Username: Living Eternally Name: Carmine Hervor Nickname: None Race: Grimm Ethnicity: Caucasian Gender: Female Orientation: Heterosexual Alignment: Chaotic Good Academy: Beacon [Team ECHO] Age: Seventeen Birthday: January 18th Height: 5'5" Combat Type: close range: blunt&slashing/piercing mid range: piercing Weapon(s): ❖Tyrfing: A gold and orange-colored double-edged sword with an asymmetrical hilt guard: a cross-guard on one side and a hand-guard on the other. The hand-guard doubles as a magazine for powdered dust, allowing Carmine to add its effects to her attacks. A cross shape between the two sides glows the color of the kind of dust currently loaded. In most cases, it shines a bright red. On the other hand, the blade of the sword is rather thick, the main body being a gold color covered with an orange plate. This sword folds in on itself to take on the form of a high-cartridge high impact hand cannon for medium-ranged shots. This weapon has a low rate-of-fire and can hold thirteen cartridges in the chamber.
❖Flinta: A gold, orange, and red-colored shield with a rounded upper edge that comes to a point at the bottom. There are sharp spikes around the edge that serve for a more active defense or more aggressive offense, great for smaller jabs and tearing away at enemies. The top of the shield has a dip in it the shape of a half-circle. A belt of shells can be loaded here, and with a pull of a trigger, a disk within the shield retracts to reveal the mouths of gun barrels. This means Carmine can give an explosive touch to shield bashes or act offensively during a defensive move. Anyone who looks closely can see these rotate before the Flinta returns to its original appearance. This can fire four times before it needs to be reloaded. It does create a powerful enough recoil to move the young woman a few feet, helping with evasive maneuvers.
❖Skolda: A wide short-sword with a thick cross-guard. Carmine keeps this sheathed for the most part, but if she's feeling especially viscous, this will be wielded in her off-hand while Tyrfing is in its hand cannon form. Dust Skill: ❖Burn Dust: Medium-Skill Semblance: None. As a Grimm, Carmine doesn't have a soul. She therefore doesn't possess the Aura to even have a Semblance.
Relationships: ❖ Amaranth Hervor: Adoptive Father ❖ Griza Hervor: Adoptive Mother ❖ Vito Agantyr: Adoptive Grandfather | Mentor ❖ Opal Lilla: Former Partner | Friend/Acquaintance | Former Team ECHO Member ❖ Oliver Nix: Partner | Friend/Acquaintance | Team ECHO Member ❖ Elliot Vermillion: Friend/Acquaintance | Team ECHO Leader ❖ Noir Alcott: Acquaintance ❖ Svalrvænn Hildrhárr: Acquaintance | Team ECHO Member ❖ Sage Tempest: Acquaintance ❖ Professor Ozpin: Headmaster | Educator ❖ Glynda Goodwitch: Vice Principal | Educator | Idol
Strengths: ✔ Ambitious: Carmine's the kind of person who tries her hardest to do the things she sets her mind to. ✔ Berserker: Absolutely brutal in a fight, this humanoid Grimm is quick to use brute strength to take down her enemies. Her fighting style is rather viscous compared to most; it's not often she holds back. ✔ Combat: Carmine has practiced her combative skills every day against local Grimm. She's not completely versatile but has a decent range of weapon-use. ✔ Curiosity: Carmine is very intuitive and easily intrigued. If she finds anything particularly interesting, she's one to explore her curiosities and find out more about whatever it is. ✔ Despair Sense: As a Grimm, Carmine has the capability to naturally sense negative emotions in others. When it comes to a single person being cranky, it doesn't really phase her. Say that person is to be overcome with horrible dread, the girl will be able to feel an aura-like sensation emanating off of that individual. If many people are feeling intense negative emotions, the force of it is almost overwhelming. Due to this, Carmine is seemingly always in the right place at the right time, if anyone needs her. ✔ Hopeful: No matter how bad things get, there's always hope for a brighter future. This doesn't necessarily apply to her, however, having a bit of martyrdom syndrome. ✔ Perception: Carmine is capable of keeping a good eye and ear on the surrounding area, she's ready to jump into battle as soon as it's necessary to ensure the safety of others. ✔ Responsibility: She realizes that she's responsible for her actions and puts her entire being into something to ensure its success, especially when it comes to protecting others. ✔ Sewing: Fighting isn't Carmine's only hobby. She's not a savage. ✔ Valor: Not a whole lot phases this one. Even as a young girl, she was more than happy to fight the much tougher, much bigger Grimm [whether or not she could handle them]. Carmine isn't one to back down from a challenge.
