Character Name: Aeon
Genre: Classical
Entry:  Aeon looked over the assignment defining classical music, it was funny that she had gotten this one since it was what she had been studying for a long time now. "Classical music is a long-standing musical tradition with many rules that jazz and modern music do not have. Classical music composer's pieces often call for woodwind instruments, string instruments, brass instruments and percussion instruments. I myself play the violin so classical music is very important to me. Classical music artists often play together in an orchestra being led by a conductor. I hope to play day either become a solo artist or play in an orchestra."

Entry: Ah yes, Drum and Bass, one of the fine modern styles of music. The forfront of all modern musics, drum and bass paved the way for other types, including breakcore, ragga jungle, hardstep, darkstep, techstep, neurofunk, ambient drum and bass, liquid funk, deep, drumfunk, funkstep, sambass, dnbnoise, and drill 'n' bass. The style has established itself around the world. Drum and bass has influenced many other genres like hip hop, big beat, dubstep, house, trip hop, ambient music, techno, rock and pop. Drum and bass could at one time be defined as a strictly electronic musical genre with the only "live" element being the DJ's selection and mixing of records during a set, but has since evolved far above this simple definition.

Entry:
Aeon closed her eyes as she listened to a ground on her music device performing Cibulka, she listened to the trumpets and other brass instruments in the piece. She couldn't remember the names of the others. Since she mostly focused on violin. "Cibulka played with brass instruments gives the piece a bouncy fun feel that is different from woodwinds or string instruments." Aeon might not know much about the other instruments, but she loved classical music and she enjoyed listening to all the different instruments that sounded so lovely with her own violin. Aeon finished writing up her assignment to turn in before she headed off to do other things.

Weaknesses Harmonizing with others
Entry: Kavita cleared her throat, then smiled as she stood in front of the class. “My strength is improvising in songs when it’s needed, or when I have a song that doesn’t already have lyrics to it, I can create some on the spot. I dislike forgetting lyrics and try to memorize them as much as possible but I also know that if I ever do forget lyrics, I can improvise some new ones on the spot to get myself out of a pinch. As for my weakness, sometimes I have trouble harmonizing with others when I’m trying to do a group song. I feel like I could definitely improve on this with practice, but I’m not sure I should take the time to do so right now because I want to be a solo singer. I also don’t know what kind of singing genre I want to be the best at. I love classic songs for the gods and goddesses. I feel like lifting my voice to praise them all the time. But I also want to try pop songs or perhaps some rock and roll. It’s so exciting watching singers on stage.“
