Sidney James, the Technicolor Butterfly, stretched like a lazy cat in the quiet of her bedroom. Sunlight crept stubbornly around the edges of her blackout curtains, but the swaths of cloth kept the room a comfortably dimness for night owls. There was a nagging need in the back of her mind, an itch that was more than physical, but the ignored it the way she did every ‘morning’, fighting her cravings for a few more minutes in bed. There was extra incentive today as she rolled over, her thin fingers finding the curve of a smooth thigh and traveling upwards. The rounded the curve of an athletic a** before settling in the dip of spine, splaying to take up as much square inch of skin as she could span. A smile curved her ringed lips and she shifted to tuck an arm beneath her head, the strands of her rainbow hair falling into her eyes. The woman from last night, Shahar if she remembered right, looked pleasantly, deliciously disheveled stretched out in her bed. Sid had hardly noticed how they’d gotten home, too busy sucking on Shar’s tongue to pay much attention. Obviously, they’d made it through the door, up the stairs and into Sid’s room, but the bulk of what she remembered after the alcohol haze was… Mmm. Hot. It wasn’t terribly often she brought someone home. Usually, she opted for their place. Here, she risked disturbing her flat mate, and while Rob didn’t necessarily mind that she slept with other people, she didn’t really like him knowing how many… or how often. No one needed to know how much of a slut she was, not really. God, she wanted a smoke though… dumb Rob and his dumb rules about not smoking in the house. Sid pouted as she scooted closer to Shar’s warmth, pressing up skin to skin.

Shahar was warm and comfortable, and wonderfully not alone. Best of all, it was dark, because her head was twitching with the vestiges of a little too much alcohol and not enough water; not enough hangover to make her ill, but enough to let her know just how distracted she had been by Chou the evening prior. Sea-blue hair tumbled around her like waves, and she stretched one limb at a time, making a soft noise as she stretched, both to announce herself as awake, and to test her own hangover level. There was no additional twinging in her head, so she was probably safe enough. Usually she was very open to bringing people to her place, whether she got to know them beforehand or not; with her 'job' she didn't much have to worry about security. In a worst case scenario, anyone who made the mistake of breaking into her home or trying to do her unwanted harm once she accepted them inside would find themselves unpleasantly surprised. It was always strange when someone else brought her to their home instead, but in this case she could hardly complain. She shifted her head to the side, towards the lovely rainbow-hued distraction that had brought her home last night. The room was dark, but in the sneaky light, she could see the shape of her companion; a little bit of color, a small frame, and soft flesh that felt soft and nicely-toned under her workout-calloused hands. Chou wriggled closer to her, and Shahar shifted in bed, skin rubbing comfortably against skin as she pulled the rainbow in closer, wrapping her arms around her and pressing her chin to rainbow-hued hair, mindful of after-booze morning breath, and some people having opinions on the matter that didn't line up with Shahar's own level of uncaring. “Did you sleep well?” her heavily-accented voice was rough, and she drew her hand over whatever skin she could reach, light and comfortable- not trying to entice, but relishing the contact of another person. “Hopefully I did not take up too much of the space.”

It was a surprise and a pleasure to feel Shar shift and pull her closer, tucking her against her long, lean body. She was delightfully tall and that meant Sid fit perfectly into the curve of her, face tucked into her neck. Not everyone liked to cuddle first thing in the morning, if they even stayed the night, but she was always happy to entertain those who did. "Of course." She chuckled, her voice morning-thick and scratchy. "Work out like that, I slept like a ******** baby." She stretched, arching her body lengthwise rather than out through her arms, which remained tucked up against them. "There was plenty of room, I don't need much. You gotta be anywhere today, Gorgeous? You make a really good bed warmer..." That was accompanied by another stretch, but the kind that pressed her up against Shar for a full body snuggle. "Sorry I can't really offer breakfast... I dunno if we've got anything in the house." She paused for a moment, her face scrunching up in thought. "What did you say your name was again? I probably told you Chou... Its actually Sidney." A chuckle escaped her at the admission, her smile curling impishly.

