BIOGRAPHY:
Nathaniel Ultear comes from a long lineage of Rune Masters. He was taught from an early age (around the age of five) to draw runes and conjure the spell associated with it. Also, his family was known for using what's called the "Hunter's Eye". It allows for the user to scan someone and identify the magic they are able to use.

Not only was his family known for being Rune Masters, they were also known for being Bounty Hunters and Mercenaries. Nathaniel was twelve when he hunted down his first bounty. It was an infamous burglar who robbed numerous banks and homes. From then on, Nathaniel loved the taste of tracking down and capturing high value targets.

Ever since he became the Ace of Mercenarius Coccino, Scarlet Mercenary, he adopted the habit of leaving a calling card for the target he was to hunt down. Somewhere in their path, he'd leave an Ace of Spades card. This was no ordinary Ace of Spades though. In the corners of the card were pistols and a skull at the center of the middle Spade.
