A nice peaceful valley, it lies between the Dragon kingdom and the Mage Kingdom, rather it is the longest valley known to man. The most common species that is known here are dragons but at times can be seen as Empty, it is a common place for people to travel to if they want to avoid confrontations with other races. Despite how the river looks, it is very deep, and can hold currents strong enough to dragon even a grown man down further in the river. The only sound that is common upon these lands are a few selective sounds, being of water flowing and some roars of dragons on occasions. Two figures can be seen moving towards the dragon kingdom. Upon close inspection one would see that the smaller figure was in fact on the back of the larger one. The two were headed back to the dragon kingdom.

The two wold arrive near the back of a giant building in the capital "we have to be quiet...this isn't a normal entrance...Only me and Mother know about it" she told him as she would jump off his back and make her way to the wall, only to push in a rock into the wall, causing a door to open "Follow me" she stated going inside the door, she would wait for him as she would make sure he followed. when he did follow she would lead him until she found a room that was big, yet seemed a bit old but had afew chairs and a table, the place looked like it was barely used. "im sure my mother will know I'm back so just sit and relax ok...im sure she will want to thank you for your help" she told him with a smile. when she activated the secret passage it would cause a distinct sound that echoed through the building which only the queen knew about so when it happened the queen would know to come to the room.

¤ Surtr ¤ Location : Unknown room in the dragon kingdom Company : Millenia... Feelings : Curious... ...For out of the ground we were taken... for the dust we are...
Surtr followed softly the little light atop his head lighting the passage quite well. It was so mysterious, what a wonderful turn of events. He had stumbled upon her and now he gets to go through a secret passage into an ancient room. He stood behind the chair she asked him to sit in but did not sit. "You dragons tend to be quite particular about your pleasantries." Surtr said recanting something he had read. He was sure not to do something rude like sitting before the women did, the last thing he wanted to do was to offend the dragon who allowed him access to their home. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Surtr would have to sneak about the kingdom before but now he could go freely. Such a wonderful thing and yet it seemed it could be so easily destroyed.
He leaned against the back of the chair his eyes watching Millenia intently, they were playful and luminescent per the norm but they seemed to study her. Absorbing her mannerisms and gestures, learning how she felt right now to better get a grip on what was happening. He did not know how her mother would react. Would she be pleased? Or insulted to see a mage in her domain? Surtr didn't know but he couldn't wait to find out.

___Aviendha Cordenth___ Matriarch of Dragons Talk talk talk, somewhat important talk and then some more talk. Aviendha drummed her fingers along the arm of her chair as she cast a rather blank stare back and forth between the council. Well half of it anyway. Those that were gathered were discussing, more like arguing, a matter that really seemed unimportant to her. Certainly nothing they needed her to personally over see. Amidst the droning and occasional raised voice of the council she over heard a rumble. The queens pointed ears twitch and perked up under her hair as she heard it. That was the distinct sound of stone scrapping over stone. Hidden door. There were only so many of those in the building, and from the direction the sound was coming from it had to be that one. The Elder Council was so absorbed in their debate they didn't seem to notice. Aviendha uncrossed her legs and put her feet both on the floor before she stood up. She was already halfway to the door before anyone noticed she was leaving. One tried to stop her but fell silent mid word when she turned her eyes towards them all. "I'm sure you can make due on this matter without me. I have other important matters that require my attention." They all nodded and one commented that they would indeed be able to manage. Oddly enough it was the one that seemed to be handling the meeting up til now with the same level of bored disregard as she herself. Either way permission or no she was leaving the meeting. For now it seemed they weren't going to complain. She left the room and started down the halls towards the source of that grating stone sound. *Place Holder Format

Millenia would look at Surtr "well...My mother prefers it that way" she told him as she would jump into one of the chairs and remained seated "sorry if the room looks and feels old...the older it looks the more likely no one will bother checking it " she told him. as she would kick her feet as she looked down at them, so that the waiting wouldn't be too boring her "So...do you visit any other kingdoms when your out traveling for those scroll things?" she asked him, she knew he hunted for scrolls and witnessed him attain one of them...a rather strange one at that but still. she figured that having a conversation would be the best as she passed the time, she didn't know if her mother would come instantly or wait until she was able, so the best she could do was stall.