Chou curled into her, and Shahar made a soft noise of pleasure at the comfortable heat of skin on skin, relaxing still further into the mattress, practically turning into a boneless lump next to the smaller woman. For someone as muscled as Shahar, she considered her ability to become a lump a valid achievement, insofar as achievements went. "Then I did my job." her voice was ripe with sleepy satisfaction, her accent garbled. "I know you knocked the English right out of my head a few times. That should make you proud of yourself, sleep or no sleep." Her rainbow bed-partner stretched against her, and Shay gave a little sigh. "No place to be today that matters. My schedule is usually very free." she made her money in ways that weren't necessarily her career, and her father paid for her apartment as apology for failed parental duties or something. "If you want me to warm you a bit longer, I believe I can make myself available to your whims." she trailed calloused fingers up the woman's soft sides, testing for ticklishness. "I am not hungry for much more than turkey bacon and kahvesi after a long night," she admitted. "A rather unique taste and not something I would expect you to have on hand, anyways." Chou asking for her name made her laugh- and then revealing that Chou wasn't even her name made the larger woman wrap herself around Ch- Sidney in amused delight. "I am Shahar, but you can shorten it. To think I wasted that delightful half-drunk pun last night on a name that was not even yours. How am I supposed to pun with Sidney?"

Active people seemed to have an amazing ability to reach a new level of lazy Sid never seemed able to achieve. Shahar, as she named herself, seemed to melt into the mattress and it drew a chuckle from her. It was good to see someone being comfortable in her space and with her. It made things more enjoyable and in turn, her partners more fun to be around. She was terribly smug about her performance, but Sid was happy to let her bask in a job well done. “I don’t care when you leave, so its whenever you feel like going. You’ve been an easy guest so far.” She smirked, goosebumps running up her arms as fingertips stroked her over the softness of her sides and up her ribs. She was not ticklish, so much as just sensitive, and her body still remembered how it felt when those same fingers had dug into her thighs. “Kahvesi? What’s that?” Sid asked as Shar rolled to wrap around her, squirming in mock protest as she chuckled low in her throat. “And it wasn’t a wasted pun! I thought it was funny. I had an old boyfriend who used to call me Sidhartha when we got really high… hmm.” A thin finger tapped her chin in thought and she rolled her eyes at the ceiling. “Suddenly Sidney? Surprisingly Sidney?” She offered, her smile crooked.

Shahar gave a shrug, enjoying a captured rainbow wriggling next to her. "Hunger will pull me out of the bed sooner than later," she confessed shamelessly, enjoying the feel of soft skin under her hands. Sidney was warm and lovely, and Shar was probably more impressed with the warm. " Kahvesi is a type of coffee," she explained after a moment of settling the rainbow into place. "Turkish coffee. It is more bitter, stronger, and if you wish you can have lokum with it. Turkish Delight, you call it. I usually add my sugar in when I make it, though." she stretched out with another yawn. "If we do this again sometime, I can make you some, if you wish to try it." She laughed at the nickname- Siddhartha. "Are you frequently on a journey of self-discovery, Sidney? Seeking enlightenment?" Being high was, she supposed, the closest she would ever get to it. Buddhism wasn't a path for her. "I will, perhaps, call you Sexy Sidney. While I am sure you are full of surprises..." she let her voice trail off, and leaned her head in, offering the other woman a kiss.

Coffee and candy... It was amusing to have an early morning conversation about food when they were still in bed, but it was honestly kind of fun to learn about the differences between what Shar ate and what was usual for Sid... mainly, nothing, or maybe cold pizza. Maybe. Water was usually all she managed, or orange juice, but as with virtually any other time of the day, there was simply no appetite to make food seem appealing. A sly grin slid onto Sid's face and she gave Shar a look through her lashes, coy and playful. "I'm always seeking something." She hummed. "You could call it enlightenment. I want to transcend this life and touch something divine... Fly on wings of light and music to steal a piece of it and swallow it whole..." Shar leaned in and Sid's lashes lowered, her lips brushing the other woman's. "I get a little closer every time I try..." She breathed before she sealed that kiss, running hands up a lean, toned body to wind fingers into long strands of blue hair. The flare of heat was a welcome distraction from the ache in her limbs and she pushed aside one need to indulge in another for a while.

Chou- no, Sid- was giving Shahar a look that was awakening more needs in Shahar than just the need for a caffeine infusion. Early mornings were beautiful things, and as the smaller woman accepted her kiss, she gladly leaned in for a messy good morning kiss. "Let me see if I can help you," she offered, and slid her mouth down and down, tasting sleep-sweetened skin. "I am perhaps no religious experience, but I am always willing to try." Besides, it would be a distraction from the low achein her bones that was her addictions- addiction to caffeine, to sugar, to a little early morning high to soothe the pain in her muscles. Whimsical Blue Definitely a fade to black. 8D Probably a formal FIN? We can do another RP~~~ a thousand more.