Weaknesses: ✘ Amnesiac: Carmine doesn't remember her time before being a humanoid Grimm nor what form of Grimm she'd taken on in that life. That being said, she also isn't aware of her existence as a Grimm, believing she's a human. Therefore, she can't even produce the regular attempt to create a fake semblance using her abilities as a Grimm. ✘ Aura: The girl lacks an Aura completely, giving those with one a significant edge against her. Without an Aura, she also cannot manifest a semblance. ✘ Despair Sense: Even though it aids in helping others, Carmine's unnatural ability to tell who's in need where could be considered suspicious, especially those who're extra-carefully keeping a lookout for humanoid Grimm. ✘ Easily Impressed: Carmine's from a small town. Everything is cool. This may cause her to fangirl over seeing new Grimm or other sorts of new things that she may have not seen or experienced before. ✘ Elegance: Her fighting style isn't necessarily pretty. When is brute force? ✘ Impulsive: She tries really hard not to, but Carmine is prone to giving into whims. This makes fighting her destructive nature as a Grimm difficult to combat. ✘ Race: Many issues come along with being a humanoid Grimm, though Carmine has only encountered some thus-far. Firstly, as previously stated, she lacks an Aura, an extra protection humans and faunus have against their enemies. Second, there's always this strange urge in the back of her mind that craves violence. It's easy enough to satiate through combat with other Grimm or training, but if there are ever spells where she's incapable of releasing that extra steam, the desires will eat away at her mind. Last, and Carmine has yet to really have to worry about this, is that people are far crueler to humanoid Grimm than they ever could be faunus. ✘ Responsibility: If Carmine fails at a task, she takes great pain in her loss. ✘ Somewhat Dim: Although great at combat and survival, her skills fall when it comes to school-smarts and social situations. It makes lecture classes difficult and sometimes causes her to make awkward decisions in a conversation. ✘ Swimming: She can't swim, never learned.
Likes: ✔ Adventuring and Sight-Seeing ✔ Battle! ✔ Beacon Academy ✔ Cleanliness and Organization ✔ Embroidery ✔ Flowers ✔ Heights ✔ Helping Others ✔ Quirks ✔ The Concept of Hunters/Huntresses ✔ Trying New Things ✔ Warm Drinks: Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate ✔ Warmth
Dislikes: ✘ Bad Grades ✘ Cruel People ✘ Chocolate ✘ Crowded Places ✘ Difficult Classes ✘ Being Misinformed/Ignorant ✘ Messes ✘ Rumors and Assumptions ✘ The Cold ✘ Threats to Those She Cares About ✘ Violent Urges
Personality: ❖ Carmine tends to act a little differently given the situation. On the whole, the young woman is very kind and approachable. She's outgoing and smiles regularly. Basically, she just tries her best to be nice to everyone, human, faunus, and she'd maybe even go out of her way for a humanoid Grimm that didn't want to cause anyone harm. From what she'd heard, however, those were rare cases. As long as no one holds any ill-will for others, Carmine's amiable. On the other-hand, she has no tolerance for bullying or hurting others, this especially goes for the people she cares about. As she is with her family, the Grimm is territorial and protective of her friends and teammates, so she's quick to take action should anything bad happen to them. More often than not, she'll give strangers the benefit of the doubt unless they do anything to make it onto her "shady characters" list. That's only if they're lucky enough to have not already evoke her wrath. Despite not getting the best of grades, she'll participate in class and silently fangirl over all things fighting. Growing up, she didn't have a ton of friends, so her practice when it comes to social norms and etiquette is a little lacking. It's highly possible that she'll "slip up" and say or do something that some may consider rather crude or weird. She's quick to apologize if someone calls her out on it, though. Though not inherently annoying, Carmine is rather impulsive when it comes to small decisions, things she wants, or things she likes. She finds it fine to let little ones run freely as long as her biggest impulse remains in check.