¤ Surtr ¤ Location : Unknown room in the dragon kingdom Company : Millenia... Feelings : Curious... ...For out of the ground we were taken... for the dust we are...
As she looked to him and jumped into the chair Surtr smirked playfully, she was quite the daughter. Obeyed without question it seemed, a daughter most mothers would dream of. "I don't mind.... older things typically are more interesting...." Surtr said as he began to walk about the room observing everything that this room contained. He was taking everything in, things were there for a purpose not at random. He would learn all he could about the duo before the mother arrived. "So why do you guys hide here?" Surtr inquired while continuing to walk about. All the while the little light on his eyes would keep its eyes on Millenia inquisitively watching her as if far more intrigued by her than the dusty room they occupied.
As she inquired about his other ventures Surtrs gaze shifted to her. "I see all kingdoms. I visit everywhere I find something that has something of interest. I see no boundaries and care not for things like political squabbles." He said implying that he believed the current feuds the races had were trivial and even stupid. Surtr believed this fervently. It was ridiculous to hold pointless grudges when working together would allow all of them to grow and come closer to understanding their world. Surtr's gaze would shift from her and back to the room. She was cute, but he would not linger on such things. She was far too pure for him to even think such thoughts. Her childlike demeanor helping to keep his more adult thoughts at bay.
...and to the dust we shall return...

___Aviendha Cordenth___ Matriarch of Dragons Aviendha arrived at the room a few minutes later. She came to a stop outside the door and listened. A voice was coming from inside. She didn't recognize this voice. It didn't belong in there. She reached out and grabbed the handle on the door. On the other side the handle rattled a little as it turned. The door however opened smoothly without a single sound despite its apparent age. It only opened wide enough for the woman coming through it to slip inside. She left one leg out in the hall as she looked around. Millenia was sitting in a chair in the center of the room and then there was another person. A male of course. He must own the voice speaking of travel and a dislike of politics. She fixed her eyes upon him as she moved into the room fully then and closed the door behind her. "I can agree with that. Politicking can be so annoying. Sometimes it is best to just be direct and say what you mean. Who are you?" She asked suddenly, almost in a rush at the end of her statement. *Place Holder Format

Millenia tipped her head "what do you mean hide...I don't hide in here...Its just a nice place to hang out in which so happens to be less known by everyone here." she replied about his queston why they hid there. "oh....really...you dont care for political things?" she asked tipping her head again. her mother was always doing political things"...she feels they are important she told him before she would hear her mothers voice "Mama" she said jumping up and hugging her mother rightly.

¤ Surtr ¤ Location : Unknown room in the dragon kingdom Company : Millenia, Aviendha... Feelings : Curious... ...For out of the ground we were taken... for the dust we are...
As a newcomer entered and spoke Surtr smirked perking up. She seemed quite intelligent, at least from the opening words. As he was about to speak the youngling darted up and ran hugging her mother. Surtr sighed softly looking up to the ceiling as Nia got on her tip toes to give her mother a proper hug. "Why must all women tempt me so.... I am cursed in this world." Surtr mused the fiery orb on his head turning a bright pink before settling back down as Surtr zeroed in on Aviendha. "Surtr, king of the mages as it so happens. I found your daughter whilst examining the great river that divides our lands..." He said doing exactly what she had just said she preferred.
He was direct and up front. "Whom might you be?" Surtr inquired looking to her being sure to keep his eyes on Avi no matter how tempting the scene was. He knew she was Nia's mother but besides that this one was a mystery. She was certainly tall, he surmised it meant she was either a brute of a dragon or quite old in age. The books he read surmised there was a direct correlation to a dragons size and its age. Though most of the information on dragons was horribly outdated so he would have to take the information with a grain of salt. "Quite the secret little room you have here.... What is it for?" He questioned rather playfully as if to insinuate there were guest shuttled in here all the time. A mage certainly would be an unorthodox one given the current tension between the kingdoms. Perhaps this could be an opportunity to Surtr to do some of the politicking he so despised and mend the broken trust between their lands.

___Aviendha Cordenth___ Matriarch of Dragons When Millenia got up and ran over to her Aviendha caught the little dragon in her arms and hugged her back. She seemed to lower her guard a little as the young one got up on her tip toes to hug her taller mother. "Millenia." She purred softly as she nuzzled the top of Millenia's head for a bit. If her guard really did slip it was short lived as she soon enough had her red eyes back upon Surtr. "King." She said the word like it was unfamiliar to her and she was getting a taste for it. Of course to think she didn't know what it meant was preposterous. She glanced between the two for a little bit and then pulled her daughter closer. "You just found her out there?" She asked with more than a little suspicion in her voice. Protective parent was questioning very much if that was all he had done. Then again what if he had used some weird magic to lure her out there in the first place. She eased up her protective hold on Millenia and shifted her weight to her left foot as she frowned. He was asking who she was now. Her eyes narrowed. King or not he didn't seem all that dangerous. He certainly wasn't taking any kind of assertive position that would make him an obvious threat. "Aviendha Cordenth." She stated her name and then looked past him towards the wall where the hidden door was located. "It's isn't so much a secret room. Just what it contains is a secret." That wasn't really true. If one wanted to be technical then the room itself was secret. But that was because it was part of the Royal Wing. Or to be more exact, part of the Citadel where Millenia was kept from general knowledge and out of the public eye. *Place Holder Format

Milleia would remain quiet as Surtr would talk about where he found her " I...Im sorry mama...I lost...control again and I ended up there...I didn't mean to go out there..." she stated looking down in abit of sadness, she truly didnt want to make her mother angry or upset that she did something in secret, she just anted to impress her mother at one point that she could control her dragon form again. "but...he is speaking the truth he did find me" she added. she remained quiet though as to let everyone chat together since she was more of the third party in the conversation.

