The weather had been nice enough for the past couple of days to where Arseno thought there might be more people out at night, however, that had not been the case as he hadn't found anyone to drain, and he wasn't about to go out and do it during the daylight. It's not like he wanted to drain anyone that badly anyway, this was still more of an obligation rather than something he was looking forward to doing.
He still really couldn't stand the act of it considering he didn't agree with what it was going towards but... it's not as if he thought that the White Moon was any better. Although he thought of the White Moon a bit differently from before, now he considered both sides just as bad. He almost wished he could join with the DMC, they seemed to be a bit more neutral in all of this, or at least had a better purpose from what he had heard and seen.
Currently he was just walking one of the paths in the park near the soccer fields, wondering if he would see someone around here. Whether he would drain them was another story.

There was no patience for Chara tonight. Despite the nice weather, his mood was foul. Everything ticked him off, every single sound he heard around him tweaked and pinched at his senses, enough that he found himself so close to rampaging that he could hardly stand it. There was no direct reasoning for it. Lots and lots of old things still bothered him, yet nothing was the focus of tonight's irritation.
Well, atleast it was that way for a while until he could feel the creeping sting of a Negaverse Agent's Aura nearby.
With a target to focus that irritation on, Chara made a bee-line towards it, ready and eager to make pavement paste out of whoever it was.
To his delight, they barely seemed to be doing anything. Didn't matter, they'd find themselves under his boot anyway tonight! Muttering his attack softly to himself because he truly hated how it sounded, he lunged at the Negaverse agent as soon as he was within range, throwing his attack as hard as he could at them.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Chara Chocolate Lava Drops
With the call of his attack Chara summons the same handfuls of chocolate as before but in larger quantity (20 or so), and now they melt upon impact. He still has 30 seconds to use them before they vanish and it can be used twice per battle.
Chara's chocolate now maintains it's heat longer and sticks to a person's skin. It's hot and burns and can cause irritation, dryness and up to 1st degree burns now if it makes skin contact. The chocolate lasts for 5 seconds on the surface they touch, then vanish.

It was only at the last second that Arseno had been able to feel the Order aura coming towards him and so unfortunately, he had only been able to quickly throw up his arms to shield his face before he was hit with the attack and felt the burn that the chocolates made through his clothing since he was hit with so many of them. They seemed to go away quickly enough but he still felt the pain from them after they were gone.
He was angry! Though it really shouldn't be unexpected that there were some Order senshi that were willing to hit first and no talking later, he was more angry at himself that he hadn't noticed the other. He quickly summoned his weapon and charged at the senshi, swinging once he was close enough with his fire poker, the more dangerous end pointed at the senshi, and hoping that he hit the other one.

The only time Chara ever was happy that he was short was when he was fighting. Being only 5' nothing he was quick to move out of the way of an attack, though often times it was by the skin of his teeth. Just because he was quick didn't mean he was smart about being quick.
He felt the poker scrape by the front of his fuku, and glad it didn't catch on the ridiculous sash he wore. Certain that it would come back again, he turned on his heel, kicking up his other leg in an attempt to land a good hard roundhouse kick into the Nega's gut.

Unfortunately Arseno didn't land a hit and he managed to get hit by the senshi's leg with a nice kick to the gut. If he wasn't powered up, this would probably hurt him a lot more, but instead it hurt for a bit and just knocked the air out of him.
He wouldn't let the senshi get away with that though and grabbed the other's leg with his free arm, and quickly sending his weapon away, with the other arm went to slam his elbow on the other's leg. It shouldn't break it if it hit, but it would hurt a lot.