Due to her nature as a humanoid Grimm, Carmine is subject to urges that attempt to coax her into causing disruption. For the most part, this doesn't become an issue. She's become capable enough of shutting it down through sheer willpower, not wanting any sort of harm to come to anyone. The easiest way to tone this down is to satiate it with normal combat or exercise, fighting Grimm, sparring, etc. Sometimes, however, she'll disappear to be alone when it becomes too much. During such times it's better for her to relax and be away from other people. She'll either head out to go do some training or take a break somewhere empty in the school. Nothing quells these feelings like a good fight, however.
In battle, the girl's almost an entirely different person. Combat is the perfect chance to relieve some stress, and that's putting it lightly when it comes to Carmine. The young woman is absolutely brutal and not one for messing around when it comes to taking down Grimm without mercy. When fighting, she takes on a much more serious demeanor, seemingly taking her anger out on the monsters or her other opponents.
History: ❖ As far as Carmine is concerned, her life began when her foster parents adopted her. They had raised her as if she was their own within a small village in the kingdom of Vale. If you asked Amaranth and Griza now, they would've described her as a handful as a child. The village in which she grew up had a small schoolhouse where they had initially sent her for basic education. Almost every day, there'd be an "incident." Carmine couldn't pay attention, Carmine was being disruptive, Carmine was caught picking on another child, Carmine got in a fight... the list goes on. The Hervors loved their daughter very much but knew something like this was a problem. No matter what they seemed to do, however, nothing changed. Soon, she began skipping class and picking fights in the street. When local law enforcement brought her home, her parents were at their wits end. Never had they ever regretted taking pity on the child who had no memory, searching for her home all over the kingdom, or taking her in after all efforts proved futile. No, despite her high level of aggression, they loved her so. These instances only happened around other people, in other places, never at home. When the complaints had come in the first place, it had taken her parents some time to believe them. The child was overcome with distraught. Why did this happen? On the one hand, she wanted to, she needed to, but the others hadn't caused her any trouble. In her right mind, she knew acting on those whims, hurting people, it was wrong... How were they going to sort out such a problem? The answer came to them soon, Griza coming to the conclusion first. Carmine had always been glued to the television screen whenever a news report was covering a recent battle or successful mission of a hunter or huntress. The particular instance from where the idea sparked was no different; however, the situation reported would serve as the perfect example. A boy close to her age had been saved by a blonde woman, a huntress from Beacon Academy. Those people fought for the safety of the others, for the people of Remnant. Maybe there was hope for their daughter yet. Using hunters and huntresses as a method of moving forward, they became Carmine's driving force, her inspiration.
After pulling her out of school, Griza brought Carmine to her grandfather's house, the only hunter her parents knew personally. When her mother was younger, the man had tried to get her to aspire to become a huntress, but battle wasn't something in which Griza had been interested. Now that Carmine was, Vito was more than excited to train the child. It was with him that she learned how to fight Grimm, training every day and using that training as a vent for whatever pent-up rage they thought the girl had. The kid was a natural, surprising the old man with how quickly she was capable of picking up on new fighting tactics and tricks. It frustrated the two of them that it had been taking so long for her semblance to manifest. All in good time, he supposed. Overall, Carmine was ecstatic. Combat seemed to be the perfect outlet, and this way, she could prove that she wasn't the horrible person so many in the town thought she was. Once she became a huntress and was helping people, they'd see that Carmine could be more than that. In fact, they were already seeing it. Vito, in his age, had become much less active, only taking down Grimm that threatened the town. Carmine, on the other hand, was more than happy to take on extra and was making quite a name for herself with the her other townsfolk. It had seemed that her goals were already being completed, but that wouldn't be the case until she became a full-fledged huntress. She had to go to Beacon. Vito was supportive but wary about the idea. At this point, the young woman would not have a problem getting along with other students. The issue of self control had mostly died down. In fact, most liked the girl. In a place like that, however, it'd be difficult without a semblance... At least, that's what he'd told her. If she was able to pass entrance exam, then she'd have his blessing for attending the school and more. Upon her success, the old man gave her the weapons passed down his family for generations, going through a few personal upgrades of course. They had been meant for Griza, but they weren't going to get any use that way.