As she seemed to accuse him of not just finding her he went to speak when Millenia cut him off and explained the situation. Surtr merely nodded in agreement figuring the two agreeing would make the story beyond contestation. Surtrs eyes widened a bit as he heard her name. "A king... and queen..." He said looking to her a bit surprised to have encountered someone of her caliber in a situation like this. His smirk suddenly grew as it darted to Millenia "And princess....." He said his eyes now shifting to Avi as if he was aware how important this revelation was to the world.
He dipped his head softly showing due respect to her hoping they could do aware with the pleasantries after that. "So what do I owe the pleasure of meeting the queen and princess." Surtr said playfully darting his gaze back and forth between Avi and Nia. It seemed to entertaining to be in this situation. As his eyes looked about he noted this room was big enough to be a dining room. "Food? I an an excellent chef if you'd like me to cook?" He said playfully his outer cloak suddenly floating off his shoulders and onto the back of the chair that he was claiming as his. He proceeded to roll his sleeves up hoping they would accept his offer. It would be the least he could do after she gave him such tantalizing information. Though he wouldn't be surprised if she declined. Who would want the mage king roaming about the corridors looking for food.
Still news of this caliber had the man giddy and as usual Surtr allowed his whimsical nature to lead the way. It was very idealistic to believe this was possible but he would pursue the avenue all the same. The little fiery orb had moved to his forward sitting and promptly watching the two studying and wondering how they would react.

___Aviendha Cordenth___ Matriarch of Dragons Lost control again. Aviendha sighed and looked down at her daughter for a second or two. "You must be more careful." She examined Millenia for a moment. Making sure everything was OK about her right down to that every hair seemed to be in place. Her examination was very thorough. Eventually she looked back at Surtr who was starting to process her words from a moment ago now. She could almost picture the cogs turning and him slowly pointing his finger around the room. First at himself as he said king, then her as he said queen, and then at Millenia as he connected the dots of daughter to princess to secret heir. Aviendha took a step forward to get between Surtr and Millenia. Surtr probably wasn't aware of how unscrupulous that big smirk of his was making him look. He down right looked like he was plotting something. However, what he had to say made Aviendha blink and get a look on her face that could only be called dumbstruck. Taken completely by surprise by his words it took her a moment to recover. Once she gathered her thoughts she responded. "You know very well what you owe the pleasure to." He made it sound like they had dropped out of the blue into his home. He even was offering to make them dinner like they were guests. "I think not right now. We have more important things to worry about than food right now. Like a certain outsider that knows things he shouldn't know. Two things at that." Aviendha aimed her right index finger at the wall where the secret passage was and then back around to the small dragon girl that could be seen peering around her frame now that she had moved further into the room. Aviendha sighed softly as this was quiet the dilemma. *Place Holder Format

Millenia would let her mother inspect her as best as she could. "i know mama...but i wanted to impress you...I cant control my form...brother can and i dont want you to be disappointing in me for not being as advanced as him" she stated, after this she would just stand behind her mother as she was aiming to be in front of her. her mother was more concerned about the fact that surtr seemed to know they were a queen and princess, mainly the princess part as she was meant to be seen as a secret to the society outside, a mystery, an unknown child.

As Avi seemed to reject his offer to cook Surtr pouted slightly disappointed. He was rather hungry and had hoped she would allow him the pleasure of making them a meal. With a disappointed sigh his hands would slip into his pockets as if a bit put out at her rejection. When she then spoke of him knowing about the room and her daughter Surtr shook his head softly. "As I said before I have no interest in political squabbles.... Your child is just that. I could never endanger something so innocent." He said the playfulness fading from his words especially the last bit. There was no way Surtr was going to announce to the world what he had come to know. It would be an egregious error on his part, noth as a man and as king.
He walked over and sat in his chair crossing his arms as he looked to the duo. "So what do you propose we do if not eat?" Surtr inquired looking to them. His eyes seemed a bit duller now as if Avi had managed to suck the excitement out of the occasion. Surtr was a good cook too, and he loved working with foreign ingredients. Though he supposed it would be ridiculous to believe the day would be perfect. Something always had to come around to ruin it.