There was no rhyme nor reason as to why Chara always lead with a kick, but almost every time, that kick was grabbed. And in that same manner, Chara did what he knew best. He dropped it low, and by that, he let his other leg slip so that he would go with the momentum of the elbow to his leg and end up on his side, on the ground.
DAMN did that hurt! The man's pointed elbow dove deep into his calf as he slid down, and it hurt like one bad ********! There was no way in hell he was going to let that stop him, and right as he hit the ground, his free heeled foot came up, aiming in a place that he knew he shouldn't but it was open. It certainly wouldn't feel nice if his boot's heel made contact with the other's crotch. Screw fighting clean!

Arseno was surprised that had worked. However that meant he hadn't really been paying attention and got hit squarely where he was most vulnerable. ****! It wasn't the first time he had been hit in the crotch. It had certainly been hit a number of times accidentally when he was playing soccer, but a boot heel to it? That was different!
He grunted in pain and crouched down a bit, but knew that he couldn't stay like that for long. He doubted the other would allow him to get through the pain to attack again. He tried to ignore it as much as he could and gripped his weapon a bit tighter, swinging it back towards the other, intent on actually stabbing this time. However, he was still reeling from the pain, so it probably wasn't that good of a swing.

The kick made contact and Chara smirked, before trying to wiggle away and stand back up. He had assumed that the kick that he gave the other would have incapacitated him more, but apparently that wasn't the case at all. As wreckless as the swing was, having been unguarded for just a split second was enough for the blade to slice his shoulder.
"You ********!" He growled again, grasping at the would. It wasn't that deep, but whatever the other had cut was seeping quickly through the sheer fabric of his fuku. In his rage and anger, he came back in with another punch, his time aiming for the other's throat, leading with the bloodied hand he had just pulled from his arm.
What he really wanted to do was to pin the man down and just wail on him, but he'd have to get him down first.

Arseno was getting angry. He was the one who was attacked in the first place, and now this senshi was cursing him out because he had to defend himself? At this point Arseno realized that he would probably have to teleport out of here. This senshi wasn't letting up and was becoming more angry with every movement.
He did the only thing that he could of and that was to jump back a bit, trying to dodge the punch. He really did not want to risk trying to just block an attack that could possibly be fatal. He might have to give up the battle. Arseno had never run into a senshi who was wanting to hurt him this much, he might just have to call the night a loss and retreat.

A half-snarl left Chara's mouth as the man before him jumped right out of range of his attack. He would have to admit, it was a smart move, but it didn't make him any happier that it had missed it's target.
He did try his best to close the distance between them, to continue his assault with another fine fist to the face, almost anticipating the teleportation away. Unfortunately, that's how most of his targets ended up dashing from his fights, but he'd be DAMNED if he let the other escape without another good hit! So he lunged forward, fist ready to atleast get a solid punch to the other's gut again before he vanished.

It is WAY too late to deal with this ****. Arseno thought as he watched the other send another punch his way. He knew that he couldn't be fighting like this much longer. Either he would have to start being way more aggressive, something he was not quite confident about, or he would have to take the easy route and teleport away.
Unfortunately, it would have to be the latter as he swung out his poker at the others fist, trying to distract the senshi long enough so that he could concentrate a bit on teleporting back to near his apartment. He wasn't too good at it yet, he had only been able to successfully teleport once before, and at any second this senshi could swing another fist at him.
He also really didn't want to admit defeat in such a cowardly way, and only hoped that his superiors would be okay with it considering that he needed a lot more training.
Before teleporting away though, he promised himself that he would get stronger and more confident, so that he could actually go up against such aggressive senshi without holding back.
Eventually he felt himself move, and found himself back outside of it across the street. But he also felt a wave of tiredness hit him suddenly, and he managed to drag himself into the apartment before powering down and collapsing on the floor.

Of course. OF ******** COURSE the slimy negaverse b*****d would teleport away! They always did! And of course they went without a word, <******** coward!" Chara spat at nothing, his words echoing about the now empty space. That was alright. He was pissed but at least he did do some damage. He'd just have to add another face to his list of people he'd have to beat the s**t out of later. For now... he'd just have to find the next person's face to punch in.
