Alise had an idea.

Usually, this meant trouble, as Alise's ideas tended to involve doing dumb things, but every now and then, they weren't. Recent events had made her curious about something, especially ever since she participated in the game on Celsus' wonder, and also since she had met Beta and Alpha Leporis. What kind of world was Lepus, exactly? As the senshi of rabbits, Alise figured it was something related to rabbits, naturally, but beyond that, she hadn't a clue.

It had taken a month, or maybe not quite a month but nearly that, but Alise finally had a plan. Etoile was currently staying the night over at Clem's house, part of some arrangement the two girls had somehow worked out to share the little Mauvian, and as she was already practically texting Clem every half hour anyway to check on them, what better excuse?

Picking up her senshi phone, she sent out a simple text.

Oh yeah, where were they meeting? Lepus hadn't thought that part through, and a few moments passed without her sending a reply as she thought about it. She wasn't sure how long they would be gone for, and it probably wasn't a good idea to stray too far from home, just in case. The park? But what if someone saw them disappear?

Lepus made her choice.

"We are," Lepus said, once she had let Onnie inside, "Seriously going space camping. Kind of."

Sitting on Onnie's shoulder, Lepus couldn't help but notice how much alike Etoile and Onnie were dressed, and felt a bit jealous... though she didn't voice that thought outloud. Etoile was her cat- even if she shared her with Onnie sometimes- Lepus was certain of that.

"I've been wanting to do this for awhile? There was this game I attended awhile back at some knight's place, and then I met this other senshi some time after that- Cadmus- he showed me what to do. And now?"

She held up the rabbit backpack she had packed full of supplies (mostly snacks for Etoile), and grinned.

"We are going to make things happen."

"We are," Lepus said, nodding in total agreement; with Onnie grabbing her free hand, it was a bit of a struggle to juggle the backpack and her senshi phone, but she also didn't tell Onnie to let go, either. After all, Lepus was pretty sure that she'd be leaving her friend (and cat) behind otherwise.

"Okay, so, like, I just press this button here?" she explained, after she had gotten her backpack onto, well, her back, "And we'll be going into space."

"I've been into space before and I lived to tell the tale," Lepus said, somewhat matter-of-factly, "I even have a medal to show for it."

Just in case, though, she led Onnie to her room, motioning to one of her bunny ear hoodies, which was currently laying neglected on her bed. "You can borrow one of my hoodies if you want?" she suggested, "Just in case."

"Otherwise, if you're ready... it's time to make things happen."

"I'm not rude!" Lepus protested, highly offended; okay, maybe she was just the tiniest bit pushy at times, and downright bossy at others, but she certainly wasn't rude.

Etoile, in the meantime, had arranged herself in a way to where she could still be perched atop of Onnie, despite the hoodie, like she did with Lepus during the colder months. "I went into space before, too!" she chirped, something that was initially a secret but now old news to Lepus, "If you want, you can have my medal, when we get back~" Etoile offered helpfully.

An unreadable look crossed Lepus' face- jealousy, maybe, but she said nothing of it. Instead, she took Onnie's hand-

"It's go time."

- And pressed the button on her phone, just as Cadmus showed her, unsure of what to expect, but eager all the same. In no time at all, the girls went from being in Alise's bedroom, to a temple on an island... though it seemed as if anyone hadn't been here in ages, given the state of disrepair and overgrowth.

"... Huh," was all Lepus could say at first, still holding onto Onnie's hand as she took in their surroundings.

Lepus' own moment of admiration for what was supposedly her homeworld in the past was interrupted by Onnie sneezing, and she turned to stare at her friend, incredulously.

"Are you allergic to space dust," she asked, very seriously.

She did not know what to do about a possible space dust allergy if it was true.

"Of course it's dusty- there probably hasn't been anyone here in like, forever," Lepus retorted, apparently finding the logic where Onnie could not. She was beginning to wonder if taking Onnie with her for her first trip to her homeworld was a good idea, after all; clearly, her best friend didn't appreciate it.

(It was possible Lepus really was being a jerk, in this regard.)

Etoile, in the meantime, awkwardly patted Onnie on the shoulder in an attempt to reassure her. "There, there," the tiny kitten said, unsure what else to say, "Maybe it'll be better once we get indoors?"

It was probably even more dusty inside, but Etoile didn't think about that.
