Witherite was a captain now, but there didn't seems to be much more for him to do with his new rank than he’d been doing before. He was however grateful for his slightly better weapon, at least he could stab someone real good if need be! Tonight he was just patrolling as usual when he came across red headed twins coming out of a club. He gave a feral grin raising a brow and deciding these two would add greatly to his energy quota and he could scare the s**t out of them in the process. Poor things and all because they were red heads … Wither tended to target them since his second encounter with that damn Saturn knight … though he know knew Beni’s family was full of off limits redheads … thankfully he met them all.
“Hello darlings, you know it's not safe for you to be out in the alley alone as you are. How about I walk you to your car?”
They girls were drunk and giggle readily agreeing … thank goodness he was such a handsome b*****d. He put a hand on the small of each of their back pulling energy from them as he guided the drunk girls further into the alley.
“This way darlings … this way!”
“But our car is the other way,” one said while the other hauled and attempted to run, but Wither slipped his arm tightly around her waist pulling her closer and grinning, “... Oh I know.”
The screams of terror and the struggle they started did nothing to deter him, focusing more on one than the other and draining her until she dropped before releasing the other. “Can you outrun me …”
She ran and he gave chase though he caught her immediately, “... guess not then.” She begged him to leave her be, but he just shushed her and started to pull her energy.

Sherwood was waiting for Neckar when she felt the energy signature of a Negaverse agent. She hadn’t directly interfered with the Negaverse before but from what she understood they were generally up to no good. Painite seemed like a crazy ******** b***h. Maybe it ran common in their ranks. Moving toward it, and hoping Neckar would find her soon, Sherwood followed the aura down a dark alley. This was never good. In action and horror movies, hell, even in crime dramas, this is where girls like her were found dead.
“HEY!”
She got there just as the second of the girls was starting to be drained. Then she bolted, he bolted after her, and she bolted after him. It was a shame to leave the other girl on the ground but either he was done with her and it was too late, or she’d end up being find if KD could come back later and call 911. The Nega took priority.
“Get back here!”
Above all, the Squire was not going to let him get away with trying to hurt innocent people. There was no reason for it. The screams spurred her to run faster, jumping to throw herself against the Nega and knock him down if she could. Either way she hit the ground and rolled, momentarily dazed from her effort.

Wither felt the squire though he paid her little mind wanting to get the girl drained before dealing with her. The squire just had to interfere though, throwing herself at him and knocking both him and his little red headed target to the ground. He practically growled as the girl tried to run off and he jumped up and grabbed the girl pulling her back to his chest and turning to face the squire.
“See that girl … you're dead for now because of her … if I can kill her you live … better start praying girlie.” He pushed his hand into her chest, pulled out her starseed, the girls mouth catching in a half finished scream as she dropped to the ground, and he pocketed the pretty thing.
He grinned at the squire, “stupid girl … what will it be your life or hers … I think I'd prefer yours either way.”

Sherwood stood stock still as he reached into the girl’s chest and pulled out her starseed. She hadn’t actually seen anyone do that before and with the way the girls slumped to the ground afterward she was sure it wasn’t good. Her heart hardened to the evil she was facing, pushing away any doubt that said that this was a person. Even people could be evil and it seemed like this is what he had chosen to be.
“You’re going to give that back.”
His threats about dying didn’t bother her. He wasn’t Painite and short of Painite she wasn’t going to be afraid again. She’d worked through this and knew she was stronger than that. She’d come through so much already.
“I don’t understand how you guys can pretend to be the good guys when you do such awful things! You pretend like we’re the ones that are being aggressive to you but look what you do. You kill people. You drain them of energy and leave them in dangerous places. You take their starseeds!”
She didn’t know anyone on her side that did that. With a smooth motion she pulled the bow from her shoulder and called her magic, a golden arrow forming as she pulled the string taut. She let it fly, aiming for his chest or his dominant arm, somewhere that would do some damage...she hoped.