Vito wasn't blind, of course. Due to the amount of coaxing required to divert Carmine against her urges to cause destruction and her lack of activating her aura, let alone her semblance, the man had developed a theory. She had basically turned up on the front porch of his daughter with no reason or close relatives... If that was the case, the kid was far too honest to be under suspicion, at least by him. Perhaps it was just the fact that he knew her as his granddaughter first and foremost, but he couldn't bring himself to address the subject. If anything happened at Beacon Academy regarding Carmine, however, it'd be all his fault. As the girl made her way to her new school and new life, the old man decided to arrange a meeting with the headmaster. Meanwhile, Carmine could hardly contain her excitement for her first semester at the school. She'd be meeting people with similar interests, seeing other fighting styles, and much more. Most of all, she was going to become a huntress!
Outfits: ❖ Casual ❖ Beacon Academy Uniform ❖ Armor *I STILL WANNA DRAW HER*
Items: ❖ Scroll ❖ Sewing Kit ❖ Ammo for Tyrfing and Flinta
Other: ❖ Carmine's name is pronounced kahr-min. It's the color of a crimson dye created from a powder of crushed cochineal insects. Gross. ❖ A first-generation humanoid Grimm, something happened during the transition to her new form, causing Carmine to not remember her life as a more animalistic Grimm but allowing her to be more in-tune with her basic instincts. Her form before this was that of an Ursa Major. If one looks closely, they'd be able to point out tendencies of hers that would give such a thing away. Given that she does not know of her origins, Carmine does not have access to her strength and abilities that came along with her last form nor can she go through the trouble of faking a semblance.

Username: Weeamoo Name: Stella Nila Nickname: N/A Race: Faunus Ethnicity: Caucasian Gender: Female Orientation: Heterosexual Alignment: CN Academy: Beacon [Team STRS] Age: Eighteen Birthday: October 22nd Height: 5'7 Combat Type: close-mid range: piercing&slashing mid range: explosive Weapon(s): ❖Kama and Dhenu One of the rare weapons that isn't also a gun! What a shock! Kama and Dhenu are large twin karambits with serrations near the grip of the blade. The grip of the blade is special in its own right, containing several feet worth of steel cord connected to the blade's cartridge, so to speak. The blades can be removed from this with the push of a button. Stella uses this function to throw her metal blades or even dust blades as explosive projectiles. A trigger on the handle releases the wire to an amount allotted by how long said trigger is held. This allows for bringing enemies in close, getting in close more quickly, or fighting from range as whipping weapons.
Dust Skill: PRIMARY ❖ Air Dust: Low-Skill ❖ Burn Dust: Medium-Skill ❖ Water Dust: Low-Skill ❖ Lightning Dust: Medium-Skill
SECONDARY ❖ Ice Dust: Medium-Skill ❖ Steam Dust: Low-Skill Semblance: Blackout : Stella can manifest her aura around her body to allow it to completely hide her presence from others. It acts as a nullification between her and the world. It refracts the light to make her appear invisible and cuts off any evidence of her physical existence. This is great for stealth, but grimm are still able to track her emotions, and interacting with the world can allow someone with the right eye to understand and 'find' her.
Relationships: ❖ Marron Nila: Mother ❖ Aster Nila: Father ❖ Solis Nila: Twin Sister ❖ Merah Nila: Younger Sister ❖ Surya Nila: Younger Sister ❖ Sigmund Rohan: Team Leader ❖ Tala Makadewa: Team Member ❖ Rainer Velaura: Team Member ❖ Professor Ozpin: Headmaster | Educator ❖ Glynda Goodwitch: Vice Principal | Educator ❖ Amara Tameg: Educator
Strengths: ✔ Night Vision: Like most faunus, Stella can see rather well in the dark. ✔ Dexterity: Fast and agile, the young woman can keep up with most of them and keep out of the way of most attacks. Don't need a high constitution if you don't get hit. ✔ Night Owl: While staying isn't great for one's health, the extra couple hours serves Stella well in getting homework and extra studying done. ✔ Reliable: If she says she plans on doing something, it will happen. ✔ Stealth: If her semblance didn't scream that she liked to get the drop on people, her capabilities of hiding all on her own are a testament to this. ✔ Optimist: No matter how bad things get, everything sets in motion for the best. ✔ Charisma: Stella knows how to make an entrance. ✔ Faunus: There's a certain...comraderie between fellow faunus. ✔ Frugal: Saving money means having money! ✔ Knife Play: It would be alarming if Stella wasn't good at this.
