Class Activity: Strength Training!
Starts: March 15th, 2017 Ends: April 30th, 2017
"Well, cadets. By the end of this semester, you'll have to pass a physical examination as well as both a strength and an agility test. I am giving you all weights to train with, to make things easier in the long run. While most activities we do will not require them, I would highly suggest wearing them whenever possible to help you build up muscle.
For now, we'll start with simple calisthenics routines. Work out a routine that works out every major part of your body like we discussed last week. Make sure to work yourself, but not to the point of exhaustion– you'll be expected to keep up with this routine, weighted, for the rest of the semester."
Rules:
Write your character collecting and putting on weights! The weights are velcro-secured and enchanted not to slip, going on the wrists, wing bases, ankles, and end of the tail, as applicable for your character. Have your characters come up with and perform a personalized training routine! Make sure that the routine mentions the arms, wings-if-applicable, core, legs-if-applicable, and tail, as well as including some form of stretching or flexibility maneuver. Quote Ishtadaal if you wish for a teacher response. Remember to quote the tag below in your post somehow! It may be at the top or bottom of your post, within quotes, or under spoilers, but it must be present, or else it will not count for graduation requirements.

While most activities we do will not require them, I would highly suggest wearing them whenever possible to help you build up muscle.
For now, we'll start with simple calisthenics routines. Group up with other people of similar body configurations, and work out a routine that works out every major part of the body like we discussed last week. Make sure to work yourself, but not to the point of exhaustion– you'll be expected to keep up with this routine, weighted, for the rest of the semester."

Please have them discuss and work it out with an NPC or another character. You do not have to demonstrate your character actually performing the exercise.
