure afterwards, while I clap another one. You need to both pay attention and copy me at the same time! This is good exercise for sight-reading, but remember: it's just for fun. When you mess up, please sit down!"
Rules:
Start by rolling a d100. Write your character following a clapping canon (echoed/copied) set. The closer you get to 100, the longer your character has lasted. If they roll 100, they have won the game (possibly tied with a couple others when the teacher ends the game). Please do not quote for a teacher response as Ishtadaal has not yet designed a character to specificially fit the role of music teacher. Remember to quote the tag below in your post somehow! It may be at the top or bottom of your post, within quotes, or under spoilers, but it must be present, or else it will not count for graduation requirements.

Technical Theatre: May 2017.The student takes notes about the roles and importances of stagehands and theatre techs. Shochu alternated between her school book and researching things online. In front of her was a piece of paper, and from time to time she would add information she found noteworthy of remembering. Soon the [paper] was filled with her neat handwriting, though she'd tried to make sure she only jotted down the key points to keep from overwhelming herself when she studied later. She was focusing so hard on her research that from time to time her tongue would poke out of the corner of her mouth with the force of her concentration. Even though she wanted to become an actress some day, she knew this kind of stuff would be very useful to know in the future!