Weaknesses: ✘ Night Owl: She's usually pretty tired. One can even catch her napping between classes if she has the time. ✘ Faunus: Being a faunus comes with a certain amount of discrimination as well. The world is making huge steps toward progress, yes, but that won't stop people from grabbing onto her horns. It doesn't help that they're large, either. ✘ Frugal: People assume they're cheap sometimes. ✘ Firearms: She's not very good with them. ✘ Borrowed Motivation: Doing as something as difficult as risking your life for the dreams of someone else sounds a little silly. Please don't try to point that out or logic this. It'll make Stella upset. This is the path she's chosen. Too late to turn back now. ✘ Deuteranopia: Red Green Colorblindness ✘ Heavy Weapons & Heavy Weapon Fighters: Fighting styles like this are her antithesis. It's fine if she's able to get the drop on someone, but facing a heavy weapon fighter head-on will be a tough match. ✘ Gets Embarrassed Very Easily: Compliments, innuendos, straight up embarrassing moments get to her rather easily
Likes: ✔ Her horns ✔ Cute boys ✔ Being stealthy ✔ Dust [Explosions] ✔ Staying Up Late ✔ Friends ✔ Family ✔ Beacon ✔ Money ✔ Soft Things ✔ Eating Healthy ✔ Hide and Seek
Dislikes: ✘ Her horns ✘ Expensive Things ✘ Heavy Weapons ✘ Wet socks ✘ Being low on money ✘ Intolerance ✘ Not Having Options ✘ Moody Thinking ✘ Blue cheese and celerey
Personality: ❖ Stella goes through life with the "speak softly and carry a big stick" logic. She's quiet and kind, patient and forgiving as long as one isn't grabby. If asked for a favor, she'll usually agree, happy to help anytime. Even professors end up relying on her for these sorts of things. The young woman is smart enough, of course, to realize if someone's attempting to take advantage of her kindness. She has three sisters, after all. There's a stark difference between need help and being lazy. There's a good chance someone could bribe her, however, depending on the task. That being said, in her free time, she'll ask around about odd jobs on campus: tidying up dorm rooms, tutoring, training, that sort of thing. If there are days she can't find anything, Stella will happily hang out with the members of her team or friends. All of this takes a lot of the faunus's time, so she usually spends late nights in the library to finish up her homework. It's not like Stella minds this lifestyle. In fact, she enjoys the solitude of the late hours. It helps her concentrate on the assignment. That being said, however, she gets a significantly less amount of sleep than she should.
If there's any student known for sleeping on campus, it's Stella. Such a thing would never happen in the middle of class. There's too much riding on her grades for something like that to occur. On the other hand, Stella will sometimes take a nap on an outside bench, the library, over her lunch. Usually these little naps will make up for the couple of hours that were missed. While her splotchy sleep schedule is her own fault, the poor girl can become quite embarrassed if someone wakes her up, points it out, or mentions this bad habit. If it's Rainer or someone else she's comfortable around, it's less of a big deal. Although, for Stella to be made incredibly embarrassed over something small is normal. Compliments throw her off as well as mention of her measurements. Some innuendos and jokes make her nervous as well. Most people chalk it up to her being shy, but she's just very susceptible to embarrassment. Things are different when it comes to her horns. If anyone's rude enough to go yanking on them and subsequently her head, she'll show no mercy. Why do people have to bully the faunus anyway?
Stella doesn't necessarily understand racism. There are always people someone isn't going to like. How they were born, she thinks, shouldn't effect that, and if someone's opinion is built off of events of the past or the opinions of someone else, they need to check their privilege. This goes for everyone: human, faunus, and even grimm. As long as someone holds no ill will toward others, there's nothing wrong, right? She's very protective of those she cares about, but is overall easy going. If something stands in her way, however, you bet she'll rip it right down.
