Power Strengths: He can shape and manipulate earth and elements including most solid objects, minerals, and mineral compositions regardless of their state: boulders, sand, dust, dirt, soil, etc.
Power Weaknesses: He is unable to create earth, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources. Currently can only control something up to twice his size.
History: Shui was born in New York City Chinatown to an all Chinese family that preferred naming children names from their country of origin despite there being no more living relatives in China. He had a mixed culture childhood learning Chinese and English and his parents ran a restaurant where Shui would help out. He was good in school but painfully shy. He was picked on a lot and not really wanting to fight back gave him the reputation of a pushover. His mutant powers appeared one day when he was in the summer after his second year of high school. He had been trying to walk home from school having missed the bus when some of the schools meaner bullies decided to harass him chasing him into a construction site and cornered before proceeding to beat him up. He and the bullies didn't notice that the ground was cracking when Shui was getting hit. Finally tired of it, he yelled for them to stop and the cracks caused chunks of the concrete to fly up and knocked back the bullies in a most unnatural way the bullies. Shocked he ran the rest of the way home. He was forced to tell his parents what happened when he came home beaten up and covered in dirt and they did their best to be helpful though they were unsure what to do. They had no problems with him being a Mutant, tjou some patrons stoped coming because of it Finding out about a school for unusual kids like their son from the man running the school, they opted to send him there to get help.
