Victoria was feeling restless lately, between the exchanges with Metis, who had informed him of people he once knew; but no longer did. If they were real . . . and Elvira's 'happy' memories she'd given him, which still stirred an unease in the corrupt; as he couldn't quite place why they felt wrong and watered down. Not to mention that fellow, Whisler. Calling him cute and all that.
He needed something to do, some way to release some of this pent up energy he was feeling. He was hoping maybe he could run into someone that was preferably on his side. The side of the white moon just bothered him, he wasn't sure why and he didn't really care. He was where he belonged, right? No one here had abandoned him.
In that thought, he paused and looked around he felt an energy signature that matched his own. Maybe not the same level, but still they were on his side. That's what he preferred! He made his way towards the signature in the park humming a little.

The feel of another corrupt wasn't an unpleasant one, on the surface, but the fact that it had a promotion up on him made him wary. Supers were like Captains, as far as he knew, and that smacked of 'authority'. Something he avoided as much as possible.
Tucking the energy orb he'd collected into his sash, Fulgurite rolled the jogger he'd waylayed further behind the bush. He figured he could give it few and then call the police with a tip about an unconscious man in the park. They'd find him before he got too cold. Hopefully. He didn't have a lot of sympathy to spare for him, because who went jogging in late evening after the sun went down? This was D.C. for christ's sake.
But the jogger's loss was Fulgurite's gain and he had a sizeable orb to turn in. Which, if this super was going to persist in seeking him out as he seemed to be doing, at least he had something to pawn off on them. Stretching his arms up, the corrupt laced his fingers behind his head and moved to the path to wait, trying to ignore the chill on his bare skin.
Maybe they were just checking to make sure he was okay on his own... or maybe they wanted to make sure he wasn't goofing off. There were a myriad of possibilities.

Victoria smiled as he finally saw the other man coming into view. Hopefully, the other would be in a mood to do something. Even if it was a small spar. He needed to get better and actually see what his magic would do. . .
Though they could always do something like that in a warmer place, probably. He wasn't sure. He shrugged softly, "Hi!" He said chipperly when he felt like he was an appropriate distance away. "I'm Victoria," He paused he had been debating on saying they hadn't met but decided it sounded dumb because that much was obvious. "Nice night isn't it?"

A dark eyebrow quirked upwards and Fulgurite considered the approaching figure with less trepidation and more amusement.
Dude? Girl? It was hard to tell, with the girly pigtails they word. Dude, probably. He thought, though really, appearances said little about a person. He had to remember his general was a dainty sort of dude himself, but with a scary amount of power in those small hands.
So much hair though… Fulgurite’s own mane was manageable, in comparison.
“Nice enough, I guess.” He called back, shrugging as he dropped his arms to hang loose by his sides. “Fulgurite. Are you on patrol or something? I have an energy orb for you, since you’re a super. Save my captain a trip maybe, which he’d probably appreciate.”
Brown fingers pulled it out of his sash to brandish it, letting it roll across his palm in idle play.
“There isn’t much else here in the park. I’ve already made a round of it and it looks like people are being smart and staying home for once. I was about to head downtown.”