When it comes to fighting, she communicates when necessary but really enjoys the satisfaction that is flanking. Of course, she'll follow orders if issued, but winning without direct confrontation is the most preferred method for her. This, however, doesn't mean she's incapable at fighting an opponent head-on. Knives are vicious close-combat weapons after all and can prove just as if not more effect than guns and ammo. When hiding isn't an option, Stella can easily close the gap between her and the enemy between her chains and speed. Karambits were made for guerrilla warfare, after all.
History: ❖ Being a huntress wasn't always Stella's dream. In fact, it didn't even her own. No, Stella Nila is attending Beacon Academy on borrowed motivation. While she and her sister were born in Vale, the Nila family moved across the water to western Anima after the event known as the Fall of Beacon. The girls could barely remember much from this time, but one thing stuck with Solis: She wanted to become a huntress. In the coming years, the little girl idolized huntsmen and huntresses. Despite all the death, all the pain, the hunters acted as heroes, worked together to fix everything. They had no fear, and Solis found that very inspiring. She and Stella would always play "slay the grimm" when they were younger. The games would get bigger as their younger siblings were born and grew older as well. Although...they were essentially an over-glorified version of hide-and-seek. Solis's desires initially worried her mother and father, but overtime, the pair tested her resolve. When Marron and Aster finally concluded that this was indeed the path their daughter wanted to follow, they began setting her up for training, getting equipped, and the rest of the works. Unfortunately, that's when Solis got sick.
Stella, for many of her early years, lived in the shadow of her twin sister, never shining as brightly as the ever-so-determined Solis. At least in terms of personality. For the longest time, she had no dreams, no aspirations. Stella simply lived her life in the present. She was just a kid after all. Most children had a dream job or something along those lives, but it's not as though they were capable of having an appropriate grip on something such as an occupation. Solis, however, was her role model. Stella was faster, stealthier, and stronger, but... she never had the heart to beat Solis at her own game. Her brightness, her shine, blacking that out was out of the question. So when fate took that fragile hope in its hands and crushed it, Solis wasn't the only one who suffered. She wasn't going to be able to fulfill her dream.
"Stella...they said... that I won't be able to walk in a year. They-" Solis's voice broke as she stared down at her own hands. "I'm not... I can't..." It was difficult to get a word in-between her sobs. "How can I save anyone if I can't even stand on my own two feet?!" Stella tried to console her, tell her that there's plenty of technology out there, not to give up hope. "Hope? What hope is there? Mom and dad, they could never afford something like that! We both know that! This...isn't fair. Why couldn't-" Solis stopped speaking, not wanting to say something she'd want to forget. "The world.. needs hunters. There aren't enough. There are never enough! That's all I wanted. I just want to protect people! Is it so bad to want to save other-?!"
"I'll do it." What? "I'll do it for the both of us. I'll fight for you, I'll fill the ranks while getting money, Solis. It will take time, but I will make sure to get make enough to get you your surgery. Then...we'll both do it, together. I'll be your stand-in, so stay strong. Please, Solis. Stay strong for the both of us so we can fight together." At the age of twelve, Stella made the vow through choked words and with a broken heart.
Five years of immense training was plenty of time. Stella pleaded with those Solis had made connections with, asking the to teach her, to forge her weapons. For the longest time, the girl had no drive, no direction, simply love for the people in her life and an admiration for her twin's dreams. If Solis's body was going to get in the way of those dreams, then Stella would happily step up for her. The same goes for any of her sisters, her parents, or her friends.
It had felt like a lifetime, but she was finally able to apply to Beacon Academy. Despite being in Vale, it was closer to her home, so she'd be able to visit more often. Here is where Stella's views changed, her motivation evolved. She began to realize the importance of huntsmen and huntresses, understand what they do and why. Of course, Solis had been adamant in attempting to getting these points across, but the news only really high-lighted the extreme. Helping people out, making sure they were safe, it was a wonderful feeling. One instance stands out to her in particular, having saved a little girl out on mission that reminded Stella a lot of Surya. They were probably around the same age, after all. The kid had gotten cornered in an alley by some thugs. She's made friends with her class, her teammates, and seeing their motivation gave her even more strength. Becoming a huntress was more than just end game to help her sister. It was a devotion to help everyone she could. Now, the faunus is attending her second year at Beacon Academy, the school that served as a symbol of hope for many. At this point, she's just taking things one day at a time and doing the best she can. After all this time, Stella's become quite fond of huntress work and fighting, a borrowed dream slowly becoming her own.