“Am I now? Such big talk magic slinger … that must mean you intend to trade you life for her because I'm not giving anything back. She was so careless with it and it's mine now.”
He chuckled and gave her an incredulous before looking around to make sure she was talking to him. “You are a stupid girl … fighting for what you think is a good cause does not make you a good person. Your kind is certainly aggressive though … one of the winged one tried to turn me into a block of ice and was aptly trying to kill me for nothing. That aside … i'm not hero … i'm an a*****e and I'm going to kill you and be rewarded for delivering your shiny little starseed.”
He frowned when she grabbed her bow and his eyes went wide when she drew it and an arrow appear. ******** magic! He summoned his golden oversized fork and dodged to the right as she let the arrow fly before charging right at the girl, hand clenched tight around his weapon. His face was set and it was clear he wasn't playing around.
As soon as got close to her he spun into a diagonal kick aimed at her side. He could have gone higher, but the potential to miss her head was too high when she was fresh and ready to fight.

“Our kind is aggressive? Hello, who else is attacking a civilian in the street?”
Sherwood let out a frustrated growl as he dodged her magic, thinking she’d get another chance as soon as she was out of danger. His kick landed at her side, pitching her over. Her bow clattered a short distance away as she hit the ground with a quiet whine of pain. It wasn’t that she was playing or took this fight lightly; it was inexperience that brought KD down. She had never needed to fight and the urge to learn was still a foreign one.
Her side smarting, she got up and spotted her weapon, more dear to her than most anything else.
She scrambled toward it, knowing he’d be after it, too, if he saw her going for it.
Quick as that she spun and summoned another arrow, moving as she lined up her shot. She let it fly at his head this time, unwilling to take it easy if he wasn’t.
“What is your childhood trauma, already?”

Wither grinned when the squire toppled over and hit the ground bow toppling to the side. She made a mad scramble for it and he moved forward to grab her legs and pull her away from it. He hadn't expected her to be able to draw and shot another arrow so quickly and his effort to dodge was futile. The magical arrow went right into his shoulder and while it didn't hurt that much or even for that long, he didn't trust it.
He glared at the girl and tried to slam his fork into her arm, but his movement was odd and it felt like part of the top of his was asleep. The movement was jerked and he didn't notice if he caught her or not, backing away and looking at his shoulder while flexing his right hand. He frowned pulled the starseed out of his pocket and looking at it somewhat confused wondering if what he was doing was really for the good of anything. He shook his head, trying to shake the thoughts blinking at the girl before pocketing the starseed and pinning the squire with a deadly look.
“Nice try,” he ground out summoning his weapon back to his hand feeling even more agitated than before, “just for that. I’ll have all three. Hers, yours and the other one too.”

She saw her magic working, or she thought she did in his hesitation to immediately attack. That gave her the chance to catch her breath and try to recover. It wasn’t easy but she sat up with her bow in hand, ready to attack again if it came to that but, honestly, he looked confused. Maybe he was giving up? She couldn’t be sure but she was on edge as she watched him stare at the starseed. Finding her voice, she frowned and shook her head.
“You’re not getting anything from me.”
He had her pinned down again before she knew it, hating this. While she couldn’t change what he’d already done to the two girls maybe it was possible to beat him down and make him give back what he’d stolen. This fork thing was becoming troublesome and she watched it as he plunged it down. Oh, God, Westley, HURRY! She prayed desperately for her boyfriend to come and rescue her, or at least help her get the odds back in their favor.
“What do you guys even do with that stuff anyway? Is it true you’re all drug addicts?”
Medical drug addicts, but drug addicts all the same. She wasn’t sure.

He had her against the brick was pinned, weapon pressing against her abdomen grinning like a crazy person with left hand at the base of her neck keeping her in place. “Not going to getting anything from you huh,” he said with a chuckle, “you're not exactly in a position to be talking smack are you.”
He pressed the fork harder into her abdomen knowing he’d be piercing the fabric of her shirt now and stinging her delicate skin. “I know one thing I will get for certain,” he pressed a little harder with his weapon knowing he would be piercing skin now. “A little blood … maybe a lot. How does that feel darling … does it hurt?”
He pressed the fork again with a sadistic grin hoping to make her scream, knowing the sharp points of the fork piercing her flesh, tearing muscle would be painful … even if he hadn't jabbed hard enough to get to any organs.
“We eat them sometimes … nice little snack … a drug maybe … doubt it … I wonder what yours taste like. Let's find out shall we.”
He slid his hand from her neck to her chest and pushed it inside to grasp the squires starseed. “Poor little baby knight … shouldn't stick your nose where it doesn't belong.”

