Description: large black wings with rather long feathers aide in protection as a shield as well as giving the ability of flight. The quill of the feather is sharp and pointed like a dart and is filled with corruption. Getting shot with one of these is like a direct injection of corruption. These dart-like feathers can be used against his target(s) when he flaps his wings, simultaneously created large amounts of wind as well as allowing the feathers to shot from his wings. The wind can be used in order to deflect projectiles or can also be used to push back people/things.
The wings can be damaged, but will grow back. This isn't instant and will require time. The regeneration cannot occur during combat and must be done through meditation.
The area where the wings and the back connect happens to be quite sensitive.

Personality
On the outside, he is an energetic and cheerful young man. He seems mischievous, but kind. His attitude even seems to go as far as being altruistic at points. He carefully crafts this mask so that most others couldn't possibly see what lies beneath. He practices his persona in the mirror regularly to near perfection, but it's not who he is.
On the inside, he is cold and cunning. He takes note of certain traits and categorizes them for later use. He isn't above pranks of any kind and he isn't above blackmailing. A part of him was always like this, even before Kin came into his life. Once she died, he spiraled into complete madness. All of the work that she put into him went to waste as his spirit decayed.
Manipulation: Be careful when giving him any information, for he may use it against you. If you do something against him, you can count on him blackmailing you in return. If you gain his favor, then he may even get information for you. In that case, you'll never have to worry about anything. Don't try to 'play his game' and use manipulation against him, it won't work.
Stone-Cold Honesty: He is a manipulator, not a liar. He doesn't rely on falsehoods to control others and would rather use real information. In a way, this makes it much worse. Sometimes he says things that would be considered cruel or untactful, but you can always count on them being the truth. You might not expect this, but the quickest way to get on his bad side is to lie to him. Trust me when I say that he WILL find out.
Mischeif: Pranks are his number one pastime, not to say that he doesn't do anything else. He thrives on causing as much small scale chaos as possible. He has moved every piece of furniture an inch, he has dumped glue on people's beds, he has done many things like that. If you're on his bad side, you're more likely to become one of his victims.
Torment: He can't sleep at night because his memories haunt him. Not just the memories of Kin, but the ones she tried to heal him from. He has night terrors and occasionally breaks down during the daytime hours. He doesn't do it in front of people, though. If anyone were to see this side of him, there would be issues.
Morality: This is a strange area for him. At one end, he is honest and follows him code of conduct. On the other end, he couldn't care less about anyone else's feelings and doesn't care if he breaks rules. This would technically put him under lawful neutral, even if his behavior suggests chaotic evil.

Kin:[DEAD] Kin was his mentor, best friend, and even at aome point a love interest. She taught him everything he knows about fighting and even taught him a few othe skills along the way. She didn't train him to be a shinobi, he didn't go down that path until she died.
History
He is from a poor country and lived much of his life on the streets. The specific part of the country that he's from went into complete anarchy. He is the result of the fire and blood that coated every wall of the village. He escaped this mess at the tender age of 9, only to enter a different one. He was attacked as he tried to flea the country. The wounds were fatal and coul easily have killed someone much stronger than him. It was at this time that Kin found him while traveling. Kin was about 12 years old when they first met and was known as a child prodigy. She practiced a form of hand-to-hand combat that was unique to her and she decided to pass that knowledge down to him.
He wasn't exactly cooperative at first and it took a lot of goading in order to get him to consider the training. It took her defeating him instantly in battle for him to listen to reason. She could have killed him, had she wished it. He read about chakra and its uses while she trained him. He stole a few scrolls when escaping the village. 12 of which were common and 5 were higher ranked. He hid them from Kin for the first year training with her, or so he thought. Kin knew about the scrolls the entire time, but didn't say anything. She understood his reasoning for hiding them from her. She wasn't too fond of Shinobi.
After the year had passed, Kin told him that she knew about the scrolls. She told him it was fine to practice the jutsus it mentioned, but under the condition that he should not let it corrupt him. He should never become a monster. She told him that he would also need to practice yoga and meditation in order to keep him soul clear of hatred. He agreed and immediately began to focus his energy on those as well.
For the next couple of years, he worked on incorporating taijutsu into his fighting style. Kin started to get more scrolls for him to study with, including one that would teach him what element he had. The test results suggested that he had a mater type chakra. Along the way, he taught himself how to do some other things that would help in battle.
The two continued to travel and train, they even began to develop feelings when he was about 16 years of age. This didn't last long. Kin died that year in a battle. Needless to say, he did not react well. He copied her hair, style, and her tattoo. He shut himself in for a year and wouldn't allow anyone to talk to him. When he turned 18, his outward personality took a 180 degree turn and he seemed to get better. On the inside, he was actually worse. Nobody could predict when he would 'snap'. Now this was something he would have to live with.

He was gone ever since he was assigned to be the Jounin Captain. It was a long and arduous mission. He was protecting some high profile person from S-ranked missing nin. On the way back from the mission, he heard about the Tsuchikage's death. Unwilling to believe it, he took it upon himself to approach the current Tsuchikage to hear it for himself. It turns out, it was true and the man was also in love with the former kage. He wasn't sure why, but the kage decided against war. He decided to watch him closely to understand why that is.
As a sign of trust, Ito let Raxxas see his most powerful jutsu scroll. He let him know the importance of trust and told him that he would be protected from now on. The incident with the previous Tsuchikage will not be repeated. The two will now go to the Hidden Leaf Village in order to meet the Hokage. Hopefully, the two can become great friends.

The went to Konoha in order to prove that they weren't wanting to go to war and to extend a friendship. Akai was asked to leave the room due to his constant fidgeting that made Aya uncomfortable. Raxxas seemed to be interesting in Aya.
They went back to Iwagakura and had a chuunin begin to assess the village's condition, they went to a training field soon after. On the way there, Akai found a decapitated head. He dropped it off at the training grounds.
Both Raxxas and Akai went back to Konoha and found themselves in a construction site. Akai met Virgil for the first time. They were angry with each other. Akai tried to talk to them. Virgil left after awhile.
Chiara offered Akai a bottle and he collapsed after becoming intoxicated. Chiara cuddled him in his sleep while unknowingly using her Asakujaku abilities. Raxxas slapped his to wake him up. Akai said something rude, but regretted it.