Outfits: ❖ Casuals: Most of Stella's outfits have light influence from her home in Anima. The consist of light and dark contrasts with medium-toned accents. Colors are rare in her wardrobe for when they're added, it doesn't go too well. ❖ Beacon Uniform: Second years wear uniforms too. Stella wears hers with one thigh-high stocking and garter on the opposite leg. For shoes, she just has the basic loafers that come with the uniform.
Items: ❖ Scroll including several family photos [think adoring parent-styled] ❖ Hairclip ❖ Notepad ❖ Pens
Other: ❖ Her faunus heritage is that of a cow, specifically the banteng breed. ❖ Stella is a reference to stars which may look white from where we perceive them. Nila means Salmon which is yes, a fish, but also a distinct shade of light red. ❖ There's a rumor going around campus that she'd thrown a boy so hard he cracked three ribs when he touched her horns.

Username: Living E- I mean... Weeamoo Name: Bourbon Bright Nickname: BB Race: Human Ethnicity: Caucasian Gender: Female Orientation: Bisexual Alignment: CN Academy: Haven Age: 19 Birthday: 3/13 Height: 5'3 Combat Type: close-range: blunt&shock mid-rage: piercing Weapon(s): Black Demure: A conductive studded black bat with the ability to fire dust cartridges. On the grip are two different triggers. One sends electricity throughout the weapon. This isn't at a high enough voltage or amperage to deal a lethal blow instantly nor incapacitate an opponent in one hit; however, enemies will feel it. There's enough of a shock so that it makes an impact. It will radiate and cause pain and even numbness in joints and muscles. Enough attacks with it will begin to weigh on an enemy. The other trigger opens up the inner barrel and fires off a single dust round at medium range similarly to a shotgun. Only eight shots can be fired before needing to reload. Dust Skill: Lighting: Medium Semblance: Encore: Bourbon's aura is reactive to sound. The louder an area is, the more amplified her aura. This boosts the potency and reactivity, kicking up her endurance like crazy. She's able to take more attacks and more powerful attacks than normally able, making it a real pain to deplete her aura. This also boosts Bourbon's aura's natural healing abilities, quickly healing small wounds. When her semblance is active, her aura is clearly visible. Encore automatically activates at 100 decibels. Aura Technique Level: Novice
Relationships: ❖ Scotch Bright: Father ❖ Patina Bright: Mother ❖ Nuada Airgeade: Team Member ❖ TEAM MEMBER R: This spot is open [just realize we don't have Haven established] ❖ TEAM MEMBER B: This spot is open [just realize we don't have Haven established]
Strengths: ✔ Popular: Bourbon is the vocalist for a pop rock band called On the Rocks. While most of their fame is from the web, she's often recognized. ✔ Vocals: Based on the previously mentioned Strength, she sing good. ✔ Guitar: She's not the best but can play most songs. ✔ Outgoing: One of Bourbon's innate talents is conversing with people and getting their attention. She got that high charisma. ✔ Strength: Bashing weapons aren't very effective if their wielder is weak-sauce. ✔ Endurance: Regardless of her semblance, Bourbon has a high tolerance for pain and physical wear. ✔ Headstrong: Bourbon's not one to hold back her thoughts or opinions and is forthright. ✔ Clear Minded: Even in a fight, she can keep her wits about herself and act with purpose.
Weaknesses: ✘ First Impressions: When first meeting people outside of gigs and fans, Bourbon is unlikely to attempt to save face and can make people uncomfortable without knowing. ✘ Busy Schedule: Between school, training, gigs, and practice, the young woman doesn't have a lot of time to herself. ✘ Speed: Bourbon's the "strut onto the battlefield" type. She gets in, breaks legs, and hopefully nothing can walk at that point to outmaneuver her. ✘ Stealth: Considering her semblance, Bourbon needs noise. She needs to be around it, make it, etc. Being sneaky and quiet gives her no added benefit. ✘ Range: The longest range she could handle is with her shotgun. ✘ Small Fame: While it's probable some people will notice her, it's going to take a lot of work to make it "big". The littlest mistake at a time like this could ruin any possibility of a music career. ✘ #nofilter: Bourbon is not afraid to say something lewd, swear, point things out, or make jokes.

