Kodi just ignored Thorin while she continued to clean up the apartment a little. It was not quite time to head to the park and meet Lilith, but she'd pulled out Thorin's leash and harness anyways. And was currently selecting a ball to take with them. This was placed beside the leash and harness on the counter. Looking back over their little home, she was satisfied enough that the dog hair was vacuumed up.
"Just a few more minutes, okay?" She glanced at the impatient corgi, still waiting. Shaking her head, Kodi went into her room and quickly changed into something more comfortable for walking to the park. Yoga pants with a shirt - a Lord of the Rings shirt of course - and a light hoodie over this. Then she approached Thorin. He eagerly jumped up and barked in excitement over the impending walk to come.
Laughing, Kodi managed to get his harness on - a simple black one with crossbones along it - and snapped on his leash. The ball was placed in a small workout backpack, along with water, treats, and small bags for Doggy Business. The last items grabbed were her wallet, keys and phone.
"Okay, little man. Let's go!" They stepped outside to head towards the park, Thorin pulling on the leash long enough to get Kodi moving before being a Good Boy and staying by her side. A quick text was sent to Lilith.
