This lab, not only technologically advanced, is probably the most top of the line building out there. This three story, a basement with a main floor and a upstairs, is a marvel by all means. Studies of Human/Pokémon relations happen and discoveries made in this Place. You have the basement, which is the Professors living quarters. The main floor is filled with servers, monitors, and a holo-map of the Pluto Region. The top floor has all the equipment for studies and experiments.
On the outside it looks like any other building in town, with the exception of a solar panel and a few wind turbines. But also parked outside is what appears to be a rock crawling truck.