Against her will Sherwood let out a whimper as his weapon pierced her skin. She was starting to get afraid and wondered if her boyfriend would arrive in time to save her, or find her body. When he pressed it deeper he got the scream he was looking for. She thrashed but that only brought in fresh pain from aggravating her wounds and didn’t get her away from him either.
Her uniform was stained in blood. Real blood, and no Camelot to save her this time. These people were a menace.
“NO!”
The scream burst out of her again when his hand went into her chest to touch her starseed. Whatever else that happened to her, she did not want him to have that. It was unthinkable. She squirmed again ignoring the pain and trying to get away from him.

Wither gripped the starseed tightly focused on the squire in front of him, so much so that he didn't notice the new signature before it was too late. He was yanked bodily by his collar, startled, starseed slipping from his hand and tossed hard against the opposite alley brick wall.
He groaned hitting the wall hard and frowning deeply, looking up to see a basic senshi glaring down at him before the other turned to help the squire. He growled climbing to his feet with a glare, not noticing the senshi was quite a bit bigger than himself.
Neckar paid little heed to the captain instead focusing on making sure Sherwood was okay and apologizing. “I’m sorry, I tried to let you know I would be late … Next time we head out together … No more meeting up.” He was muttering as he looked at the wound and frowned, his face screwing up in anger. He looked to the captain who was now standing and spoke, “what gives you the right to take her life.”
He glared at him standing to his full height and trying to intimidate the other, who was smaller, though he wasn't sure it would work.

“Neckar!”
He looked like a superhero, a God, swooping in the way he did to save her. She still felt his hand around her starseed and the shock of it kept her from immediately getting up though there was a solid mass between her and the danger. For being a knight she really wasn’t good at saving anyone, let alone herself. It seemed she didn’t know how to do any of this right.
“I promise,” she responded sincerely. From now on she was never powering up alone again. “He took the starseeds from those girls. I don’t know if they’ll be ok without them.”
If she couldn’t save the civilians it seemed her boyfriend could and she fell a little more in love with him for it. Her personal real life hero. She let him help her up, bleeding hard from the stab wound in her side and how hard she’d struggled to get away from him when he had hold of her starseed. She’d done more damage to herself with that than he had stabbing her.
“He’s nuts, Neckar. Totally bat s**t crazy. All you Negas are.”
After all, her experience with them wasn’t good. She had a better experience with a half youma than she did with the Negaverse agents.

Wither gripped his weapon tightly, grinding his teeth in absolutely irritation. He turned and walked toward the other girl’s body reaching down and pulling out the girl’s starseed from her body. There was no resistance and no scream having drop her before draining the girl until she passed out. He pocketed it while the senshi looked after the squire and turned back to the pair with a sneer. He would have both their starseeds now.
He headed back toward them intent on ending the night, plus for starseeds and possible a reward to two of them being the enemies. That would be nice.
“Give me the right, huh? … How about the ability … you can’t do it … and I can so I'm going to say that gives me the right. And before you start, none of that bullshit about just because you can doesn't mean you should … because I just dont give a ******** was worried because with such a light outfit it wasn't hard, even in the darkness to see blood has stained her uniform. He of course had to trust that she was alright because the girls on the ground seemed to be in grave danger and he had to protect them from the monster in front of them.
His frowned deepened at the man’s words, shocked at how heartless he was. Now Neckar and Sherwood were tasked with getting the girl’s starseeds back. He thought, maybe now was a time for his magic and maybe it would help them with the task, but he wasn’t sure … he wasn't still even sure what his magic even did.
“You don’t want to hear it because you know its true … ability isn’t meant to be abused. Ability does not circumvent laws, morals or values … you do not take things that do not belong to you … and I'm sure no one is going to agree willing to give up their starseed to you. Now hand them over”
He looked to Sherwood giving her a nod before having to dodge the captain trying to stab him in the kidney’s with his fork and stumbling because despite his bulk and strength, he wasn’t a fight inherently. He frowned as the captain gave him a smirk and moved to strike Sherwood, slashing at her injured side.