Personality: ❖ As someone who is very proud and outspoken, Bourbon people often assume that Bourbon is standoffish. While she certainly isn't a person who'll hold back, those are the opinions of people who refuse to even approach her. When it comes to fans, the young rocker will do all she can to provide and please, especially when they're the ones that essentially decide the fate of On the Rocks. Friends are treated similarly, though she won't baby them. As a leader and ally, Bourbon can become extremely overprotective but would like people to find their own conclusions rather than having to write out the answers for them. How is anyone supposed to grow that way, after all? While many may expect her to disrespect authority, she doesn't. Life is hard, and it takes quite the amount of resolve to make it to certain ages. Making it that far and something for oneself is respectable in her opinion. That, however, does not mean that she'll simply roll over without asking questions if she's presented with some fishy explanation. Regardless of her perks and quirks, Bourbon goes through life with a certain... flair.
That flair also applies to the battlefield. They may not understand, but she'll be the first to go out of her way to talk down to grimm and any opponent for that matter. Not the fastest fighter, Bourbon is likely to simply walk up to the enemy and rail into them with everything she has. Luckily with her static way of fighting, she can see the entire battlefield, perfect for making calls to her teammates when she gets an idea or sees an opening. After all, she can't hog the stage.
Speaking of stage, On the Rocks, Bourbon's band, plays local gigs and uploads videos to the internet of their songs. They've gained quite the following, and it's great to be able to play bigger better venues. The young huntress owns the stage and really knows how to work an audience, if you catch my drift. Her persona is very "punk," and her stage presence reflects that.
History: ❖ Music has always been very important to Bourbon. As a child, she loved the emotion is brought about and learning about different genres and bands. Her father always played guitar for her and her mother when he could, and it was something that the child came to cherish. That love never diminished as she learned how to play herself and was usually found singing or humming to herself. Becoming famous was never really part of the plan until she started posting videos on the internet. At first, it was just to share and talk about music. It was a side thing, a conversation starter. After all, she was going to Signal Academy to follow in her dad's footsteps and become a huntress. Her final year there is when her videos really got some attention. While fame and fortune hadn't been her first and final goal for life, all it took was for a single upload to spread like wildfire.
Now a student of Haven Academy, Bourbon has found fellow music lovers and is chasing two dreams at once: becoming a huntress as well as a rockstar. Having grown up in Vale all her life, the only way she thought she could branch out and meet new people was by attending a school in another land. There, she found her other band members and began uploading music more regularly and playing local shows. While one may consider this a distraction, it's the exact opposite for Bourbon when it comes to school. To be able to have a dream, she must protect it. As such, she's in the top twenty percentile of her class, showing her capability as a fighter as well. It's Bourbon's last year at school, and if she can't hit higher fame by the end of the year, she's vowed to fully dedicate her time to being a huntress rather than musician. It's a solemn oath she'd taken with herself and plans to honor it. Musical fame, however, is not something she's ready to give up quite yet.
Outfits: ❖ Casuals/Combats: Just assume she's wearing some combo of jewelry, chains, belts, tight pants, band shirts, tanks, and a leather jacket. Combat boots. Only combat boots ever. ❖ Haven Academy Uniform
Items: ❖ Headset ❖ Scroll ❖ Mini Amp ❖ Permanent Marker
Other: ❖ Her "debut" video is a rock arrangement cover of Mirror Mirror. ❖ She has two tattoos, both thick black bands. One is around her right index finger, and the other is around her left forearm. ❖ Good bands to akin "the sound" of On the Rocks to would be Against the Current and Paramore.
Themes: ❖ Main Theme: Infinity by Against the Current ❖ Battle Theme: Beginning by Against the Current ❖ Emotional Theme: Brighter by Against the Current