As much as Neckar was a beautiful sight, and he was, she knew now that he was in just as much danger. She wasn’t exactly in a good position to help him deter the savage Captain. That was the thing about metal, it pierced the skin whether you wanted it to or not and usually worked if it made contact, unlike their magic. All the same, magic was all she had. She lifted her bow, feeling pain lance through her side, and aimed it at Wither while he was distracted with her boyfriend. If she could halt him like she did before, she might have a chance to get the starseeds back to help those girls.
She was able to loose the arrow at his head just before he moved to attack her, taking the hit for the sake of accuracy and because it was the only thing she had left. That was all she had in her, though, as she went down again, screaming in pain. The white of her shirt was drenched in red blood. It was with the last of her will power that she forced herself to her feet, determined to help her boyfriend and defeat this wackadoo Nega.
She aimed her bow for a physical blow to his head when it was clear the magic missed. Whatever she had to do to get those starseeds back. At the moment she wasn’t all that concerned with making sure that the Captain wasn’t permanently hurt after their altercation. As he said himself: he didn’t give a ********.
“You’re wrong,” she asserted, though quietly. Every word made her side hurt all the more. “You have no right to take their starseeds. You have no right to hurt any of us. Even if you don’t care, it doesn’t give you the right. And we will take them back.”
She nudged Neckar, hoping that he caught on to her plan as she spoke. One could go for one side and the other to the other side on the captain. He might dodge one, but it would be impossible to dodge both and if they could hold him, especially Willie, with how muscled he was, they might be able to get the seeds back. After all, there were two White Moon there to confront the captain even if one of them was badly injured.
With a yell she had to bite back she lunged to the Captain’s left side.

Wither immediately duck out of the way when he noticed she set an arrow free at him, the magically thing missing him by mere centimeters. It held it focus for long enough however for the squires bow to come into contact with him head knocking him sideways. A gash opened above his eyebrow and blood ran down his face, his hand coming up to grip his head and his eyes narrowing at the sight of blood on his hands. He growled deeply and realized he might be in a bit of trouble with two of them even if the guy was at the lowest level.
Neckar moved to Sherwood when she knocked the captain away worried for her, she was still bleeding, but was determined to fight. It amazed him and made his rather proud of her. She was something else and it made him want to fight harder. He couldn’t make a difference for her or anyone, if he didn’t take this more seriously. He needed to get his head in the game.
As much as he wanted to just cart her away and get her injuries looked over, he realized that Sherwood wasn’t going anywhere without those starseeds. It was obvious and she said as much, they had to take them back.
He looked to her when she nudged him and realized they were going to have to go for the starseeds, this was an issue that was going to be forced. He nodded and as soon as she took off he did to, going for the Captain's right side.
Witherite frowned when he saw them both move to close for him to teleport away, they were on him quickly. He wasn’t worried about the girl, she wasn't a problem, but the male. He couldn't let the male get hands on him. He slashed his weapon out gashing the man's chest and watching a blood stained his shirt, but the female grabbed hold of him.
Even the squires hands on him attempting to get the starseed, he just grabbed her and teleported to the roof putting some distance between himself and the senshi. As soon as they landed, he balled up his fist and punched her where he stabbed her before yanking her and hanging her over the edge of the roof.
“I might not have grabbed your starseed magic slinger … but you are still going to die! Hope you little friend can catch.” He looked down at Neckar, “heads up baby magic slinger!”
Neckar gave a yell as the fork slashed his abdomen, ripping up his shirt and staining it with blood. He stumbled looking down at it for a second … a second too long. When he looked up, his hand covering his chest now stained with blood, the captain and Sherwood were gone. Panic rose in him instantly as he looked around wildly ready to call out to her when he spotted her before the nega dropped her right off the rooftop. He instantly jumped to catch her though his chest protested.
Wither grinned from the rooftop, pulling the starseeds from his pocket and looking them over. He shook his head at the pair and took off at a run leaping to the next rooftop and continuing on. He was done for the night, he had two starseeds and a decent amount of energy.

Sherwood had hoped they would be at least a little successful in their plan but it seemed like everything had gone to hell much too quickly. Wither was ready for them, grabbing her just before he teleported. It was such a jarring sensation, she was not meant to do such things, that for a moment after they arrived she was disoriented. Her mind immediately went to Neckar, his wound, before she realized she was not safe. In fact, she was incredibly not safe.
That idea was demonstrated when he punched her wound hard enough to make her scream, bringing attention to their location on the rooftop. There was little she could do to stop Wither at this point, all of her pain and blood loss completely sapping her strength. She hated him, but that seemed the lesser concern as suddenly she was falling.
“NECKAR!”
She landed in his arms but hardly registered as she became unconscious. It seemed the Nega was destined to get away and she needed serious medical attention.
